Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao believes the cryptocurrency industry is still growing despite the volatility shown in recent times. He also said the next Bitcoin all time high could be in after a while. However, he said some companies launched at the peak of the market could have difficult times going forward.

Speaking to The Guardian, Zhao made some interesting comments around the next occurrence of Bitcoin all time high. The CEO also warned that no one can predict the future of Bitcoin, stating that the next all time high could take as long as two years.

“I think given this price drop, from the all-time high of 68k to 20k now, it will probably take a while to get back. It probably will take a few months or a couple of years.”

Zhao felt the current Bitcoin price is not bad after all, admitting that the $20,000 range is relatively low. But, if people were told in 2018 or 2019 that Bitcoin could reach $20,000 in 2022, they would have been very happy, he explained.

Next Bitcoin Peak Around $420K?
Although it is not precisely clear as to when would be the next Bitcoin all time high, analysts are making strong predictions around what could be the peak. Many believe it could be around $4,20,000. Proof of Steve, a crypto investor, said the same.

“Since Bitcoin topped at $69,000, it is clear to me the next target can only be $4,20,000. There is no in between. No fire without smoke.”

Another crypto enthusiast DrNick wondered whether the next Bitcoin peak is going to be around the $4,20,000 level. Similarly, another enthusiast Rssi predicted a $420k Bitcoin peak based on the $69k top. “The BTC top was $69k. Next cycle pico top will be @420k obviously.”

Blockchain company Ripple has opened its first office in Canada, according to a Wednesday announcement.

Its new Toronto-based office will serve as the company’s “key engineering hub.” Garlinghouse says that the country’s most populous city has plenty of talent.

According to data provided by the blockchain data tracker, the top 100 ETH whales now hold $423,180,380 worth of Shiba Inu, or 15.55% of their holdings. Circle's Stablecoin, USDC, on the other hand, accounts for 18.08%, or $491,815,225 worth.


 
In the past week, U.Today reported that the percentage of long-term holders was 19%. This number has increased to 21% as Shiba Inu ''hodlers'' continue to increase.

According to the IntoTheBlock's holders' composition by time held, 21% of SHIB holders have held onto their tokens for more than a year, 76% have held within a year, while 3% have held onto their tokens for less than a month. As Shiba Inu's population continues to grow, mid-term holders have also been redistributed.

The number of Shiba Inu holders has seen immense growth in recent months, reaching 1,184,559 at press time, according to WhaleStats data.
Shiba Inu dipped to a low of $0.0000071 on June 18 amid the latest crypto market declines. At the time of publication, SHIB was trading up nearly 4% at $0.00000815.

Per the Shibburn Twitter handle, over 83,335,225 SHIB tokens have been burned within the last 24 hours, and nine transactions have been made. According to the Shibburn website, a total of over 95,183,018 SHIB have been burned. The Shiba Inu team published an update on its most recent blog post as Shibarium prepares for a possible launch.

Shibarium is a Layer 2 solution developed by xFUND and Shiba Inu developers, with BONE set to be the Shibarium Protocol's "gas." This "gas" will provide the essential functionality for smart contracts and transactions to be processed and executed.

BONE, one of Shiba Inu's ecosystem tokens, currently has a fixed supply of 250 million. The community is now about to decide whether to halt BONE farms once the 230 million supply has been met or to increase the maximum supply from 250 million to 270 million.

Founder of SchiffGold and CEO of Euro Pacific Capital Peter Schiff has taken to Twitter to comment on the return of Bitcoin above the $20,000 level. He does not believe the growth will continue.

"$20K is the new $30K" for Bitcoin

Schiff has warned that Bitcoin holders should not get excited about BTC going back above the $20,000 line. He believes that $20,000 is "the new $30,000" and that such small rises are normal for a big decline. Big drops do not occur in a single line, he added, and the slow crash is "extremely orderly."

Schiff also stated that he does not yet see any signs of a capitulation that would signify a bottom of the current bear market for crypto.

Several times earlier this year, Schiff shared a prediction that Bitcoin would fall as low as to test $6,000. Over the weekend, he tweeted that his earlier prediction of the cryptocurrency market dropping below the $800 billion mark had been confirmed, but it took a few more days and altcoins held up better than he expected them too.

Shiba Inu Could Reach $5 By 2050, Predicts Analytics Firm

Forecast and analytics platform Telegaon which uses AI-powered technical analysis, similar to Gov Capital and Wallet Investor has painted a rosy picture for long-term holders of Shiba Inu. The analytics firm has predicted that Shiba Inu could reach $5 by the year 2050. Telegaon has predicted that Shiba Inu will reach a minimum of $5.42 and a maximum price of $9.61 in 2050. The firm claims that SHIB’s average trading price in 2050 could be around $7.89.

For SHIB to reach $5, the token needs to spike 26,000,000% from its current price. SHIB has spiked 42,000,000% from its inception in August 2020 up until today.

According to Telegaon, SHIB could breach the $1 milestone by 2040 and touch a minimum price of $1.13. Their prediction also states that SHIB’s maximum price could reach $4.15 in 2040 and its average trading price could be around $2.76.

Telegaon also projected that SHIB will cross the $0.001 mark by the end of 2030. Also, SHIB could breach the ‘1 Cent’ milestone anywhere between 2030 to 2040, predicts Telegaon.

If the predictions from Telegaon turn out to be accurate in 2040 and 2050, current SHIB holders might earn generational wealth. However, 28 years is a long shot from today, and a majority of current holders might sell their holdings by then.
