Which brings me back to my question does anyone know of someone that would want/be able to take over the coin and develop it more? Or even how one would take over a coin when the dev is gone? I don't have any expertise in developing a coin, only miner and trader. I would be willing to help someone else that has the skills needed to take over the coin.

If the old dev can be persuaded do a clean handover of all passwords, media accounts, Github etc. than that will be good for the coin. Take a look at how MintCoin are doing a handover. I agree that would be good. I saw that he logged on today, but didn't post anything. So not sure what that is about. I would PM him and see what he says. Also I got a ton of messages asking me about all kinds of things, besides the block explorer. I will answer them all, but I am not the dev or even able to take over the coin if that is the direction that is the direct it needs to go. I am just trying to help out. I would like to see the coin do well and will continue to help as I can, like I was when looking for someone to do a block explorer. Came across a couple places that will do a block explorer, but charge BTC for it. I am currently totally out, but if someone wants I will send them my share of the WHC bounty if you can come up with the BTC. The cheapest I have found so far is .1 BTC Hoping to find someone cheaper, free or will take WHC instead. Just thought I would keep everyone updated. Haven't heard back from anyone else yet.

I am wondering where those big hashes comes from?I check the pools on OP the biggest 2 only have around 2gh each.But the nethash already 22gh
I would think a lot come from solo miners, private pools and profit switching multipools. I was just reading up on private pools and was shocked that there are a good amount out there. Have a Good Day |

Haven't had a chance to read through the whole thread yet. I didn't partake in the first launch, but it is great to see people take over when the dev just gives up. It's really is cool that you did that! You have my support and will mine what I can to help. Added to my calendar and deleting a few other coins I was going to mine to better support this one.

This week we had contact with http://sophialocke.com/ which is organizing http://www.camgirlmansion.xxx. They maid us a proposition about partnering up and sponsoring they're event in January. This was what they offered, I deleted the price because that is not really important for now. The discussion must be "Do we want this or not" -------------- Please let us know what you guys think of this! I also agree it's a little early to be sponsoring something like this. Based on what I think the prices will be. I don't think we will see a real return unless our site already has a lot of live feeds. That being said the Adult Entertainment Expo isn't till January so there is time to get xxxcoincams.com and xxxcoin to where it needs to be to possibly sponsor this later. Also I don't know if any of you have been to the Adult Entertainment Expo? Could somebody repair the block explorer? I have offered an extra bounty soma days ago, beacuse I'm not a developer unfortunately:
My next offer is the follows: 3600 WHC from my wallet to the ppl who repair the block explorer (off course, confirmed by WHC dev).
I'd be happy to add another 400 WHC to it. Also didn't think of it before, going to message some of the places that did other coins block explores and see what they charge or if they can do it without a dev. Not sure how it all works. Hey Dev, Just had this work with another coin. Have you tried to skype or IRC chat with an exchange like c-cex? I think you mentioned you contacted some, but don't remember which or how you contacted them. I think silverduck mentioned that he would buy premine to help developed the coin. Not sure if raising money to get on an exchange is something he would consider developing and would be willing to do, but some, often smaller sties, you can buy votes to get listed. Or maybe if you and your team are willing to do a 1:1 BTC match to get listed with your personal BTC? Just trying to come up with some ideas of how to move the coin forward. Have a Good Day. |

In my miner command line I set a backup pool. I'm using cgminer and the option is "--failover-only -o <somepool>". Hi CryptoSkills, Dev and others, Skipping the ranting of majesis and ignored when it was obvious he couldn't hold a normal conversation and just wanted to personally attack people. I'm still on the fence about this. Doubt I will buy into the IPO, but will probably mine since for me it is cheap to do and if things turn out to be true would like to try and support the idea. However; I am curious who you actually think of the IPO. I promise not to attack you for your opinion. Since it does no one any good. I personally don't like the lack of information and will PM the dev to see if there is more info provided that way. I know of many local farms, do what I think is called crop sharing, where people pay for a portion of the crop yield in advance and just pickup there "share" of what the farmer grew weekly during the crop's harvesting time. I'm thinking that is the basic notion of the IPO, but instead of getting part of the actual yield we will be compensated in either Biocoin or some other means for our share. Again I like the idea, but without transparency again wouldn't be willing to put up money for the IPO. Dev did you contact all the farmers you have contracts with and ask them if they would be willing to allow you to share this info? I understand privacy, but if I was a farmer, and believed in this coin I would be happy to share my personal farming information. It would be positive free advertising.
If ALL of your farmers won't share, while not proving anything definitively, post the contracts WITHOUT names. You should already have them all and should be able to block out personal info and post asap. It will give a little credibility, at least to me. I'm sure there is an attorney or business person on the thread to tell if the contracts look legitimate based on a number of factors or just something quickly put together. Oh that's an idea too please post your attorney's information. They can independently corroborate your claims. It is easy enough to find out if they are real attorneys and if they are willing to post that the contracts are in place and legitimate, without disclosing the farmers personal information, it will be a huge influence on me to trust what you are saying.
Also it was said you want the most Eco-friendly option to mine. Well, as pointed out, mining isn't eco friendly. So do you have maybe something else to offset the energy wasted in mining? Not the long term goal you mentioned about solar powered server for multi-pool. Why is it not live for the launch with your own pool to reduce energy usage?
Now I know the above isn't exactly positive, but there are a lot of legitimate concerns that you have not addressed or are just saying it violates privacy. I am excited about the IDEA you have and backing a coin that is good for the environment. I even think you are on your way to being that. I hope over the next few days some more details are released to cover these concerns and the other concerns of community members.
