So your official release is now 0.1.9 but you plan to have Crypti on DPOS. How does this affect a node? If DPOS, what is the difference between being a delegate and a node? Which more logically profitable between the two? Thank you.
Now we use temporary solution based on our previous forging method - POT. Because POT is not scalable we changed it to DPOS. In 0.2.0 we will already use DPOS with our changes.

I bought crypti from bter to start a node . Unfortunately it cannot be withdrawn. Any other exchange or somebody could sell 2000 XCR for my node operation ?
Bter moving API to new version now. Tomorrow must be done.

Are deposits enabled on BTER yet?
Bter moving to new api.

I'm using the Windows client in Windows 8.1 64. Occasionally its not syncing up to the current blockchain. For instance yesterday my last send showed 320 confirmations but the block explorer showed like 380. So I closed the client and restarted and it was then in line with the block explorer.
Now it is happening again except restarting the client did not help in syncing. I'm stuck at 186557/187044. I know 0.1.9 will be obsolete soon but stability issues like this need to be permanently fixed.
Do you use blockchain file from windows version? Send me pls logs.log file in PM.

Six months(august) ago SyRenity told me this in our conversation,
(this is a translation)
"After we finish launching Crypti and start a few interesting collaborations we will also begin the local activities like meetups an more..
We prefer to have a product with tangible benefits which we can present to the community"
So... where do we stand today ?
We stand at DPOS, now in testing. And working on 0.2.1 with new features.

Hi dev
please let us know how the account Id and public-key are generated ?
thanks
hash from secret key to ed25519 please provide more info. do you mean that the secret key is hashed (sha256 ?) then to ed25519 ? Yes, sha256 hash and from this hashes ed25519 generates public and private key. It's like brain wallet works: nxt, bitcoin (brain wallet).

Sorry guys, I was busy yesterday evening. Else this would have been released yesterday already. So v0.1.9 is going into open testing. You can all test it by your heart's content. If you find any bugs please report them to bugs@crypti.me. Please remark, that this is a testnet version. So this version is not running on the mainnet! This will come in the following days. If you have an old testnet crypti client installed, just delete it and install this new one. How to install? You just need to follow this guide. Please note, that you have to install sqlite3 now as well. What changed?Core changes:- Complete revamp of the source base --- 100% rewritten with an all new structure --- Now the code even more efficient and clean --- The blockchain structure changed completely (same data! But you can't reuse the old blockchain.db) --- Also the P2P changed a lot to be more efficient and effective - New API, it is now more useful for developers. You can find all commands on Apiary.io- The blockchain.db is not stored in the memory anymore, this saves a lot of memory usage. - Fixed all bugs with CPU (the cases in which the CPU went to 100%). Now it can only goes to 100% while loading the blockchain. - The Peer/API moved from Express 3.0 to Express 4.0. Client changes:- There is now a label to see how many blocks are left to be up-to-date. Where can I download it?HERE! I hope you like the changes. We just hired our third dev, he will start working next week. We also have a front-end developer for our website now. You can expect progress here as well. Once we have the new website ready, we will update the OP as well. Confirm. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Nice feature list from salsacz. Is this for a publication? I've posted it to our discussion group to fill out the answers. A lot of it is in the road map and then some. Inflation is most definitely not in any plans. Mesh networking is my preferred app but farther down the road than some of the other things. The coinbox has done well in testing, and we'll be launching it this month. Below is a preview. It is stackable as well as wall mountable. Below is a preview. Nothing for xcr? It's like coinbox for XCR and other coins. Is it adapt to xcr? The new version will be less than 512MB ram cost? 0.1.9 already working on 512mb vps in mainnet, with 150k blocks. Not this device, this device for bitcoin, Bitseed and him team working on device for Crypti and some other coins.

For all the non-believers, I came to the team quite late. We are really working and we see constant progress, which pace just got much higher recently. Please be patient, once we have 0.1.9 out we have a solid base (FINALLY). From there we can then finally begin the real work.
Maybe you can get poloniex sorted out so the investors of your project can actually care. Boris worked with their team for 2 weeks and thought they had it fixed. My own deposit didn't go through either. I'm not sure what the issue is. so 0.1.8 delay again? 0.1.8 already posted in IRC, we checking with forgers on mainnet. Polo worked sometime ago, i got transaction, bter too.

IMPORTANT Please Update The OP
We will do About release, i wait for report from testers, once i got it, we will release. Soon i will update 0.1.9 to open testing, there is major changes.

So we aren't quite ready to update to the official roadmap with all of the items just yet. However, our current roadmap is pretty simple. Right now we are preparing to make 0.1.8 official and then finalizing the 0.1.9 stable release with all of the optimizations. Once this is done we will begin work on transitioning to DPOS and then Custom Block Chains. In the meantime, we are working to finalize all of the new designs to launch them with the new DPOS solution.
So work hasn't actually started yet on DPOS? Look, if 0.1.9 will be released at the end of the year, then DPOS will be completed to the end of febuary 2015... ![Cry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cry.gif) Come on now, this is getting really ridiculous. I mean v0.1.8 is 2 months overdue, what more is there needed to be done? Secondly why are you guys even trying to optimize v0.1.8, when you're going to be switching to DPOS anyway? What's the point of optimizing the current PoT-based 0.1.8, when in just a few weeks (depending on how long it takes you to implement DPOS), it will be obsolete? GreXX posted link to 0.1.9 (stable version) with not all functional in blog. Soon i will update it again with new functional. As i wrote before we spent a lot of time to trying to solve PoT and etc. Then we started work 0.1.8 (in open testing), and now all power on 0.1.9. We already work on DPOS too. >> Secondly why are you guys even trying to optimize v0.1.8, when you're going to be switching to DPOS anyway? Because optimized version will work more good, and with DPOS will work more good with optimization version, and take less memory/cpu. Anyway need to make some optimization, it's already in 0.1.9 After 0.1.9 we will make snapshot of blockchain and just go with DPOS. I think now about hire someone from bitshares community to help us and go more fast with it. If you want it right now, i can say nothing. And yes, we made mistakes, i full agree with you. Now we trying to get back on the road.

In order to get interest back you must think about making a number good news at once:
1) new stable version of wallet with features; 2) new web design (and new design of wallet); 3) 2 weeks of Super Node Reward Program (5x fees);
+ something more.
All at once.
New design almost done, stable version in developing, guys in IRC tried it to see progress.
