Barcelona during the Xavi era was not completely bad, I don't know what angle you are looking at it from when you judge Barcelona to be very bad. I think some of them are banter, some come from 'fans' who believe winning one cup means a season of failure, while the others come from an analysis of their spending. Did Messi badly performed or was he the problem they never won as much title.
