+1 nice. Once it its up for the vote you should set up a Dot addy to get donations for buying it on if we need to.

I will vote and throw my Dot in the pot  Grin Cool

Spidersbox, Do the DOT address please. I have some @ H2C and I'm not interested in DLing the wallet.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LitBar (LTB) - Reborn (sub- Bitbar has a little brother) on: April 04, 2016, 02:17:48 PM
I'm a buyer for anyone that has Litebar for sale. Email me price and quantity. Thx.

Instead let's talk about value publicly. It might stir up some more action for the network.

I personally don't want to sell any, but if the price is right ..the price is right.. ya know?

Does anyone know how much LTB was going for the last time it was listed at an exchange?

Is the new windows wallet coming out today?
The one for Litebar has.

The one for Bitbar is about done. I had to back up a few steps and delete the rounded corners on the tooltips (popup discriptions) and get rid of the font changes because, while it worked awesome on the linux qt wallets, it looked like crap on the windows wallets.
The pop up tips didn't fit the fonts.

I've been running the new wallet to test it and so far so good.

I'm thinking about restricting the older wallets from connecting so they are forced to update. If I do that, I should probably put out a warning, but since they haven't updated anyway - they probably don't know about the update ...

I saw the new litebar wallet and running it now.

I was trying to think of a way to alert the old wallets and thought of this: You know how you can see peers in a list with the console command and in that info shows the wallet version. so use that to msg old wallets. make it say like "If you are reading this you need to upgrade your wallet to xxxxxx.xxx sucka!" for the new wallet version info. But if it is a new wallet you are using the getpeerinfo command on, it shows the actual version less the "you need to" part, probably wouldn't be that hard to code. It's not perfect, but a msg would get to the old wallet if they looked at the peer list. What do you think?

riseth the deadth!
rise zombie!
rise!
Humm - ZombieCoin, might have to add that to my list   Smiley

Will you consider DarkPeer (DPC)? I might have the source on a hard drive somewhere. I have the wallet for windows for sure.

Ask me again in a month  Grin
I still have a lot to do with Bitbar - then got slammed with Litebar (which is good - I like it [not the getting slammed part] )
Coinwarz won't add bitbar, so I have to make my own.

Why won't they add it?

Hello.
Also FRK wallet on alcurEX are 2 days out of sync. (last block 2509035)
10 active connections.
version: v0.10.2.2-1480d6f-dirty
I already try to load blocks again but sync stopped in same number again.

Any help?

FRK-BTC market: https://alcurex.org/index.php/crypto/market?pair=frk_btc
Trading is stopped until sync issue solved.

alcurEX

my wallet is the same way, 2 days out now still. I have completely redownloaded the chain and it also stops at block 2509035. The last block I mined was 2509026 on ispace. I noticed ispaces wallet says it on block 2509036 Mine is currently showing 18 connections: 10 in and 8 out.

give me your DOT address. I mined some by accident the other day and I'm willing to put it towards the amount needed to get LTB listed. I'm short on BTC right now but I can mine up some DOT no problem I think.

Save up your DOTs for voting on Cryptopia for Litebar, we will need 5 mil DOT (lower if we are the top dog at the end of the week)

Oh I didn't know it was on a vote. I thought if you paid the 5 mil they would just list it.

I'm having an issue with syncing for the last 26 hours.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LitBar (LTB) - Reborn (sub- Bitbar has a little brother) on: March 29, 2016, 02:35:24 PM
If LTB goes POS it should mint an ultra rare bar instead of more LTB. Like "Platinum bar" or something. I dunno if thats already a crypto, just an example name here. So it would be merge mined via POS of LTB? Maybe I'm thinking way too much.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BTB] The BitBar Information Thread on: March 29, 2016, 06:02:25 AM
on a more serious note.. it seems both H2C and ispace are on a different chain then cryptopia again.... I just sent 14.6BTB to my wallet from H2C and they haven't showed yet. I checked the diff and see my wallet is the same as cryptopia.(42.xx as of right now with H2c and ispace @ 36 and 37) I just did a check and repair wallet and 34 bars just popped into my wallet....wtf?! this is becoming ridiculous. i have 6 more sitting there immature that I think I am going to lose..  but where did the 34 come from and do I get to keep them?

isn't there a way to shrink the size of the wallet file by removing the transactions of orphans?

Just a heads up -
I'm switching my network service from DSL to Fiber Optic, and I will probably have to switch my static IP block address.
All this really means is access to Bitbar.co and Litebar.co will be interrupted for several hours to a day or two depending on how long it take to propagate the IP address change.

SO don't freak out if you can't connect to the website !  Grin

This is bullhonky.
?? I think its awesome - I'm going from 7meg down  and .896 meg up  to 40 meg down and 20 meg up.
The web sites will load faster.

dial up is where it's at bro.. I love that sound of connecting. Fiber doesn't make noise so.. yeah its stupid. DSL is for astronauts because they are in the space station near the satellites so they are the only ones who get good band width from it.  Cheesy

I found a windows wallet on the old thread using this link

http://www.mediafire.com/download/kfq5u5xag7dombd/ltb-winqt.zip

Is it a valid version?
You should wait for the April 4th release. I've found two different sources of Litebar code - see my next post  Smiley

The one I have is the 6.3 version with the litebar vault spash. It doesn't matter to me either way as I have no Litebars at this point. So whatever the general consensus is, is good for me.

addnode=mineblocks.no-ip.org:9065
SWEET!
added node to Litebar.co and updated the port number (is different from the original OP)

can't wait for the windows wallet. I'm so not a linux guy.

Why do they want DOTs?
