121  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: May 17, 2024, 11:13:11 AM
Finally we have our first game 7 in the playoffs.
Yes, finally. Cheesy

Well, most analysts did predict this will happen. Timberwolves will bounce back but I was shocked it could go that far. This was like Games 1 and 2 of this Nuggets versus Timberwolves series when Conley was healthy, KAT was efficient, and the bench was all working to contribute for both ends of the floor.
The Wolves are really strong when they are complete. Now, I want to see what answer the Nuggets will bring at their home Ball Arena. These are still the reigning champions, we cannot underestimate them. I just hope Jamal Murray will show up just like how he showed in the series against the Lakers.
Michael Porter Jr. too seems to be out of sync with the team and they need that bench to be productive again.
I bet they got an earful from Coach Malone.
After last nights disgraceful performance I feel like Denver will come out very strong in game 7. I'm not sure who will win the game, that's gonna depend on who shows up for the T wolves. If the team from last night shows up, Denver is cooked. If the Nuggets make some adjustments and find ways to get open shots, T wolves are cooked. This is where coaching is proven, who makes the better adjustments, who motivates their team better, who is better at drawing up some plays and getting their team the shots.

Nowhere because you are now advertising stake in your signature?   Embarrassed
It is not like they are the best crypto casino in the world.
That opinion is up to whatever user might be using them. The user said stake banned him which made me wonder if he was limited and made multi accounts and was caught or whatnot. If the provider limited him, he will be limited on most platforms and I wasn't aware that any other platform took large bets. Least not $1000000 large.

123  Economy / Gambling / Re: I would like to place a $1,000,000 bet on: May 16, 2024, 09:02:20 PM
Likely nowhere if stake won't take your business. Just an FYI, the providers give the odds, they don't allow you to choose the odds you want.

one of sportsbet.io staff or representatives left this comment(quoted below) on another thread(where the OP is asking where he can bet 5-10k dollars per bet), maybe send their reoresenative a personal message if you have questions.

anyway, yahoo62278 is correct the odds provider doesn't allow you to choose the odds that you want.

As one of the most recognizable and established operators in the business, Sportsbet.io accepted bets for $1 million on the 2022 World Cup

Game 5 - Boston Celtics - Cleveland Cavaliers - Cleveland Cavaliers (15.5) - Won! My plus 15.5 was the exact number! Lucky! That's why I said those who got the +17.5 are very lucky indeed. It's the safest bet yesterday.
Game 5 - Oklahoma City Thunder - Dallas Mavericks - Dallas Mavericks ML @2.50 - Won! I am glad the other players of the Mavericks stepped up their game. PJ Washington is very consistent in providing points for the team and I wish he can continue that. OKC should stop the hack-a-Lively strategy, that young guy is getting better with his free throws.

Later, we only have one game.
Here is my pick.
Minnesota Timberwolves - Denver Nuggets - Denver Nuggets ML @2.09 - They broke the confidence of the Wolves, it will not be easy to recover from that. I think it will be different today, adjustments. They will try to stop Jokic but will make a big mistake in the process, Jamal Murray will come out to score for the team.

I'm liking Denver myself tonight. If they can hold Anthony Edwards under 20 again it's over. Jokic showed why he is the MVP in game 5, now he smells blood. GG Twolves.

If you don't like what someone has to say, click the ignore button and move on. Simple as that. If you're worried that someone is costing you business, then present it better than you have.

It is your job to dispute what a user says against you and show people that your idea/project is legit. You have to also be able to take criticism on this forum. People are going to tell you if your idea/site whatever is shit or if they like it. You're not going to only get positive criticism. If you're looking for that, go buy reviews on trust pilot or something like that.

127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: May 15, 2024, 01:53:17 PM
The Denver Nuggets held on for the victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Nuggets were eating them up on both ends of the floor. Their defense was all over Anthony Edwards all night long doubling him on the perimeter and not letting him get up shots. On the other end they were making Gobert look like he couldn’t guard anyone, embarrassing the defensive player of the year.
The pattern for the year was finally broken, before last night each team could only win on the other teams home court. That includes the regular season and post season.

Was really wanting the young gun Pacers to take out the knicks last night and take control of the series, not sure if they can win 2 in a row now and go to the conference finals.
128  Economy / Reputation / Re: Charles-Tim reported posts on: May 15, 2024, 11:16:10 AM
When I first joined this forum, I did not see reporting unwanted, other spam posts and posts on the wrong board as interesting, but few months after, it was interesting for me. Not that I made it a job, but I noticed that I just feel good to report the posts as I also like some red tags on my trust history which I think is good for this forum, to help against spam, and scam most especially.

After 600 (not sure the number) reported posts you get that button "report history". I was happy when I got mine! I still have only 896 reported posts. Keep good work!
I think it is after 300 reports.

@Charles-Tim good job being helpful on the forum. I've had some interaction with you in joining campaigns I have managed, but you stay below the radar and do your work. Keep it up!!!
129  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - Drake, UFC, Everton, Stake F1 Team on: May 14, 2024, 01:39:33 PM
And don't you think that increasing the wager requirement for eligibility to participate in the chat room will also arouse another set of complaints? I am not an active player on stake, but I've sure played there a couple of times, if I am not mistaken, the current wager amount required for players to be able to participate in the chat is $1000 I think, or $500 dollars (not sure), there are many of stake users who are still struggling to achieve this wager requirement, and as a casino that wants more and more users, increasing the wager amount required to participate in the chat will only shut out the small gamblers completely, and this may also cause the to mover over to another casino where they are treated better.

Anyways, it's not in our hands to decide, I trust that if stake really wants to deal with the begging on the chat, they know whats best for them to do.
For me, I will still prefer muting a user for a certain amount of time.

Any policy from the casino may lead into complaints from those who are not agree with the policy.
I suggest it as an alternative to reduce the number of beggars in the chat room which I think more effective that muting users later.
Wagering $1000 or even $5000 is not that much, it can be achieved easily even for small players.
No one is forced to wager just for chat, if the main purpose is to have fun in gambling, they wont really care about the requirement to be able to participate in chat.
Doesn't really matter if they had big limits to chat, beggars are everywhere. They're not going to make people wager 10k a week to just chat. Basically it's a deal with it situation and mods will do their jobs if/when they see it. If it bothers people to see the begging, don't open chat.
130  Economy / Gambling / Re: Can i bet 5-10k on a single bet anywhere? on: May 14, 2024, 01:34:46 PM
Gamdom.com has higher limits on some events, the issue you are facing might be faced on every platform though. Providers limit you, not sites normally.
131  Economy / Reputation / Re: Merit earned by Nigerian Members here in Bitcointalk on: May 14, 2024, 08:53:40 AM
Did you ever notice that it doesn't matter? Let's say that Any local is full of cheaters trading merit back n forth. Eventually they will probably be caught, but how does that help or hurt you? If you are making quality posts and not being a bitch, you will start getting noticed and merited. There are threads where you can ask for help with merits as well. Best to just worry about yourself and not get jealous of other members.
132  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coins.game banned my account when I tried to withdraw on: May 12, 2024, 04:39:50 PM
I am not saying I do or don't believe you, but I have noticed that your whole post history is basically scam accusations. I'm curious as to why you only play these small unknown or barely known sites? Seems curious that you aren't gambling on the bigger well known sites and are taking chances on these smaller books.

The big crypto casinos such as Stake or betcoin.ag will limit your max stakes after you win a certain amount of money. I have no choice but to play at smaller casinos.

Please note that all my scam accusations have been resolved in my favor once the smaller casinos realized there was nothing wrong with my pattern of bets. It is simply a strategy that they use to delay/not have to pay winnings.
You do realize that all these sites communicate with each other somewhat. You are not being limited by the casinos, you are limited by the provider. If all the sites use the same provider, you are fucked. You will be limited on site after site after site.

Cases may have been resolved in your favor, but that doesn't necessarily mean you are not doing an activity that the casinos do not condone. That could mean that the arbitrator is clueless about your activities, or could be a casino error, or whatever.

IMO, casinos feel you are doing something shady. Whether you feel you are or not is irrelevant.

Casinos condone people making money lol, if placing semi-decent bets is doing something shady, then shoot me. I've never done any fraudulent bets, arbitrage, etc and all the cases I've opened have been resolved in my favor because of that. Otherwise they would have proof of my wrongdoings to show to the 3rd party arbitrator.

Again, I ask you to look at all the bookmakers that I've done complaints on. Half of them have exit scammed and the other half have dozens of complaints here or on casino guru/askgamblers. Why are you trying to defend those scummy casinos by suggesting I'm doing shady activities?
I am not defending the casinos at all. You might be 100% legit with your case vs everyone of these casinos, or you may not. I'm just saying it's very odd that you seem to be playing smaller less known casinos, and always end up with a scam accusation against them.

133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chased loss, got it back and lost everything. on: May 12, 2024, 12:57:57 PM
Anyone here familiar with this kind of scenario on the title? Just recently saw a compulsive gambler diary which he manage to recover everything when he chased loss then later on he loss it all.

Reading this guy confession https://www.gamblingtherapy.org/forum/topic/compulsive-gambler-chased-loss-got-it-back-then-lost-everything-again/ sometimes remind me of myself when I’m still not that fully taking control my gambling habits. I’m sure other players can relate to the part that you still keep playing after recovering your losses for a hope to win a little bit before you leave.
Most gamblers will start out playing 1 game and lose, then go to another and get saved, then go back to the game they started on thinking it has to hit, get low, and go back to what saved them before and not get saved again. Vicious cycle and always ends bad. Best thing is to set goals and stick to them even if you set a daily loss limit or max loss on a day limit. If you can control your urges, you should be ok.
134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What you think about Casinos rewards? on: May 12, 2024, 08:00:20 AM
There are good and bad rewards offered by casinos. I personally dislike the deposit bonuses as they are more geared towards the casino and the player usually loses due to the high rollover attached. If you are testing a casino and looking to start with a larger amount than this is ok, otherwise always pass on a deposit bonus.

Wager type bonuses are good for the player but players usually abuse these types of bonuses.

Leveling up on a casino and reaching VIP is good as well but the rewards tend to only be good if you lost a bunch of money. If you won throughout the week you get a base bonus and normally its small. It's also worth mentioning that some players seem to think if they make VIP, they will gain free money for life. I think casinos are starting to change this and make it where the player has to be wagering weekly, so something to keep in mind.

Overall, if you're going to be gambling, you want to collect as much free money as possible without having a huge rollover. Check a casinos rewards out and decide what works best for your style of play.

That "expert" is a bit biased, dont you think?

LMAO that really made me chuckle.

I'm not sure if we will be able to combat AI completely, and I also think it will be a part of our lives no matter if we want it or not.

137  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.AG Deleted my account after I TREID to make a withdrawal after winning. on: May 12, 2024, 01:34:36 AM
How much did you try to withdraw? Which games did you win on? Is it possible that you had an account previously opened with them? Sometimes they are very strict with multi-accounting. I would suggest emailing them and being patient, I'm sure they will help you out as they have a fairly decent Trustpilot score. If you did nothing wrong, you deserve to be paid. Especially if you lost many deposits before, this withdrawal should not be an issue. I think you should include more info in your post and include some screenshots in order to get the best help and support! Smiley
If you are reading other replies, most of the information you are asking has been answered. Since the thread is still on page 1, please take the time to read before asking questions.

@OP send an email or pm their rep here, David is very nice and easy to deal with. They're not going to ban you for no reason, so keep that in mind.

Took a break from the site due to a busy week in real life and today decided to chill out a bit and play some rounds on 8ombard again : am a bit ashamed to say I keep on winning on this site  Cheesy
I played 100 rounds at $ 0.2 per bet and other 100 rounds at $ 0.5 per bet and I ended up with a balance of $311 from the $ 249 I started the session with ( as I wrote before I reached that 249 starting from $100).
Just asked for a withdrawal and will let everyone know how it will be processed.

If I someone has some dollars hanging around and some free time I'd suggest to give it a try.
Very nice to see a big winner. What volatility were you playing on? I had my best luck on low volatility.
139  Economy / Reputation / Re: JollyGood's Low Quality Assumptions against me on: May 11, 2024, 10:09:58 AM

What the hell?
You're just poking the bear. Jollygood gave you neutral trust which most of the time doesn't do you any harm, certain managers might not accept you in a sig campaign but usually they don't care. You have 0 neg trust, you don't engage in trading, you aren't in a sig campaign. Just ignore and move on, no need to cause yourself more stress over little things.

@Jollygood you might consider removing the JPR feedback as it requires more proof, up to you.

Not sure why it was deleted but it looks like the topic was posted in wrong section which was Bitcoin Discussion. In this type of cases I saw the topics used to be moved to the correct section. Lucusfoundation, you need to post it on Exchanges board as yahoo62278 suggested.

yahoo62278, you got the wrong link :-)
May be you were on your mobile device.
New laptop and getting used to the new keyboard. You'd think they'd be the same, but they aren't. Anyways, fixed now and thx for pointing out the error so I could fix it.
