You do realize that your Devs are slowly selling their coins on Bittrex and Cryptsy right? The development of Cloak is in a dip and they won't let anyone help. A little bird told me there will be an announcement very soon on next steps of which are very very positive. We will see a quick rise. The tweet that you are citing was never posted on Alty's twitter account - I have checked it on the day it happened, and you can check it now - there is no such a tweet on Alty's Twitter. Somebody fabricated this and posted it on the forum and now it is making rounds.
