when a user sends transaction anonymously does it take more blocks and confirmations than a normal send? Because the diagram says it includes part of transaction in different blocks.

not sure I woke up this morning, checking my wallet and was going to let it stake for a bit and boom a keylogger just sent all my btcd to another address. Guess this will force me to learn  how to use linux.

its possible that you had gotten a change address somehow. Its possible, dump all the wallet privkeys, also  do dumpprivkey address_the_coins_were_sent_to in debug console.
its possible the address belongs to your own wallet.
So do that. see. Its not possible to crack wallet.dat unless your password was as simple as 1234.

i think the rise is natural. and it was easy and fast. and it will be fast all the way up to 10k because. anything below that is still a bargain. right now pricecap is 50k or something. which is less than coins released every next day. look at coinmarketcap. its all joke and bs. its stupid that the price of neos was deliberately being pushed down. but i think those days are over.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][NEOS]Neos v2.0.1 Released - Official Upgrade Thread - Performance & More on: December 03, 2014, 10:17:58 AM
seems to be a good day for neos. But not the only good day. I think the coming weeks will be way better.  Wink neos is getting ready for 10k.

Nah higher just need to settle down first and then building Wink

yeah, it has been rising slowly and steady. There was never much volume.
Its time to accumulate and wait for the news  Smiley

are you sure that after you use wmake use_upnp=-

it does show "building WithOUT upnp support"?

if it foesnt. and there is no way to disable upnp in wmake. then modify your bitcoin qt.pro file and make a rule to disable upnp
131  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Building headless Bitcoin and Bitcoin-qt on Windows on: November 30, 2014, 04:56:22 PM
Ok, i think i will stop to compile and enjoy life.
Too many problems and no way to get out of this stuck.

Thanks anyway for your time.

My last try was to format all, install win 7,reinstall and recompile all to check if i get the same problem, and now the problem is different!!!!!

If someone's could help me; SKYPE: nacnaus

Thanks for you help so far. I will try to replace a leveldb from another coin.

But i want to know if the command:
ar tv libmemenv.a && ar tv libleveldb.a  have to be exec. from mysys or windows command prompt.

I found a post sayng also that if the output is right, probably windows find.exe is overruling file.exe.
"fix this by expliciting putting your MSYS find.exe directory before the windows find.exe directory (which should be like c:\windows\System32\find.exe"

But i don't understand how?
It means to copy the entire BIN folder(where find.exe is in) before c:\windows\System32\find.exe ? So in this path: c:\windows\?

Really stressed outthere.  Wink

you have to run from msys and within leveldb directory. so first do cd /c/coin/leveldb
i also tried that fix. I think what the author meant to say was remove system32 find.exe by removing system32 from PATH environment variable. But it did not change anything for me. I installed msys again.

After trying the same thing for a day, i just copied leveldb folder from another coin and it worked fine.

hello alroseb,

I had these kind of errors and I was able to solve them by using leveldb of another coin. Find another coin with leveldb folder, then compile it and replace it with the folder in your bitcoin dir. Then try again.

Make sure you back up first. This is the easiest thing that worked for me.

My last question!
I was dreaming of finally after days of reading variuos tutorial,to compile my first wallet, and at the final stage i stuck here:

135  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Building headless Bitcoin and Bitcoin-qt on Windows on: November 29, 2014, 08:43:26 PM
I'm compiling QT

cd C:\Qt\5.3.2
configure.bat -release -opensource -confirm-license -static -make libs -no-sql-sqlite -no-opengl -system-zlib -qt-pcre -no-icu -no-gif -system-libpng -no-libjpeg -no-freetype -no-angle -no-vcproj -openssl -no-dbus -no-audio-backend -no-wmf-backend -no-qml-debug

mingw32-make

Since i have only a dualcore, it's more than 4 hours that he's compiling.
Seems working weel,but too slow.

But my question is:
If i need another version in future of mingw,or openssl,or berkeley etc etc, i have to recompile also QT?
Or just the respective deps?

you only need to compile dependancies again. you have to compile qt only once.
136  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Building headless Bitcoin and Bitcoin-qt on Windows on: November 29, 2014, 12:04:10 PM
Installing OPENSLL
make
Firsti he ask me to do: make depend before install
I do. Then i do: make
Then error:
Nothing to be done for `all (after 10 minutes of compiling)

What's up?

if you have already compiled the openssl. then you it will say nothing to be done for "all".
so go to next step  Wink
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [APEX] BlockNET | PoS Phase, MULTI-Wallet with Exchange, GAMES on: November 27, 2014, 04:39:30 PM
Hello there !

I am just starting with Apex, I bought my first 30 K of Apex and moved them to my wallet for staking. But in the wallet it says "not staking because you do not have mature coins". What does this mean? I have to wait for the coins to mature? How long does this lasts?

I thank you in advance for giving me assistance, and sorry if it this question was already asked, I looked but could not find it. So please help an Apex noob.

Thanks!

on first post. PoS min coin age = 24hr

that means your coins must age 24 hours in your wallet to be able to stake. So you have to wait 24 hours.  Smiley
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Rawcoin Revival. NEW WALLET! on: November 27, 2014, 08:08:40 AM
It can't sync past block 259575 it seems for the time being. I shut the wallet down a few weeks ago seeing it couldn't stake correctly at all.
I'm gonna save then delete the blockchain if it doesn't move at all for the next day.

can you send me your peers.dat now? or the nodes at least? so i can sync up to that block, then contact bittrex, and move this thing up. its still doable and we can recover this coin.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [APEX] BlockNET | PoS Phase, MULTI-Wallet with Exchange, GAMES on: November 26, 2014, 10:38:45 AM
Some one just tried to pull a major shakeout , dumping almost 10 BTC into the buy orders.

The price has stayed above 2000 satoshi the whole time, and we are at 2400 satoshi now ! This is a major event !

APEX is unshakeable, someone wanted to get cheap coins, that's why they did, but it just showed how strong and resilient APEX is .

APEX Strong !

just saw that. Saw how epic they shake the coin all the way down to 2k. And dumped 10btc+- and price went back to 2700 in matter of minutes. That was a failed attempt at shakeout. Apex only looks stronger than ever being the stronger hands now Smiley

good work on update apex devs. youre going in the right direction. as the new development comes. price will follow. this is seriously the most stable coin now. its been stable on 2500 for days now. its time this coin should move up. we all are waiting for your more updates. cheers
