I currently hold BTC, DOT, UNI and have the account set up to manage my ADA position. The models are currently 100% long everything in my account EXCEPT ADA. The models went flat on my ADA position at an average price of $2.78. Today ADA is trading around $2.17. If the models decided to go long today (and I don't think they will with such volatility in the market) I would be able to buy 26% more coins than I sold because of where the models went into cash.
Good point to know if that YOU set up how many tokens you want to hold in your RMaaS account. Which means if the models went long today, they would only buy back at $2.17 what they sold at $2.78. I would have to commit that profit to ADA, though I might consider spreading it out among some of the other tokens vying to take dominance away from ETH. I believe strongly that ADA is the best solution but perception is everything and the market clearly has an affinity for Polkadot.

Trading is never a sprint. It is about the long term. Do you make more on your winning trades than you lose on your losing trades? Do you have a genuine theory that you are trading or are you just guessing for excitement? If a newbie makes money on a trade that comes under the same heading as 'even a broken clock is right twice a day.'
The big schism in trading is between magical thinkers who close their eyes and press the buy or sell button without knowing why and those who approach trading like an intellectual challenge that can be learned.

Cardano has so much careful thought going into it I think there's a very good chance it will dominate the smart contract space in the future. However, it is frequently marketing that drives adoption, not the excellence of tech. Many of you will be too young to remember this but VHS beat out Betamax and Betamax was the superior tech but Sony dropped the ball on marketing and lost dominance. Will ADA reach $10 by the end of the year? My gut says its unlikely. But wouldn't it just be lovely!
BTW Panxora's Risk Management models are all in cash right now. I hedged my ADA at $2.78 and its now trading at $2.11 so if I bought back in today, I would be buying 24% more than I sold when the model hedged my position.

At the moment I would not buy any coins. Our volatility models are all in cash and have been since September 6/7. Once the market starts trending again, I would buy BTC, ADA, DOT, UNI and ETH. That gives some exposure to the higher risk DeFi tokens as well as the more mainstream assets like bitcoin and ether. This is NOT financial advice. This is what I will do myself.
