You may be thinking the other site is a scam? No, they are actually running 2 ICOs using the same team at the same time!
Why would you run 2 ICOs at the same time from the exact same team? There is no logical explanation here apart from trying to extract as much money from people who are not aware of this. Shame on you! At least complete the road map for one of your ICO (which one are you doing?) before starting another! Can you explain this? Still no updates on why you have the same team on both ICOs websites, and now you changed the date to 6 days apart. So running 2 ICOs 6 days apart from the same team with hardcap of over 100 million. I think your potential investors deserve answers. If your answer is that you already built the app, then why do you need to raise money? Moj ti je savjet da pitaš firme koje primaju bitcoin tko im vodi knjigovodstvo i onda odeš u taj knjigovodstveni servis i probaš dogovoriti s njima suradnju, ti ljudi su već upućeni što i kako treba raditi. Najgore je doći kod knjigovođe koji pojma nema što su kriptovalute.
Također ih odmah pitaj što ti je bolje otvoriti d.o.o., j.t.d. ili obrt, mali obrtinici imaju porez na dohodak tek kad zadovolje neke parametre moraju preći na dvojno knjigovotstvo (knjigovotstvo kao firme), moraju imati barem jednog zaposlenog ali imaju jednostavnije knjigovotstvo i manje troškove. Puno toga još ovisi što bi ti bio bolji izbor, npr. da li imaš još kave prihode i o kojim se iznosima radi, generalno na brzinu mislim da će bolji izbor biti neki d.o.o. ili j.t.d. a i ako nešto krene niz brdo firma propadne i to je to a u obrtu odgovaraš svom svojom imovinom (jedino ako nešto nisu promijenili u novije vrijeme).
No svakako se raspitaj u više knjigovodstvenih servisa.
Inače porez na dobit kod firmi je 20%, za manje firme 18% (ne znam napamet koji su kriteriji za manje firme), ali kad platiš porez na dobit taj novac još ne smiješ prebaciti na svoj tekui račun njega može koristit samo firma, da bi povukao dobit iz firme potrebno je platiti dodatnih 15% i mislim prirez. Tako da ni tu porezi nisu mali.
Moze, budem se raspitao. Koliko se sjecam porez na dobit je bitno smanjen u 2017. godini, cak na nekih 10-15% ja mislim. Thx na odgovoru! |

MN payments are working correct now. DONT mine on pools that are not updated and give 20 block reward or you will most likely lose your coins.
Now block reward is 10 for Miners and 10 for Masternodes. You wont get payments right away. There are 64 Masternodes and it's randomly chosen which one gets 10 INN payment. Well it's not randomly, but there is queue. When you get payment, you go on the end of queue and when all other MN's are being paid out then you get it. At least i think it's that way but anyway on average it should be correct.

Pozdrav svima!
Neko vrijeme se bavim majningom i kriptovalutama. Poceo sam ostvarivati ok zaradu i vidim jos dosta potencijala, ne mislim stati. Medutim zanima me sljedece, da li je u HR moguce otvoriti nekako firmu za trgovinu istim? Rudarenje/mešetarenje itd. bilo kakva firma preko koje bi mogao knjižiti uplate na svoj bankovni račun kad bi dolare/eura od prodaje BTC-a povukao na bankovni.
Bez firme bi me ubrzo sigurno pitali, od kud mi taj novac i kako sam ga dobio, ali mislio sam da otvorim neki obrt ili firmu i da to nekako knjizim te da izbjegnem sulude poreze kao fizicka osoba. Mislim da je skoro 50% poreza ako ispunjavam one obrasce i čuda kojekakva dok sam fizicka osoba.

Moje misljenje je da se realno sa GPU ne isplati vise minati, ok ako imas pa koristis, al ici kupovati
je tesko isplativo. Graficka je preskupa, a investicija se isplati tek nakon cca 1 godinu sa trenutnim hashrate,
naravno on se s vremenom povecava...
Pricas budalastine. Ja rudarim oko 3 mjeseca, ulozio sam oko 110 000 kn i trenutno imam oko 12 000$ dolara u kriptovalutama. Majnanje nije samo nadi jedan coin (ETH, ZEC i sl) i pusti da rudari 24/7 nego puno puno vise od toga. |
