Hi Yes we made a mistake and sent low fee. we've changed our algorithm to fetch the recommended fee from https://bitcoinfees.21.co/Shouldn't be a problem from now on. Then, how about the balance I withdrew? I don't receive it in my bitcoin address and it is also gone from my epayinfo balance. Hi Amounts for rejected transactions will be returned to their accounts. As for unconfirmed we are monitoring them. Should they get rejected we'll return balance to their accounts too. How long I must wait? Rejected transactions are already returned to their accounts. am faucet owner i just deposit some bitcoins in my account ePay and now when i look to my wallet 15 confirmation after 6hours and in my account ePay nothing recieve even the transactions are not found
i deposit many times but this is a really a big problem thanks god am not deposit a big amount!

Is there something else to be done, or..?
Can you give me the txid? Sure, PM'ed you. Just so you (and other people reading this) are clear, the TX is registered within your system, it's just that it's status is weird.  Thank you for sending. Our deposit system must have skipped the status checking. Check your deposit. |

Hi everyone, I also have problem with my dogecoin and bitcoin address with epay. I can't log into my bitcoin address, which the page said that my address needed a password to log in, but I never add any password to this bitcoin address or email. As it said that "JUST ENTER YOUR WALLET ADDRESS TO BEGIN EARNING. NO REGISTRATION NEEDED". Why is it now that I can't simply check the balance of my address now. And now in order to withdraw my balance from that account, I need to get into my address to REQUEST WITHDRAWAL. Why did you change the auto withdrawal features to REQUEST WITHDRAWAL? How I missed FAUCETBOX. It is so easy to use, no registration, whatsoever. So simple. Now you need to registered and everything. So complicated. sigh. I now preferred FAUCETSYSTEM. Very similar to FAUCETBOX, and certainly not much bad reported problems with it. Epay is really very disappointing. I trusted you before, but now.  Only FAUCETSYSTEM AND XAPO are the best middleman for faucets. Maybe this is the end of faucets earning for me. As many of U know, the faucets are paying less and less nowadays, and earning BTC from faucets are getting more difficult, hard and long. But again and again, i lose my hard earned BTC because of these dishonest middleman. VERY SAD BE AWARE!! after asking, XAPO directly about "lowering outgoing fees" now THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED-- no balance.. no wallet.. nothing but BLANK asking to add funds!!!
