It seems to me that in order for ETH to grow to $1,400, Bitcoin needs to grow to at least $20k or even higher, but I don't think ETH will grow to $1,400 this year.

I don't think the future of the bounty will be positive. The popularity of bounty companies was in 2017 and I think it will not happen again. Now the company's bounty is just an extra way to make money in crypto.

I think best coin with good development and best coin this year is chainlink/ LINK..its still good to buy right now. Other coin thats have potentially 2x or 3 x in this bull season are BCD and BTG.
For me, coins with a good future are the ones that make up the top 20 because there are coins safe to invest in and they can also show a lot of X's. |

XMR and XRP  monero the best! XMR is a very good coin to invest, but personally I'm not much interested in investing in XRP as I think it's better to invest in ETH or LTC. |
