121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When do we think alt season will be? on: June 17, 2024, 07:56:35 AM
probably the closest trigger to the upcoming altcoin season will be once ETH ETF begins trading probably in july 2nd, so I guess that date in itself is worth nothing if you truly waiting for altcoins season but arguably it might be the EVM related tokens that are pumping though.
there's just no certainty whether altcoin season will have its own "season" again in the future as far as I know most of the altcoin has been going up though some of them didn't even hit all time high but we can already say that its some kind of altcoin season.

just wait until either BTC make its biggest rally or ETH ETF starts trading in a nutshell.

Looking at the chart from 2020 when we had the last bitcoin halving in May , it took 5 months for the alts to really start pumping so i have got it in my head now that it might not come until September.

If that is the case then so be it, 3 more months to wait is not long for great gains but if it comes before in the next month or two then even better.
probably gonna come earlier, ETH ETF just around the corner when it begins trading things will change, there might be surge, but if we are saying that altcoin gonna starts picking up its price in the next few months the probablity is high based on past chart data and upcoming events.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Funds are Missing in Kucoin/ByBit Exchange: What should I do? on: June 17, 2024, 07:19:47 AM
honestly you should make sure that they really charge or not, maybe chat them again $40 just to retrieve your own money is honestly ridiculous but there is also always chance that some business enforce such a thing to make sure they aren't losing on other people's mistake.
you just need to make sure that the email you received is genuine from kucoin and if it is, then start to think whether it's worth it to retrieve your money by paying that fee.

honestly if i were you if the money retrieved outweigh the fee imposed i'd just retrieve and dipped and never using kucoin service again.

to be frank though,i personally find sending coin to a chain that requires memo to be a really bad experience and really vulnerable to mistake, our muscle memory always thinks an address is enough identifier.

Because asking money to do things before they do it, is excatly how scammers operate.
Exactly and that is my fear and nothing more. Frankly speaking to pay the money nis not an issue, if I pay the money then they frame another story that they can't refund the money because they don't know where the funds are or other cooked up stories then I became a loser with double transactions. So the payment before refund is not nice one. I really doubt if it is real.
yeah requires paying before knowing whether the problem could be solved is really an shady move in my opinion.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which ecosystem will drive crypto mass adoption this year on: June 17, 2024, 06:59:04 AM
I am with people here who said it will be telegram or tap apps. It is the easiest method to reach mass adoption. Even it is already happening now. Many said those tap apps going viral in tiktok which everyone from student to government worker in my country play them. And i am not lying. Ton already surpassed ethereum in daily active user.

ZK and other tech may help the blockchain but seriously if even a person doesn't know what a wallet is how can ZK help mass adoption? This is why telegram will help mass adoption because it truly touch the grassroot
tap apps work sort of like mini games like those hypes surrounding the pokemon game back then, the hypes really resembles each other, I guess on top of playing mini game, getting paid is also one thing that attract many people but man I'm hoping that it won't get trashed if the money they earned from doing the tap tasks aren't up to their expectations, as I've seen lately some people seem to have misunderstanding that they can earn hundred thousand of dollars by doing these games. some of them also thinks the point they get from the game have conversion rate of 1:1 to dollar which is not true at all if you see their whitepaper there will be so many people disappointed in the future but undeniably it has successfully finds its way to the massive adoption.

the entire ecosystem that TON is having is really effective in my opinion, the simplicity I guess is the main point that attract people unlike other defis that requires accessing certain site and then doing tasks here and there the average people just aren't invested enough to do something so complex.
current emerging tapping games could probably become another NOT coin but i expect overly diluted rewards when the active users reached hundred millions.
124  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: TRADERS are not UNEMPLOYED on: June 16, 2024, 10:40:40 AM
It depends, and this is how I’ll define it. Traders are not unemployed if and only if they are making good profits from it. But if they aren’t, then they are unemployed haha! It’s not so deep but it’s quite a reasonable way to think of it. Trading is a skill, if you’re sure you can replicate you wins over and over again, then that’s a job in my opinion. As long as it gives you money.
same thing with freelancing, and entrepreneurship, the amount of scrutinize that people have towards the people venturing in this job is honestly ridiculous, if a trader is in loss then they're the loser of society, many people said, even though thats not true at all.
i've seen plenty of story and narrative over other social media where there are many people that undermine trader and call it not real job, well to be fair they can have their own opinion in that regard, but if thats the way society judges the only way for trader to prove themselves are to earn money and become rich.
I guess thats where the saying that you just mentioned coming from.

but if i'm being honest, its also probably due to the fact that there are so many trader that doesn't make money and just failing over the course of the year that contributes to this stereotypes though mabye some people find their relative or someone they know doing trading and doesn't make really much money and making premature conclusion about how trading is a fad without observing more in depth of what trading really is.
125  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you prefer between pure price action and indicators? on: June 16, 2024, 10:26:54 AM
probably depends on the timeframe of your trading if its long term you probably better off with indicators if its short term price action probably fare better for you because you know what most of the long term trader with 5m candles are just doing price action, so to play the game with the same approach you should also use price action, remember that you are trying to profit off the price swing and probably your trade is leveraged, nothing better than just following the flow and cash out when necessary, I think most of short term trader or daily trader in a nutshell relies heavily in price action.

if you like me though who try to hold long term, indicator is the way to go, comparing the all time low with current price, whether its a good entry or not is essential to find opportunity buying at the lowest point and profit whenever the price goes up again. in this case I think price action become rather meaningless.

to be fair probably as spoken by many people before, these two could never become accurate, what matter most is just seeing all these price actions and indicator data combined with the trend and external factor such as news, just imagine if suddenly bad news appear, it will completely render these two approach of trading useless.
126  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Most Traders are Not Profitable on: June 16, 2024, 10:08:40 AM
I don't believe most traders are not profitable, trading has been one of the alleviation scheme from poverty to a lot of intellectually smart youths, as for the newbies in trading they might experience loss but its just a matter of time and also they can utilize the copy trading features on some exchanges just like Bitget, the copy trading will give them opportunity to make profit by copying trades from professional traders.
Most of trader are failing, its only very few that make it, those young trading gurus selling course over youtube out there or tiktoks are making money from affiliates and course, they're not purely making money out of trading, pretty sure if they can show their trades its gonna be mediocre, not even worth mentioning but many of them just go and sell courses because thats the best way to make money risk free without spending any capital just creating some bullshit guide to how to make millions of dollar even though the creator doesn't make their millions of dollar from trading.
its overall just useless knowledge being sold at high price.

on the other hand anyone better off doing themselves favour and put their idea into action with that money, on the other hand copy trading might seem promising, but sometimes buying position just to copy the pro trader and their existing position on certain investment isn't really great. they probably got the position on significantly lower price point than when you try to copy their trades, also, some platform allows for copy future buys, doesn't mean you gonna profit though, it still depends.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Solana still Worth buying?? on: June 15, 2024, 09:21:07 AM
Solana is one of the old coins that still survives today. and currently it's not too bad for Solana to be at $144 and experiencing a correction, technically analysis, it's possible that after this correction not long ago it will experience bullishness and form a new ATH, I think this correction time won't last long to reach the bullish period
I think when market cap top 5 the biggest the fact that solana is relatively old coin isn't becoming relevant to determine its potential though but I agree currently its just a correction eventually it gets back up, the most used blockchain for meme coin I guess isn't going to be abandoned anytime soon instead the trend of meme coin could always appear again.

remember that solana is the 3rd largest blockchain by TVL according to coinmarketcap which means that this blockchain is still valued high by people to generate profit for them.

so its still got so many potential left and isn't exactly hitting peak right now. if any, current price correction could means its good for buying, but know personally im not a fan of buying at peak, because its too much of a risk for me.

even more so if we are talking about the huge influx of DePin project in solana where they reached billions of market cap just within short amount of time such as RNDR, which i think gonna helps the entire solana ecosystem by a lot in term of market cap. so there's nothing really that matters other than the blockchain is going strong.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is SocialFi? on: June 15, 2024, 08:23:47 AM
I saw a lot of these but none of them were able to penetrate on the social media niche. Maybe a very few but if there are new projects that are trying to get into it, just find another niche that you might able to penetrate and dominate. But with this, I don't think that people will use your platforms. Because it's hard to beat the giants in the social media, and even you're going to reward posters and such, you're just gonna be out of your business and the project will just dropdead.
Its truly hard to penetrate the social media market, farcaster as of now one of the hottest social fi isn't causing a dent to the market share of twitter or other social media, its just full of airdrops advertisements and similar things it becomes boring after a while.
meanwhile there has been many platforms trying to be the blockchain social media but most of them fails because their entire idea of incentivized content creating doesn't last long, the money need to be generated somewhere and if the userbase aren't growing they essentially just wasting their money.
its truly very niche and i'm not even sure even one of the socialfi platform could ever be as big as twitter and discord as a social media despite the fact that they also sometime did TGE and airdrops communities but really the people there aren't truly loyal, gonna ditch whenever they're done with their things.

at this point maybe just creating dapps that complements existing social media platform could suffice and will get some good market response for it, most of defi has done this and they thrive.
just like how telegram created apps within their platform that perfectly complements the entire ecosystem and right now they are having daily 100,000 users doing that mini games thing.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ton coin and it's network on: June 15, 2024, 07:33:26 AM
pretty good blockchain if i'm being honest there are tons of dapps deployed in that blockchain that also integrated flawlessly with the telegram app, though most of the coin are just game based these days but probably moving forward they gonna make some interesting dapps even right now there are some netflix dapps replacement being built by them if i heard about rumour going on and also directly supported by big investors but I can be wrong.

overall judging from the fact that NOT coin could grow to 2 billion market cap despite just literally being a meme coin even their white paper describes nothing literally about the coin means the meme community probably gonna shift thier attention from solana blockchain to this blockchain if there's chance.
also, some exchanges right now doing zero fee for receiving stablecoin in this blockchain so I guess it can be good alternative for stablecoin sending other than L2 and TRON.
though personally I think the coin of this blockchain itself just probably gonna peak around current market cap which is $20 billion and thats it at best it can overtake XRP and DOGE but hardly solana will get overtaken in market cap by this coin.
130  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Premier League 2023/2024 Discussion Thread ⚽ on: June 14, 2024, 05:02:11 PM
as you said, if Arsenal really need a change in their title pursuit strategy, that should be prioritized and from my opinion, if they really want to get the EPL title, they should try to prioritize matches in the EPL and consider the UCL as a second match that doesn't need to be prioritized.
and this kind of method can make Arsenal closer to winning the EPL title and if Arsenal succeeds in getting the EPL title, the mentality of the Arsenal players will definitely become more confident.

That's just it, they should just focus on the English premier League as there main targets and stop diverting there attention to other leagues, though I'm impressed with there performance this season even if they did not win the premier League but they mount serious pressure on Manchester City before they manage to win the premier league, so since they no that they are not the right candidate for the champions League trophy they should concentrate more on the premier league they have the performance to win.

In the last season, even though Arsenal still divided their focus to other competitions, but in reality Arsenal also almost won the Premier League trophy. But unfortunately, Arsenal was unlucky because Arsenal had played one more match than Manchester City and thus, Arsenal failed to get the trophy. Although it is clear, basically Arsenal was able and successful in maintaining its top position after successfully overtaking Liverpool. But unfortunately, Arsenal still failed even though in fact Arsenal also managed not to lose when Arsenal played against teams in the top zone of the standings last season. Therefore, even though Arsenal is still dividing its focus on next season, I believe Arsenal is still capable of being a team that is in the race for the title next season.

Arsenal bottled the Premier League trophy after losing two games in a row against Aston Villa and West Ham. This is the biggest mistake by arsenal so far. I meant that the main issue is with the gunners' mentality. People are unaware that Arsenal has been doing this garbage for almost two decades. It keeps continues till now.
I am not inclined to see Arsenal as a title contender this season. For the past two decades, the team has not been strong enough to win a single Premier League trophy, this is the fact. It provides nuance if PL likes a farmer league. It's because Manchester City was continually winning the trophy, but they deserved it because they have great performances.
This season, they have performed flawlessly. This is also improving the situation for the city, as Pep has set a new record that no one has ever reached even fergie was not able reaching what pep has done on city. City has now surpassed Manchester United.
Arsenal will only be capable of competing with City, and it is unlikely that Arsenal will win the title next season. MU is considerably superior to Arsenal, notwithstanding the latter's current dismal performance.

I expect four clubs to compete for the title soon, i have removed arsenal coz this club has bottled pl trophy for two decades.

1. City
2. Chelsea.
3. Liverpool.
4. United

It saddens me that a Premier League club missed out on a chance to finish fifth in the UCL. They were performing so poorly. I was hoping we would be seeing PL to get additional slot but it was not happening.
131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 14, 2024, 04:09:20 PM
Al Nassr is always looking for new players to bring in for the next season, and now the names of the names they are looking to bring in have emerged. They definitely want to increase their strength to be able to win the Saudi Pro League title next season and they will do this by looking for new ammunition which they are targeting from Europe.

Their failure in the last few seasons to win the title has become a motivation for them to make high maneuvers in the transfer market. especially after their failure this season when they failed to get even one title. However, there has been no further news about this, because this is just a rumor and they are just making an approach. Their defense is their main focus at the moment, because defense is one of the problems that made them experience failure because they lost to compete with Al Hilal in the Saudi Pro League.
Despite spending huge amount on few players Al Nassr fail to have their desired results specially they are completely failed to win any trophy which is having huge negativity about them with Cristiano Ronaldo is also involved in about few players so most chances we will have another good spending from them in this season with Sadio Mané is also leaving mean things are looking for some good names to be recruited which will bring positive change and better results as well.
Al nassr have been targeting some names.

Al Nassr has been targeting certain individuals.

- van Dijk
AFAIK, Al Nassr is prepared to make Van Dijk the world's highest-paid defender. It is claimed that he will be paid a very large salary on al Nassr. I'm still unsure if Van Dijk will allow it. Van Dijk is extremely committed to Liverpool, but given his age of 32, he could accept such an offer.
I'm not sure if Van Dijk will be able to play football till he's 40. So far, no tangible news has emerged about Sadio Mane's departure from the club. I meant there would be no agreement between him and the new team.

- Wojciech Szczesny
Al Nassr has also targeted Wojciech Szczesny. Wojciech Szczesny will always earn a large salary as long as he joins Al Nassr as a new goalkeeper. I believe al Nassr is currently overhauling its squad.
I am aware of the present al Nassr goalkeeper's incompetence.

Their main issue is defense which is having not good depth so they need to fix this and also having midfielder which can do some good work on both ways as their attack is still one of the best in this league, but their defense has never been ideal next season is surely having more challenges so having improved squad is going to be good for them.
Al nassr has been trying to fix it by recruiting van dijk from liverpool. No feedback from van dijk so far. Im hoping everything is going very well for al nassr. The club needs to recruit good players to join in the squad.
132  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: June 14, 2024, 03:13:14 PM
Neymar, the injured superstar player of Al Hilal couldn't help his team at all and he was mostly injured. He just played in five games for Al Hilal we didn't see anything from this Brazilian player while he was having a much better performance when he was younger before he joined the Saudi League.
Since Al Hilal spent too much money on Neymar they were unhappy and how it seems Neymar posted a picture of himself with Santos's shirt which made the Al Hilal fans mad.
Now there is the chance for Neymar to leave Al Hilal and play for Santos.

What an incompetent individual. I believe Neymar declared that he would not be leaving Al Hilal. Neymar stated that he wants to bring a lot of trophies to Al Hilal but it may not be coming true. To be honest, Neymar is frequently disrespectful to the Al Hilal. Without a doubt, the club may fire him as quickly as possible following his contradicted post on his social account. Neymar was rarely showing respectful act toward al hilal.

Neymar received a large wage on Al Hilal. It would be ridiculous if Neymar tried to push Al Hilal to fire him. Neymar is consistently rude to his present club. This is another unacceptable act by him. There is no doubt that al-Hilal followers are being triggered.

This may be considered a sensitive photo from him. Neymar is so foolish to post this. I was expecting neymar would show more respect to Al Hilal as his club, but it appeared to me that Neymar had lost it all. Neymar never sees al hilal as his club.
It is preferable for Al Hilal to end his contract. Al Hilal can utilize the money to pay his wage and pursue the next European player again.
133  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Breakout Alert! 🚀 on: June 14, 2024, 10:13:53 AM
chart pattern shows exactly that, if it hits $71800 however there might be another bullrun but there's something that we need to be taking into consideration that bitcoin ETF has ended its ETF inflow streak so we gonna need new narrative if we really gonna see some big bullrun in the upcoming future, the altcoin on the other hand with ethereum etf, probably gonna go strong around middle of this year to end of this year.
still i accumulated much of bitcoin and some ordinals just in case also the layer 2 coin like STX and BB since its somehow related to bitcoin, pretty optimistic that we gonna see breakthrough, $72k as its ATH just too weak in my opinion and the market still feels pretty greedy with so many emerging new projects valued at billions and there are many institutional investors still trying to make investment in BTC.

but this is not a guarantee that the market will breakthrough near this time, probably it requires more time for the accumulation zone same as those time where we still below $60k and im just going with the flow waiting for the bottom though i've pretty much spent my entire life saving on when BTC still relatively low anyway but its still worth investing if we were to hit $100k, what can I say, if top influential billionaire figure like jack dorsey projected it gonna turn 1 million then I guess i will try betting on it.
134  Economy / Economics / Re: How is the cost of living in your country? on: June 14, 2024, 09:05:56 AM
Here in my country we have a slight increase of 1% this month which results in overall inflation of 3.9% but it is still ideal destination for retired foreigners who wants to settle down because conversion rate of dollar in here is quite high. But if we are talking about prices and wages as a local it's quite lower for me compared to other countries and the purchasing power is not that good since our local currency is depreciating it's value against the dollar so yeah that is why foreigners love to visit my country. 😅✌️
the fact that conversion rate of dollar to your local currency is high and that living cost probably cost less could be a good opportunity for the government to start advertising as being a holiday destination in my opinion, it could help strengthen the currency and if its becoming among one of the most sought after destination they can easily increase their income from the tourism sector and from there on the country could build the other sector as well.
I've seen many countries in the less developed region doing the exact same thing and have been doing well so far, prominently around south east asian countries that advertise so diligently in other countries about their tourism, even middle east like dubai right now trying to attract tourism I guess with all the big project they have.

weak local currency isn't great but there's always ways to make for something, meanwhile the people in developed country are having fierce competition for big earners and the housing crisis that just probably not gonna solved,
its pretty though and I predict that digital nomads gonna increase overtime.
135  Other / Off-topic / Re: Don't live above your affordability on: June 14, 2024, 08:17:31 AM
Without pretence, how'd you feel being a low class admist first classes where public are being attentive?
Honestly, to some oppressive times, I actually feel like to afford the first class expenses in that period of time just for impression but my fear always goes to HOW TOMORROW MAY BE because living in such competitive arenas is liable to disappoint a man as time approaches.
Money is indeed a key word of man's status quo but it's better to maintain a sustainability for a long term going than living the high classes in just a short term else, you'd become a mockery in reviewing of your past and recalling your present status quo.
person with sufficient financial education know how to not overspend, anyway, what is really considered the definition of first class anyway. overspending and living a lavish life with all the luxuries aren't the definition of first class by any means, probably the thought its first class but really most of people can see through our financial condition if spend enough time with us so people pretending to be living luxurious life while entangled in debt undoubtedly will eventually find a day where they got exposed since its not a sustaining life style as you said.

meanwhile on the opposite people that keep growing their wealth overtime are the one that is being considered first class, you know being financially independent and all those kind of things does make use get viewed in a better light than just pretending to be something else, even if we don't have any wealth to show off, if we just honest and keep striving for better financial condition for the future through hard work people will find the charm in ourselves.

definitely no point trying to live a life that could drain your entire fortune just within a year or two, at best its just a facade, but you know whats better, getting income so high you spend to help other people, thats what most of billionaires are doing right now after probably getting bored of spending their money.
136  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: June 13, 2024, 11:34:45 PM
-snip-
Bayern Leverkusen should not even try to do that because they will lose relevancy without those key players by next season. A lot is expected from them after a brilliant season from them in the just concluded season. They need all of their key players and even more in order to be at their best next season also. Xabi Alonso staying back with them should help convince this players that have trained under him for up to a season and bringing out the best in them. He shouldn’t gamble it and allow them to go thinking that he’ll get a good replacement for them. If he continues with this current Bayern Leverkusen squad, I feel he’ll excel better in the next season than he did in the first season with them.

A lot of people have high hopes in them and they believe with Xabi Alonso staying with them for the next season, they won’t be less of their performance as they did in the first season but rather improved in all aspect as they prepare to participate in the champions league which is the most competitive of all competitions they will be playing in next season. Their undefeated run has given them an upper hand and they should utilize it very well as teams will be more sceptical playing with them from next season.
Leverkusen will certainly have great difficulty repeating the same achievements as before. Competition in the Bundesliga is expected to increase after Bayern Munich and Dortmund start the new season, as well as other matches in Europe. Leverkusen will play in the Champions League, but they will probably be thrown into the Europa League if they fail in the group stages. They will never be the same even if Xavi Alonso will try his best, but still have a good chance.

I never think Leverkusen can match their unbeaten record next season, but everyone can expect logical things about them next season. Xabi Alonso has a big responsibility to maintain his team's performance, this is the most difficult challenge I imagine for him next season.

That's true. The competition will be even tougher next season. It's still possible for leverkusen to defend its trophy. Leverkusen may still able to own bundesliga next season. Leverkusen won't be playing in the europa league next season but, it doesn't rule out the possibility for leverkusen to drop from UCL to the europa league.
I meant that if the fact that if UCL is far tougher compared to the europa league. Xabi must be able to at very least bring his club to be on the quarter final. I will not be optimistic about leverkusen in UCL.
So many great clubs are playing in UCL. King of madrid is also coming back again to win UCL for 16 times in a row.
137  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Persevering Through Crypto Trading Losses on: June 13, 2024, 09:51:07 AM
quitting trades because loss caused by shady character really sounds like that person trading a lot of shit coin and got really bad result, I thought a crypto trader with years of experience would know before hand that they should do risk management only allocating really small money to speculative trading that carries high risk.
I'm pretty sure doing that would spare you of losing money because of shady characters that you described above.
moreover, if you're drained of capitals due to that loss, what you can do anyway, you just start from the very beginning with low capital and make your way up, its gonna be tough, but you need to think whether its worth holding onto trading, judge the profit you generated each year to determine whether its worth or not.

personally with trading, the worst day I got is when sudden market dumps occur, then I got heavy loss and just move on, since I do risk management usually even though loss is heavy, i still have capitals left to start again.
its just how you approach how you trade, going all in to an investment is just never really worth it when you have big capital in your hands.
138  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is June a Downturn for the Crypto Market? on: June 13, 2024, 09:31:46 AM
No one know, in the previous month, many people keep saying to dump their coins since they believe in Sell in May and go away theory, they also see a pattern that in May for every 3 years, the market is red (2015, 2018, 2021). But, this year the market prove it wrong, the market closed in green, so the past history didn't repeat.

Even market in June are mostly in green, it doesn't mean this month will green too.

yeah people belief too much on some random sayings and the previous year chart shows that may or june is the month of downtrend doesn't mean it will happen when overall market greet index is at high and also we are at bullish. so that is anecdotal at best.
currently there's downturn because we've reached $73k not too long ago it does make sense for market to go down a little but there are many speculators out there saying that if bitcoin somehow cross $72k it will means another big rally coming for us which you shouldn't never take it as a financial advice but quite optimistic speculation coming from people probably gonna be self fulfilling prophecy.

so far market is well, there might be another wave of correction ahead, definitely best chance for people that have been waiting to invest, bad for people that invested in peak, but regardless still a healthy market.
even if somehow this month around goes full on corrections after correction doesn't mean we are at bearish as long as bitcoin still stays on the trajectory of going $100k.

remember we're probably still too early to call it peak of this bullrun, one thing that I really trust about past chart data is that the overall bitcoin growth over decades has been consistently linear.
139  Economy / Economics / Re: could the FDI in any country be affected by cryptocurrency not being accepted? on: June 13, 2024, 09:17:39 AM
I think its just usually regional stability and Legal certainty but it also depends on what kind of foreign investment we are talking about, personally I don't think there's any correlation with the fact that a country choose to deny the use of bitcoin as a legal tender, not to mention the factors already mentioned by bloomberg report which is complex exchange rate policy.

it reminds me of countries in Asia where their FDI index has been growing substantially lately the country itself needs to be proactive to offer the best term for the potential foreign investors otherwise the investors would just look else where there are many countries in the world and the landscape are consistently shifting from one to another, the only country that truly trying to make it attractive for foreign investment gonna be the one that get all the investment.

good thing that from that article above there seems to be effort in improving the overall situation to eliminate all the regulation that hinders foreign investment.
140  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What happened to the crypto market? on: June 12, 2024, 09:32:36 AM
its probably correction or it could be many things, you see just compare current bitcoin price or market capital of entire cryptocurrencies to previous month you will know that we are still up few percent. really there's no need to look too much into some market correction or sudden dump sometime it could happen without anything triggering it but I suppose current price dump was because ETF outflow which break the inflow streaks that probably caused people to be afraid but nothing of significance if you look from long term view.

US Spot Bitcoin ETFs Ended Record 19-Day Inflow Streak Following $65M Outflow

its normal because a week ago price literally pumping and the market is all green, nothing lasts forever right so this is one of the correction needed to be healthy.

just remember that the current correction is a good opportunities for people investing in crypto, the price already discounted 20%, if market recover you already in profit and if it reaches ATH you get really good profit.
