Rubies held on the live wallet on our change do not stake. The reason for this that having a staking wallet undergo constant deposits and withdraws is detrimental to the wallet's health. If you wish to stake your coins, you need to run your local wallet on your computer. |

We are applying a fix (hopefully today) that should resolve the user_id issue that arose after MP was sold. This should in turn resolve the displacement of affiliates as well thank you for your patience and playing at our casino.
Make sure to save your accounts at BetterBets especially if you have wagered over 1 BTC by the end of this month so you can reap the rewards of this new system we are launching.
Fix applied and everything seems to be working well. We're running a large DB update which seems to pretty dramatically impact our site performance, but we should be back to normal in less than 30 min. It should (in theory) be smooth sailing once that is done. |

Hi 21million, after the change to the new ownership, all stats reset excepted HOF; all the users have a new auth_id. Neverless, BetterBets kept all the old data ( wager; bets; affiliates...), that will be used when the new bonus be active. My advice is to players switch to the new affiliate link in all the channels they promote BetterBets. Keep playing with us!! Isn't 150 BTC a bit too optimistic, the "mother" site , moneypot started at something around 50 BTC and most likely sold for less.

That 171.91 is revenue as in gross income, right? AFAIK you have a pretty aggressive rake back program which I believe is not included in that figure. In order to maintain the current volume I think the rake is an important factor. But how much is your net income after considering rake back and other expenses? If your dev decided to not come back then you cant do this business if you rely too much on him Cashback is being done as we speak and we are experiencing delays because our dev has things going on in his personal life. Payments are always made so theres no reason for anyone to freak out. Life happens sometimes ya know Its just funny that admin has no access to this stuff and only dev has. What if the dev got shot in the head? then does this mean the whole business will go down with the dev as well because admin has no access to the site or the other things? We have a process in place to ensure transfer of all relevant access information should permanent harm come to me. But since this gives the keys to the city (so to speak) to Bjorn, this is only for real emergencies which can not be resolved short term. Let me state clearly that this is not a trust issue, but rather a skill issue. I wouldn't know where to start marketing for such a site and Bjorn, as great of guy as he is, won't know what to do with the code. |

Hi, I was forced to take a break from development due to some urgent family affairs ... the immediate thing has been taken care off and while the root issue (grave illness of my mother) will probably resurface at a later date, I'm now back and devoting time to development again. So you can expect some news in the near future. Glad to see things are better for you! Do you happen to have an ETA (like a month, 3 months) for the next game? . Or maybe start it slow, whats the next feature / cool thing that you are going to add. Bjorn said that it will be atleast 6 games at christmas and I think you are running out of schedule now I spent the last few days fixing/implementing some things on the backend which are invisible to users to are needed for our admin backend and for future plans. The math of the new game is slowly but surely progressing and I hope to have that completed this week. Also, there's another surprise in the works which will hopefully materialize within the next 2 weeks or so. So a bunch of stuff is going on + Bjorn has been dreaming up some big things which will hopefully get done by years end. So lots of things are happening. |
