Are these members active? While you do have a lot of members, it seems like a lot of them are passive/inactive as posts on the page only get 2-3 likes.
it's not a meme group or similar where posts go viral, most of the posts contain referral links so there is a competition between members, also many people are members of other 100+ groups, sometimes I can't add new members because they are already members of 300 groups (max limit per user).
