I'm sorry.  I want to like betchain but your site messes up on me every time I start doing well.   For example today.  It's free spin friday.  I get three spins and use them on 20,000 BC (I think is the name).  I win 50 credits and play Fruit Zen to reach the play through.   I'm doing good on fruit zen until the game crashes, I get the error screen and when I reload my bonus is gone.  It says, "lost" under history.   It shows I have an in play spin on Fruit Zen as well.  I click to play it and I'm told I have no credits.   That's completely false and has happened every time I start doing well enough to complete the play through on a bonus.   I've posted about this before with no resolution for Bet Chain and I don't expect much better today.   I just want to vent and let other players know about my experience here.   

My other posts about this issue were under another bitcoin talk username that was hacked.     Ill send support my email address to see what they can do for me.  I'll update here.

I think it is not possible, as their bonus terms requires to make at least one deposit after you complete other requirements (rollover)

At least  players need to know whether they have completed the rollover or not. But I cant find any menu to see how many rollover I have made, perhaps we need to ask live support about it. Another thing to know is that about the minimum deposit..

2. Rollover requirements are 30 times for most bonuses unless specified otherwise.

3.
