121  Economy / Speculation / Re: Disturbing on: November 26, 2019, 07:58:28 PM
Just try to swim with the whales when you're a small fish.

Ol' Big Whales!
After a fast bullrun, a drop will surely happens so people can make some profit (2 much 4 big whales), meanwhile other people are discussing why it is up or down, blamin' chinese, russian...
122  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's a BUY flag on: November 26, 2019, 07:47:47 PM
There is no need to panic buy since the value of bitcoin will surely drops and it might hit between the range of 6.7k or 6.9k and we just need a little more patience until it goes down.

And waiting for the price drop and buy while it is cheap is a big profit in the future.

The $7k range is already a good one to buy for traders. Waiting for less than this value may be a waste of time in the short term especially if a bullrun will take place soon
123  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitgoin is going to moon 1.5.2021 it will hit 236K on: November 24, 2019, 12:27:03 PM
yes we made new low Sad, not good bcs it was a lower low...

so realistic one https://www.tradingview.com/chart/BTCUSD/3AmvgGna-Hiden-falling-wedge-in-the-making/

from january dump to february will be fast it wont last troue march/april (if we choose to dump), if we break 9.3K its invalid, and we are totaly in bulish teritory

This dump is normal in this time of the year. Many traders tend to collect as much as they can in a relatively low price so they can sell later in December high price..
If the price didn't rises to +$9-10k by mid-december then we can have another talk  Wink
124  Economy / Speculation / Re: In 3 sentence or Less- Post your Fundamental Analysis of Bitcoin on: November 20, 2019, 07:40:37 PM
Fundamental analysis / real facts :
- 1 bitcoin in 2010 = 1 bitcoin in 20xx and beyond
- Comparing bitcoin to other fiat may be essential now but it will not be necessary in the future once bitcoin will replace USD et al.
- Buy now or don't cry tomorrow.
125  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitgoin is going to moon 1.5.2021 it will hit 236K on: November 16, 2019, 08:08:34 AM
Every few weeks you hear about some predictions, some of it crazy enough to just laugh and pass.
I believe no one is wrong since volatility in bitcoin is hilarious but fixing a date where the price will reach a huge amount is a little bit too exaggerated
126  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin $400,000 (?) on: November 10, 2019, 09:42:25 PM
From the article:

Quote
Accordingly, our long-term price target for Bitcoin is approximately $400,000 per coin, based on taking the market cap of all the gold in the world and dividing it by the number of bitcoins that will ultimately be in circulation.

I wish he would state what exactly "long-term" means. If Bitcoin continues to survive over time then it's price will likely go up over the long-term The question is: Will it reach $400,000 in my lifetime?

It depends how old you are  Tongue
Every price could be possible once papers will not be used and the main fiat is removed. In other terms, once bitcoin will be adopted worldwide and satoshi become the actual dollar
127  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin cross $50,000 by Dec 2020? on: November 10, 2019, 09:35:32 PM
With the current price and happening on crypto market o dont even see bitcoin going to 20,000$ this year so 50,000$ price by dec3mber is only a dream.

Back in 2017 almost no one expected to see bitcoin price flying very fast toward $19k. That was a dream for most people, so why couldn't it be possible this year too?
128  Economy / Speculation / Re: This Is Why Bitcoin Price Could Hit $55,000 Next Year: Crypto Zombie in Trader’s on: November 07, 2019, 08:13:12 PM
Most likely it will not happen next year, but in the next 5 years it should.

Expectation vs reality. The main thing is the adoption process not the price only... Having millions of users will automatically increase the demand which will lead the price up, and this will not happen soon imo..
129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another day, another Faketoshi on: November 04, 2019, 03:15:56 PM
Best thing is to neglect everyone pretend to be an important person in the bitcoin community such as Wright dude... Whenever you give them a little attention, they will become more present and have more weight... create a buzz that may last for a long time if we didn't let it go...
130  Economy / Speculation / Re: Ascending Triangle...we are about to break bullish. 10.5K within a week. on: November 02, 2019, 11:55:15 PM
You might want to fix the format on that link.

$10,500 within a week?  Okay, bump this thread in a week and we'll see if you're right.  I've no idea what an ascending triangle is or means, but it sounds like one of those geometry gems that traders trade on.  Am I right?

I'm very bullish on bitcoin but I'm also hoping it doesn't pull a 2017 on us all.  Increasing by $1000 in a week might be a little too much...but we'll see, right?

I’m not a trader. And I am an amateur. But I’ve been in Bitcoin since 2014. I sense that things have settled and we are moving up. Just my feeling.

Triangle and other sophisticated analysis are a way to predict the tendances of the price. However bitcoin is very fluctuating vs other currencies and with such volatility it is hard to give a good prediction...
I predict +$10k in the next weeks too since at the end of the year we saw almost the best price during the year
131  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are You Concerned On Sudden Rise of Bitcoin? on: November 01, 2019, 08:35:32 PM
A sudden rise of bitcoin is not really felt of most of us. If you are a big investment that holding a huge amount of bitcoin, then a sudden rise is already a big deal. For me, I don't have that much of it so it will not affect my bitcoin value so it depends on how much bitcoin you have in your wallet.

For regular users, bitcoin price movement is not very important since buying or selling few dollars is not profitable at the opposite of big whales who move sometimes a huge amount...
132  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's Latest Rise Was Manipulated? on: October 29, 2019, 02:24:32 PM
Whenever the price rise then it should be considered as manipulation and whenever the price is down then it is the end...
This volatility is a nice characteristic of Bitcoin vs other cryptocurrencies or FIAT and it will remain
133  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price today ! on: October 28, 2019, 08:50:33 PM
i just found 2 news about this rally so far.
1. probably because increased daily trading volume in the bakkt market . (not really sure about this one)

2. probably because China’s President, Xi Jinping, endorsed blockchain technologies in a speech, shocking the world. Many on Twitter have claimed that this news likely lead investors to become bullish on the cryptocurrency markets, despite China still vehemently detesting Bitcoin. (quite sure )

or i still missed something ?
The two factors are actually the major factors that would have contributed to this increase, although in the time past, we have really not gotten any tangible reason for either spike of bitcoin or dump and it is probably because some of those factors are not publicized or not very much popular for us to have thought of them having those effect, but this time around, I think that we really have something to hold on to  now, especially the statement of the president of china.

This statement must have really sent a very strong signal to the whole community out there which will believe that china has loosened up a little on their rigidness concerning cryptocurrency. For bakkt, I think it was still this spike that actually made the volume in bakkt to also rise.

China related news had always some impact in the price depending from its kind but since the fake volume issue, the impact was way lower.
Anyway, it might be possible but i think it is related to sell high-profit then buy low to sell again in the next opportunity
134  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price today ! on: October 26, 2019, 05:08:15 PM
actually I also don't know what caused the value of bitcoin to go up 30% today. maybe the two reasons you mentioned also affect the increase in bitcoin. but this news really makes us happy because the rise of bitcoin makes the green altcoin market back after a long time in red. and maybe now it's time for bitcoin to bull. after the bear market for a long time.

Yes this is a good sign for the market after a long time and I wish this green trend continues and we can expect to see one more bull run similar to the end of 2017. But we need to wait for at least 1 week to see if the price stays around same margin or falls back and then we need to make a move about buying or selling off.

A fast drop and rise should be a flag to investors and holding for a while is a wise step until the volatility becomes less violent so we can estimate the next price move.
135  Economy / Speculation / Re: "BTC Flash Crash Caused By Drop In Network Velocity" on: October 26, 2019, 05:01:29 PM
The most recent flash crash followed a period of slowing transactions and value transfers. The price loss was a result of lowered network velocity, believes Byte Tree CEO, James Bennet.[/b][/size]

Bullshit. Every drop in the bitcoin price should be explained by a random event or something else.
For the clever investors it sounds like a good opportunity to buy!
From what i see is something like that, i mean not talk about correction or maybe price that dumped in short time and then bounce back. But it is right when bitcoin price dumped a lot, there must be something happen or maybe bad news come about bitcoin. Agree with you.

+$9k for now which is totally normal after that short drop of the price. Those who sold their coins at $7k are crying right now tho Wink
136  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-10-18] ‘Trojanized’ Tor Browser steals Bitcoin from Darknet users on: October 24, 2019, 04:03:25 PM
Any specific version of Tor or any?

A fake russian version of Tor browser.
I wonder know why someone would download a known app from other places other than the legit official one...

138  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-10-18] ‘Trojanized’ Tor Browser steals Bitcoin from Darknet users on: October 22, 2019, 05:49:53 PM
Fake programs are always a big problem for users and fake-TOR or any other website wouldn't be immune from it.
Users especially those surfing the dark web should verify every step done twice...
139  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin cross $50,000 by Dec 2020? on: October 22, 2019, 05:33:50 PM
It is in history from 2012 and 2016 that  every Bitcoin halving event Bitcoin price jumped up months before the event itself.
So its normal to expect some bull run movement in the market before, on or after the Bitcoin Halving on May 2020.

It is normal to expect a rise in the price however it will be less than $50k in my opinion. Finishing 2020 with +$25k will be a very good achievement itself
140  Economy / Speculation / Re: [2019-10-13] Fun Fact: Bitcoin Price is Up 838,000,000% in Ten Years’ Time on: October 15, 2019, 05:39:12 PM
If we could even see the price rise 1000% in the next 10 years then I will be very happy Wink
Some people will buy a whole archipelago not only an island. For me i will just buy LFC  Tongue

And bitcoin price is up ∞ (infinite) % percent since it's actual birth Tongue
Goddamn mathematics how attractive this equation  Roll Eyes
