I dont understand? - A Ticket? - I have only written Bittrex.
We are working on it with Bittrex - withdrawals will be resumed soon. No action from you is required at the moment.
|
|
|
So to sum it up, you recommednd writing Bitrex and wait for their feedback?
The problem is that Bittrex is overloaded and they explicitly ask to do not create new tickets with already open issues. That's why I did not ask you to bump issues I raised - delisting and 'automated maintenance'. This is not good since it might look that no one besides me really cares, but let's answer they request and do not spam with already submitted topics.

Dear all
I have made a transfer from bittrex to cryptopia yeserday. They are listed on cryptopia but as uncofirmed and the block does not yet regonise the adress. What can i do? Any insight to what have happended. Its the first time i have trasfered 8 bit
Same question? Your coins are safe, though Bittrex has disabled his wallet due to 'automated maintenance'. Basically there was one big block on which lagged some nodes, while others orphaned it and moved on. I have nodes on both versions, but I shut down all my nodes till Bittrex will reply to my ticket or re-enable their wallet. What I also recommend to all of you is postponing transactions and disabling your wallets till we clarify this situation. However, nothing bad should happen if you will not follow my advice. All to make Bittrex happy but they don't respond, so just be patient.

|
|
Unfortunately I am not getting a reply from Bittrex, neither related to delisting nor to maintenance.
Regarding block height: just postpone your transactions no matter on what height you are.

could you indicate if they are 112 8bits to configure a masternode
Yes what is the daily gain when running a masternode?
Recently 0-30 coins daily.

My wallet still stuck on 2weeks it been syncing for 5 days now i don't get help from noone is that coin a dead with no developer? what is the slack invite link?
To get instant sync, download parsed blockchain from www.8-bit.ga. A fresh snapshot is available there: 1273308702 bytes, md5 8c0079cfe97e37199974882e6a22d40f. To make sure you will stay on the right chain, use "connect" instead of "addnode" during first days after sync (or leave it as is till blockchain will start). That awkward moment when an exchange dumps on you... I guess I will hold my 8bits 4 life ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif) Welcome on board then ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I am convinced that this project will not die after delisting. However it will make non-crypto adoption much harder Also, I really hope that Bittrex will accept declaration I have made as I have already prepared to take the time on July to fulfill it.

Excuse me, discussed on Slack? On which one?
This gonna be quite interesting - what about counting your finger first? You will enjoy it my friend. To others: still no info from Bittrex, however, they warn that their support is overloaded with requests so it's rather expected that we will not get reply instantly.
|
|
|
Hello, finally we have contacted Bittrex to find out why they want to delist 8BIT.
To keep this process transparent: they have been proposed to see a brand new release till 31 Jul including marketing / PR actions already discussed on our slack. I will publish here an update ASAP.
|
|
|
Anyone already contacted Bittrex staff? I am on my business trip with extremely limited internet access & time and cannot re-act instantly. Anyway I will mail them tomorrow to find out what had happened.
|
|
|
In their TOS they put it very clear: no development = possible delisting
Stop spreading your bullshit here and move on. There's no such thing in their ToS and also you have already proven you have no idea how to define "development".

I am downloading the blocks file from here http://www.8-bit.ga/#download Every time it is an invalid archive. If I am getting it from the wrong place please let us know where the correct file is. Downloaded in its entirety multiple times now and tried extracting with multiple programs. MD5 sum is not the same as you have quoted OK, many thanks for your support! So basically upstream server had a 1GB limit that was causing trouble... I have changed upstream for big files and now it's smooth. Please test it and let us know.

Parsed blockchain is the blocks file?
Unexpected end of archive.........
How come? $ tar tf blocks.tgz && echo all fine database/ database/log.0000000001 txleveldb/ txleveldb/8268572.ldb ... txleveldb/9167674.ldb txleveldb/9167684.ldb blk0001.dat all fine
So archive is fine and also I have extracted it on both 32 and 64 systems. What's the MD5 sum of the file you have downloaded? Should be: $ md5sum blocks.tgz 65d19e6be6919c0704b9946f4251e1a4 blocks.tgz

Thank you, however this files are working instead of the files on the 8-bit.ga website. It was also possible to send the coins to other wallets and bittrex. So 8-bit-party, please provide WORKING files, these archives are rubbish.
8 Bit party files did not work for me corrupt files again.......
Regarding bootstrap.dat, I have not verified it for a long time (this is linearized version, linearizer required patching, broken patch?) so I have to check it. Regarding parsed blockchain, what's the problem? pescadorloco69 last time you complained that it's 3 weeks old not that it's broken. Could you provide some log output? I use those files quite often... Parsed blockchain is recommended choice.

Timestamp does not matter. Height & latest block hash does. Please provide them when you publish the chain. Just paste these files in your datafolder of 8bit
This is fine as long as you are new user. If you have your (non-empty) wallet.dat present in data dir you have you use -rescan switch to have your coins spendable.

Also I need a feedback from Windows users to verify that parsed block chain is loaded without errors.
On what site are these files 8bit? Its okay i found it, I assume http://www.8-bit.ga/#downloadFYI Parsed blocks is 3 weeks behind for me and does not seem to catch up. I have 15 connection so that side of things seems healthy. The bootstrap is a corrupt file on my windows machine so tried on ubuntu same - I re-download and it is the same. Any help from you for the community would be appreciated 8 Bit Party Sorry! There were cached file that messed things up. There are fresh file available eventually: - bootstrap.dat.gz (height: 931388, hash: b56b5f39a0d5f6917be8977bda8a475495a92d791848bc65c37066f0dd20ff88, MD5: 88c2854cbbdfbd24fa8d398c16354e00, SHA224: 9b8506509fb77dcd439affe4f3af25a5dc037903cc07873651a8f3d8) - blocks.tgz (height: 931065, hash: 5ba3d442a4c4c34d6c9249dee305fad1d6c0e44f5966948e16ba8a258c44607c, MD5: 65d19e6be6919c0704b9946f4251e1a4, SHA224: 569889a7ac77ab7237d53eeb23cc6d3321ad956f31acd07315677251) Second file is recommended for all users! Do not forget to use -rescan switch. NEED YOUR FEEDBACK ABOUT blocks.tgz!

8BIT The Wallet is not synchronized further than 922464 block. Synchronizes with block 922464 and stops!
It's your wallet, not wallet in general. Exchanges, block explorer and many other nodes are synchronized. Every Wednesday I publish fresh bootstrap & parsed blockchain files on the website, use them. Also I need a feedback from Windows users to verify that parsed blockchain is loaded without errors.

I start masternode 8bit and running 3 days on the masternode list is there and do not pay anything!
Я старт masternode 8бит и работает 3 суток в списке masternode есть и ничего не платят!
Please switch to staking temporary.

Hi guys. Tell me where to get the blockchain? Can't where to find. ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) There are - orphan-free bootstrap.dat - use it only if you have hi-end hardware - complete parsed blockchain files - recommended option available to download on the website, although they are one week+ old. Every week those files are updated, next sync is scheduled to incoming Wednesday.
