Luck has actually been fine...just this latest 6million+ round that sucks.

Check that url.  The red line is mostly above the difficulty, which, I think, is bad.
Sam

Variance can be a bitch, right. But overall the pool performs better than average:

ø Shares/Difficulty Ratio:   93.52% (since block 1 found)

Enough said!

AWESOME!!!

Yes, until this project matures a bit more (i.e. beta 0.4 is reached) it will remain a solo project.

p2k: This project looks kind of stalled, last commit on GitHub 2 months old. Any near future update/development plans?
I keep in contact with him, he's currently working on a large (paid) project and is very busy but does plan to be back asap Smiley

looking forward Cheesy

Lieferung unterwegsegs. Ich sollte sie spätestens Morgen auspacken können (wahrscheinlich erst gegen Abend) und dann versenden Freitag spätestens Samstag.

 Cheesy

Klingt super, danke für das Update! Montiere die Cooler auch selbst.

With the new version of firmware and a small incorporation of a heatsink reaches back beyond the 211.8 MH / s
[...]
I have taken the previous temperature and with the current firmware, the FPGA may be hot in different areas with the firmware change?

The only diference between the new bitstreams (ztex_ufm1_15d4.bit and ztex_ufm1_15y1.bit) and the old one (ztex_ufm1_15d3.bit) are some changes in the glue logic. Routing and placement of the hashing pipelines is the same. This does not influence the heat generation and it is almost impossible that this influences the speed.

The speed increase to 211.8 MH / s is because the previous version 210MHZ to 216MHz jumping and having a high error rate was returning to 210MHz. Now 208MHz to 212MHz passes and with a little extra cooling support this so often gets almost 212MH / s.
Prove also put the circuit inside the fridge and came up to 216MHz without problems.

GREAT!!! Can't wait for test result when you put the ztex board into the freezer!

I really wonder whats the point of getting a bunch of btc from investors from glbse?

As far as i understood, the btc comes from users, who uses your services?
Convince me why i should use your platform to get answers to my questions rather then this forum, which thousands more users in it.
133  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: BTCMiner - Open Source Bitcoin Miner for ZTEX FPGA Boards, 210 MH/s on LX150 on: April 18, 2012, 01:43:09 PM
A new BTCMiner version has been released at http://www.ztex.de/btcminer .

Changes are:
  • Support of USB-FPGA Modules 1.15y USB-FPGA Modules 1.15y
  • New command: s(uspend): suspend cluster
  • New command: c(ounter_reset): reset performance and error counters
  • Cluster partitioning using serial number filter
  • Dummy Firmware: allows BTCMiner to identify the device and automatically load the latest Firmware.

The new Features require updating the firmware.

The command q(uit) should be used to exit BTCMiner because this command supends all boards.

Firmware update was very easy in cluster mode. Good job!

Here is a little typo mistake in the help text:

I would really love to see the google token two factor authentification in order to authorize buy / sell orders.

Any plans here?

Really?

It wouldn't be hard to add but would people really want that?

Just imagine somebody is holding several thousands of bitcoins or stocks worth of that value.

If account get hacked, the hacker cannot transfer the money directly to another wallet but here are some scenarios how he could do it with a workaround:

- Hacked account holds a BTC balance
Hacker uses a 2nd GLBSE account and transfers the money via buy / sell orders on inactive / zombie stocks or even creates his own stock

- Hacked account holds shares
Hacker sells all shares (even under value) and does the same as described above

Maybe you could make the token for buy / sell orders optional. I would really love to see that feature in terms of security!

Sale update

I received a lot of interest in the second round bond sale. I discussed the sale with new and existing investors and determined that now was not the right time to put the remaining bonds on the market.  I want to build more value for existing investors and give time for new investors will have more time to be ready for the offering.

Meanwhile, for the next two weeks I will be paying out 110% PPS starting with this Saturday's coupon payments.  Depending on how well mining goes, I may offer higher PPS in the future as well.

As an investor and holder of a signaficant amount of your shares from the first wave, i'am really glad about this decision!

I'am really convinced more people are willing to buy more shares for 0.6 btc in a week or two when the market gains more liquidity again.

You can use this piece of software to calculate hashing power/cost ratio I will be updating this program frequently to make sure its very accurate
That way you will know how much money to invest for your desired hashing power.

here is the download link : ...

Smells like malware. Don't download!
