They take 5 % of the raised funds.

Thank you for the information. I have contacted them and we are going to have a Skype call soon to discuss the details of the IPO.

I saw those but are those just where you go to advertise your IPO or is that where they actually get funded at? I'm looking for something where the investors can be given their dividens by me paying into one account and then it sends it to the investors accordingly. I'm also looking for it to allow investors to sell their stock in the game on an open market. If you could please let me know if those sites do that and if not do you know of any sites that do. Thank you for your help.

But in case anyone is wondering the game is operating right now at cubicverse.com but I am having some difficulty with the 3D version of it so I may need to switch it over to the 2D version and in case you all are wondering the game has both versions but I don't know if I can be able to use them both at the same time for players which I would like to do but I don't know if that will be possible. But anyways if anyone would like to take a look at the game you can go to cubicverse.com which right now at the time of this posting it is on the 3D version.
124  Economy / Securities / Re: Help listing an IPO on: December 05, 2016, 12:49:13 AM
They haven't responded and I believe I contacted them before a while back but never got a response. Are they still operating? Also does anyone know of any other similar places that will actually respond back?

I have contacted Havelock to put Cubicverse onto their exchange.

I have contacted Havelock about putting my game called Cubicverse onto their exchange.

What is the money for? The money is going to be used to pay for large amounts of advertising, server hosting, and to pay a developer to help maintain the game and to further develop it.

How much are you looking for: I am looking to sell around $5,000 worth of shares at a price of 1 XCP per share. I do not necessarily need to sell all $5,000 worth immediately just enough to get it started at first which would be around $1,000 or so.

Whats your target market? Mainly people in the United States and the UK between the ages of 18-35 years of age which equals 29% of the gamers in the United States based on statistics and I am basing it off of that age group due to anyone younger most of the time do not have any money to buy into the games special features. And I say the United States and the UK because its only made in English at this point but I plan to have it in multiple languages as soon as possible.

Who are you competing against? the only game that I know of that is close to what Cubicverse is like is a game called SamuTale.

What are you offering that is different than your competitors? Cubicverse is able to be played in both 2D and 3D and is web based so you don't have to download it unlike SamuTale.

What are you offering investors? I am offering each share 0.001% of the business and that also means 0.001% of the income per share which would be paid in dividends each month.

How are you going to prove you will not take the money and run? I don't know I can prove it to you guys but I can say that if I take it and run you guys could post bad comments about Cubicverse which would hurt the game and make it worthless so that would keep me from just taking the money and not paying dividends. But if you guys have any suggestions on what I can do to help reassure you guys then please let me know and I will ty to do it.

How are you planning on bringing in a playerbase? I plan on brining in former players which have already contacted me and told me they are still interested in playing the game and also with heavy advertising on Google AdSense, Facebook, and as many gaming forums as I can find to post on.

How are you planning on monetizing it? The game is already setup to offer a subscription to players which would give them special in-game perks. I also plan on having the developer set it up to sell in-game money and items.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or suggestions. Thank you.

Hi, I have posted before about needing investors for an online Bitcoin casino but I saw that no one was interested in investing in the casino and also that they made a good point that I should have something already sort of established in order to get investors and with the idea I have now is to turn a MMORPG video game that I own the rights to into a company and even though the game is not operating right now the files are already built and before I acquired the game from the original founder and creator of the game it was operational and had a decent starting playerbase and that was with no advertising except for a post or two on a gaming forum.
CUT*

I had never seen this large sentence in my whole life. I really tried to read your whole post, but after reading this 3-4 times i gave up.
Can you please write another(short and nice) post, because i don't think anyone will read this. If you are asking for investors, you should have operational site first, than some reputation and than ask for investors.

I read a few lines of the first post and quit. It really needs organized better.

@OP: what game is this? Since you own the rights and it's now shut down, there shouldn't be any issues sharing that information.

I did share the information about it on the original post. You may have not seen it since you didn't read the whole thing but I said you can look up all of the details about it online since the creator of the game and I have posted about it with information and pictures on different gaming forums. All you have to do is look up Cubicverse

Looked into it a bit. You need to break down your idea:

What's the plan for the game?
What is the money for, exactly?
How much are you looking for?
What's your target market?
Who are you competing against?
What are you offering that's different from competitors?
What are you offering investors?
How are you going to prove you won't just take the money and run?
How are you planning to bring on a player base?
How are you planning to monetize them?
etc.

There are probably a hundred unanswered questions.

Thank you for those specific questions and I will write up an answer to all of them soon. I can't right now because I'm using my phone to respond and I will need to wait until I get home to answer those questions properly. But thank you again for providing specific questions.

Could you please tell me what you would like me to do then? Because like I said I am not experienced in raising capital for a new business.
131  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPO] Cubicverse MMORPG on: November 12, 2016, 03:34:58 AM
Okay, I will be honest when I say that I have not ever asked for investors before besides the Bitcoin casino. So I honestly do not know what I should be saying or how I should say it and I'm basically just telling you about what I know to talk about but if anyone has any questions in specific I could answer that would be best. Thank you.

Which with investors help I plan to do a lot of advertising, hire a developer to maintain and further develop the game, and pay for server hosting. The game is called Cubicverse if anyone would like to do some research on it. There are posts made by me and the creator of the game from a while back with pictures of the game and stuff. And I do own the domain Cubicverse.com for the game but it is not being used right now since the game is not active. Also the benefits of Cubicverse is its a MMORPG that doesn't require downloading and is played on the web browser and also it doesn't use up lots of internet data to play the game which is good for people like me that is on limited data. Now I do not know how much it uses exactly but I have played it on local host and when it was operational before I bought it and I didn't use up anything hardly. So I know from personal experience that it doesn't use up that much but like I said I cannot tell you exactly how much it uses. But anyways I have looked into a few stock exchanges but they all require it to either be already established and making millions of dollars or it would require tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars in order to put it onto an exchange. So I am for now just going to put it onto counterparty which I have already done so but I have not listed any shares for sale yet until I know people want to buy. So if anyone is interested please comment and I will post out the name of the share on the counterparty exchange and I will set it up for sale on it. Also the shares are already setup for 100,000 shares which equals the entirety of the business which I will hold on to most of them of course. But each share will be worth 0.001% of the entire business and each share will have a IPO price of 1 XCP and I do not know how many shares I will sell yet but I will let you all know once I know that you guys are interested. P.S. most of what I just said was just copied and pasted from a post I made about this project on my other topic that I made titled "help listing an IPO" and you can look at it to see the comments that were posted as well. Thank you.

What you seek will not come cheap in terms of equity or experience.
You need to secure seed funding or  hustle your ass off

Why the rush to an IPO ? This would be akin to a baby trying to deadlift 100kgs

There's only two reasons companies don't get funded either the pitch sucks
or the product does

At this stage, you are too early for any institutional investment
so it's best to partner up with people who have experience in marketing
to capture a bigger piece of the MMORPG segment and closers/business
development guys who can seal advertising deals

Then have someone who already has experience in raising capital
or at least has an investor list that you can market your proposal too

If you already have a pitch deck then feel free to send it over but there
are a lot of inefficiencies that I'm seeing right now

I mean cmon... the website isn't even live yet and you want to take this company public ?

I cant make the website live yet because the game is apart of the website since its a web browser game based on the website so I cant do anything with the website until I have a developer to put the game/website onto the server to make it live and I cant do that until I have at least some money to hire the developer to do so. Also I do not know of anyone who has experience in raising capitol or has a list of investors. That's why I came here to get investors.

The IPO is for an MMORPG video game that I own and would like to make a company out of it but I need startup funds to help get it off of the ground.

Does anyone know of any good places for startup companies to list their IPO's on whether it be with Bitcoin, altcoins, or fiat? Thank you.

And when the currencies of countries all around the world becomes devalued, people will have to step up to digital currencies.

Or precious metals such as gold and silver which is more than likely what would happen in that case rather than cryptocurrencies well at least there would be more people doing the gold and silver rather than crypto for many reasons but I will list a few. 1 precious metals have been currency for thousands of years, 2 it is a lot easier for people to understand how to use precious metals in an exchange especially for older folks that don't know much about this stuff, and the fact that to a lot of people its still unknown and even taboo to some for whatever reason, and also the ones who do understand it but still don't like it because of hacks, the electrical grid going down and stuff like that could cause their cryptocurrencies to be gone and then they would be stuck with nothing unlike with precious metals where hacks and electrical grids don't effect it. And the reason I mention the electrical grid is because if world currencies start to go down or become completely worthless then the chances are the luxuries of life including electricity will go away.

Hi, I have posted before about trying to get investors for a Bitcoin casino and I mentioned on those posts that I have a developer that I might be doing business with to build the casino but I don't want to limit my options to just him so I am asking if anyone out there knows how to make a casino that would be willing to work with me on it or already has a casino and wants to sell it. If you do then please contact me and let me know the details of either what you can make or what you already have and for how much. Thank you.

what kind of casino are you looking for?

Well any kind really. Why do you have one?
