121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Staking on ETH 2.0 on: December 29, 2020, 05:01:03 PM
Launching the Staking feature on ETH 2.0 is just a massive step. It will make the early adopters of Ethereum very happy, imagine that Ethereum raises from 700 to 2000$ per coin? That's going to make them earn alot. It's only convenient to the whales i think more than the usual Ethereum miners, the POS staking will enable them to stake their coins and grab some profits just for hodling them.

It will bring more benefits to  those whales as they have enough funds to participate without any issue, this staking feature is a good opportunities

for holders who have a long term goals from their investment, they can allow their money to work for them, just learn how to work things out and

start looking for this big opportunities.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solve taking profit problems. on: December 29, 2020, 03:20:11 PM
One of the best feelings as a crypto lover and holder is to see your holdings rise and increase in price while your portfolio is swelling up. But majority of people are carried away with the joy and gladness of this market pumps and then keep waiting to take profit at the peak till it begins to dip and they sell way lower than what they should have gained. It's something that's common to almost all traders. I can say greed is part of it. How do you think this problem can be solved.?
Taking profit is one of the toughest decisions a hodler had to take because you will be deprived of your loved and emotionally attached coins. Im also one of the hodlers that always keep hodling and after seeing peak and getting to reversal regrets to take profit I hope i will improve next time.

Practice and base things from your previous experienced. It's tough especially when greed comes up instead of taking profits you'll that it will bring

more, only to realize that corrections already taking place and you missed the opportunities to get decent from your investment. Think of this, much

better having small profits than nothing.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty and airdrops at the end of 2020 on: December 28, 2020, 09:50:57 PM
Bounties and airdrops are still alive. I have made over 2000$ from ixinium, Kingswap, Hex bounties. You need to find out quality projects.
Indeed very true. You are just a jr. member and 2000$ quite smart amount for your rank. Quality does matter and it's proved once again as you have chosen some quality projects. Actually those who invest their time to research deserve good return.

Invest your time and it will be paid off. Most of those who complained are just blindly participate and ends up losing their time.

If you will use that time to investigate and make a deeper research then the chance of getting into right team is very high, it's

you to sort it out and pick the good one that have potential to bring good amount of benefits.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Year 2021 XRP Price 1 Dollar on: December 28, 2020, 06:22:35 PM
there is still a lot of FUD for XRP, so don't get caught up in XRP,
some say that XRP is the second largest scammer in the crypto world, of course this will be interesting to discuss,
whether XRP will continue a bullish trend or go to hell!.

Well its likely going to hell already. The more we don't know what will happen with SEC and XRP, the price may also not be good in the end.

The holders may reason the price didnt go all the way to zero is because they are going to win the case by proving XRP is a currency and not security tokens but truth is that when its authorities that you battle against with, its just a very dark stage.

Chances is too slim but in case that money speak up then it will turned to the other side, we don't know yet the actual fate of this project

as there are still hopeful holders or those who bought when fomos are ongoing and now are being trapped holding this coin, it's really dangerous

investing with something you ain't sure off.
125  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price will Rise to $60,000 by December 2021 on: December 28, 2020, 05:44:23 PM
Where did you get that satoshi will buy bitcoin? Are you trying to make a joke here because Satoshi will not going to buy the bitcoin because he is the developer and for sure they have a lot of bitcoins in his wallet. The price of the bitcoin for $60k is maybe will happen 50/50 and I have doubt to that price but Im not going to close the possibility to happen but low chances I think.

Regarding to the price, it's possible once traders and investors start to rally things up doubling the value within a year is really possible.

considering the participations of traditional investors and big companies who are also engaged to this investment, though those logic about

Nakamoto probably it won't be the factor, supply and demand will.
126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should We Avoid US Based Exchanges Now? on: December 28, 2020, 05:08:29 PM
We cannot deny the fact that the US is very particular about cryptocurrency and its decentralized nature. So, in order to at least control, they asked KYC on clients from known US-based crypto exchanges. Having said that they can identify the person belongs and doing on such transaction in the market makes traders on given exchanges become vulnerable on such regulations - which in fact very rigorous.
IMO, at least if we want total anonymity having less concern on such issues, I think we need not engage in US-based crypto exchanges. This is an opinion off-course, but if it is not our top priority; well just ignore it//

They will do within their power to keep their eyes from every assets that their citizens have, US based exchange are very strict in compliance

with KYC, if you are not okay with that then avoiding exchange and use alternatives exchange should be done, there are DEX but you need to

understand all the risk.
127  Economy / Economics / Re: Is corona virus crisis changing economical equations around the world? on: December 28, 2020, 04:47:06 PM
Corona virus spread has made a big change around the globe. This is not only limited with the human behaviour, it also influenced the economic scenario massively. More countries experienced negative economy. By the time people have learned more about humanity. Now wholeheartedly people have begun to support the people in need.

Compassions for those who really in need. It's sad that this pandemic really affects the economy of each countries around the globe, there are

many families who suffered from this virus, not only physical but more on mental health. Economy is really bad but the good catch in order to

survive people learned how to adjust and find ways to continue life.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Altcoin Safe for Investment on: December 28, 2020, 04:14:05 AM
Seeing how altcoins price drop with every bitcoin price drop, and comparing how bitcoin grows now, while altcoins price not, scares me a lot. If altcoins go down, be careful not to lose that moment, because their fall might hurt a lot. I suggest to set stop losses right now.

You have to plan ahead of time, certain fall have an impact make sure to prepare yourself in any possibilities that may take place.

Stop and loss is good if you understand how things works from the venue that you are investing your money.

Do your task and research everything before placing your money.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Current market conditions on: December 27, 2020, 06:23:49 PM
New money started to come to the market. They were needed like oxygen. Altcoins should follow the bitcoin. The main thing is to get out on time

You need to learn this in order to earn from this venue of investment, knowing when to ride the right time and quit to collect your profits.

It's not easy but it's very doable, there are many ways that you can follow just make sure to adjust and keep following the market. Do your

research always to avoid making wrong position.
130  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Buy and Hold Really the Best Strategy in Crypto? on: December 27, 2020, 06:04:40 PM
In case of Bitcoin the best strategy is holding the most of it, while selling a part on the rise and then buying the dip. Takes time to practice enough not to lose too much though Cool
Absolutely correct, the only true legend to hold when talking about best strategy in this industry or which coin to hold in this industry is Bitcoin only. There has been a proven results from the past years about holding Bitcoin on a long-term, early this year i bought some few Bitcoin and wasn't interested to sold early till the first bull-run when i have to sold part of my holding.

Bitcoin proved it out since then, if you bought bitcoin after the 2017 bull run and hold it till now, then the sense of buying low and selling high

is very appreciated, lots of long term holders are getting huge amount of profits up to know, this is not new to those who experienced the market

strong bull, once it's start to rise then it will give a huge profits to all supporters.
131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No price correction for bitcoin? Did it already happen? on: December 27, 2020, 05:32:14 PM
I actually dont like the word "correction" because in relation to bitcoin it means
really a correction down, why cant Bitcoin correct upwards? is not the current
value of bitcoin correct?

Correction is not a correction its just a movement.

Some use this terms as they see volatilities affects the whole market, they use the term when bitcoin suffer downfall after a massive rise.

Following you from your point, it's possible for bitcoin to continue moving upwards but expect that the chance of having some fall is part of

the process, you need to understand well in order to avoid making a huge mistake and lose your investment.
132  Other / Off-topic / Re: Covid is fud on: December 27, 2020, 05:13:05 PM
Covid has an effect on crypto space and I can see it positive. After covid19 spread across the world, many people questioned does crypto survive this situation when stock, forex, and other sectors crash? What we have seen is a massive DeFi adoption and hype that pushes the crypto market at its peak. But Covid did destroy our economy and many live that is the truth.

Indeed. This virus destroyed the majorities of all economy all over the world, most of the businesses are being closed and in order to survive

is to find ways and look for other opportunity, crypto survive since many people stayed at home and work infront of their computers / devices.

They've learned more deeper about this system and now begin to support and invest.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: did I make mistake? on: December 27, 2020, 05:00:13 PM
It was 2017s december eth was reached almost 4k$ value and bitcoin was almost 20k, now bitcoin crossover 27k margin but eth not following this rally like was 2017 but you can make hope about future, ethereum will be gaining more value and it’s about will be crossover 1k in near future.

I don't remember that information not even checked it from CMC that ETH almost reached 4k$ it's almost 1500$ and that's it, while bitcoin

reached 20K$, there's a good sign that ETH will follow and create another pumped. If you do believe that this project will bring decent then

buying at this point is a wise decision to make.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The reason behind the XRP's 2nd wave of hard dump! on: December 25, 2020, 07:25:38 PM
The bounce was good opportunity for people to exit because i do not think xrp is going to get out of this negativity any time soon so a dump was always expected after the bounce.

Chances that there's a big whale or whales who are trying to do an exit that's why we still seeing some slight pumped after experiencing that huge

dumped few days back, it's an opportunity for them to get some decent profits before completely dumped everything. Needs to be extra careful

and keep monitoring if you still have some coins inside your wallet.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Altcoin Safe for Investment on: December 25, 2020, 04:24:33 PM
The safest investment is, of course, choose top altcoins, forget about ICO and choose IEO that are carried out on top exchanges like binance because the top markets will not be arbitrary in choosing projects

There's no words such safe inside crypto market, but you've got better chance if you use top alts just not to stop there, keep trying to learn

more about the project that you are aiming to invest your money, it's hard to know what's future will bring to your investment both risk and gains

are there you just need to work harder and aim for better success.
136  Economy / Speculation / Re: Cash out or HODL - Bitcoin? on: December 25, 2020, 03:09:34 PM
With the Bitcoin price exceeding the $ 24,000 price tag then I definitely prefer HODL my Bitcoin. Because I believe the current increase
in the price of Bitcoin is only the beginning, Bitcoin will continue to rise until the end of 2021. And based on the analysis I did, it is likely
that Bitcoin will hit a price of $ 50,000 by the end of 2021. So my advice is to buy Bitcoin again every time there is a price correction,
that way the amount of Bitcoin we have can continue to grow.

If you do believe that in the next following year bitcoin will reached that high, buying more and more is very applicable. You'll earned a lot

if your assessment went well, we can't assure what bitcoin brings in the near future but for now it's best to continue enhancing your knowledge,

you'll be able to position yourself in the right direction if you understand how things works inside this industry.
137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's going on with BTC? on: December 25, 2020, 03:00:35 PM
That's good going on BTC. The year of a pandemic is favorable for BTC. This month especially goes just ow but what's the specific reason I don't know. Maybe the demand increases rapidly for BTC or maybe it facing some speculation. But the overall market is in the favor of investors. But investors have to secure and aware more this time.

Indeed, those traders who bought bitcoin way back maybe a year ago are now enjoying all the profits that they are gaining from this investment.

Everything is good until this day, there are chances that it will bring more coming next year, like what you have said, very important to all holder

to be more aware and learn how to maximize your profits.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why when the BTC goes up the ALT goes down? on: December 25, 2020, 02:53:30 PM
Thank you all, and how do you explain when there is a big red candle on BTC then most ALT's also have a big red candle?

Simply because fear take place, there are many traders who are being moved by  fuds, the more they've seen negative trend with bitcoin since it's the

main basis of crypto, they think that collapse may happened to all projects inside the market, they are basing their decisions with the sentiments of most

traders, failure to understand the value of doing your research but instead, just quickly follow the trend and lose their investment.
139  Economy / Economics / Re: IF USDT would collapse what do you think will happen to the BTC price? on: December 24, 2020, 04:36:25 PM
Now we are witnessing the collapse of one of the top 5 cryptocurrencies before our own eyes (Ripple or XRP). This has impacted most of the other altcoins, but the Bitcoin prices have remained stable. On the other hand, the Bitcoin dominance has increased from 67.6% to 68.6%. If the USDT collapse in the near future, the same pattern will be witnessed. The users will move to BTC, and as a result the Bitcoin dominance is going to increase.

If there's an impact majority will be in the positive side, just like how we are seeing things right now. XRP are falling and it's not doing

any harm with Bitcoin, still residing with strong value. And from what you've shared the dominance is keep growing, investors are more

concern with Bitcoin and nothing else.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coinbase is going to delisting xrp? on: December 24, 2020, 04:14:20 PM
XRP is one of the largest coinmarketcap coins and delisting from a platform like coinbase will impact the overall market. After SEC news the whole market became red along with XRP and this could go further down if coinbase delisted XRP. But I think this just a rumor because so many companies are involved with XRP and they won't let XRP down.

Rumors itself already bring a huge impacts to the entire market, we are seeing a huge dumped following this another bad news to this

project, if coinbase consider this move then expect more CEX to follow. it will create more dumped as investors and traders will jumped

before the whole system collapse.
