121  Economy / Services / Re: 20 BTC bounty for finding Jason Boyko (Pbmining) on: March 10, 2016, 08:30:43 AM
that's very huge bounty i guess but better you should not looking him only in this forum because i doubt you will catch him here

That`s why the bounty is huge, to be sure that he will be found sooner or later. That is more than 20btc is 8000 dollars at the moment and it`s a very big money to get people motivated.

I`m sure that he will come back here, if there are some postings in facebook`s bitcoin groups example. He will contact me here after few thoughts and realize that there is no way out anymore.

Just as a word of caution, what if someone finds him, point him out to you and he refuse to pay. You lose your temper and assault or murder the guy in a moment of uncontrolled rage. This gets to court and you have to reveal to the court, where you found his details and how you traced his whereabouts. It would be better, if you find the guy and turn this over to the Police and have them deal with this. We do not know, if you are a drug lord or a gangster out for revenge or just some normal person with a short temper.

I would lose all control, if I lost that amount of money and would possibly have to serve some jail time, if I got hold of him, face to fist. ^hmmmm^

There is a possibility that he refuses to pay. If this happens then the only choice is to involve police in this case and this makes the payments more bigger in the end.
So, if I would be Jason I would take this suggestion seriously to avoid any bigger problems.

Everything can be talked and make a reasonable contract.

Someone knows him here in Bitcointalk and talks with him, I`m sure about this.

Time is up for you Jason Boyko!
I`m offering 20 bitcoins reward for the person who finds Jason Boyko or another guys who was working with Pbmining.com.
This reward will be paid only when Jason Boyko is found and he has paid the the (lost) bitcoins.

We know you are still here in the forum, so better not to hide anymore, I`ll find you!

you need this offer to police.
and find him for free.
do you think about it?

I want to talk a deal before going to police and give a chance to pay back everything without any authorities. Like I said this will save a lot of time this way and there are some people who was involved in the Pbmining scam and they are daily in bitcointalk, so it`s only matter of time when they get caught.

I have almost 4 years more to solve this.

When going to police there is no more turning back and some people could go to jail for few years, because of Pbmining fraud. I prefer to talk man to man and solve things!

----If Jason is here or someone from the Pbmining group, think about this----

minimum 60btc and 3 years = 1.7 btc`s in month, is`t worth to pay or be in the jail for few years? If go in the court then will be at least 200-300btc`s and some time in jail.

Maybe it`s time to solve these things now and not wait for that!

Holy crap that's a nice bounty!

What exactly happened here?  Can anyone shoot me a link to what happened here?  I have very divided attention when it comes to altcoins.

it`s just time to get money back from a scam. Old news, but now it`s time for some action with Jason Boyko. I think he thought that everything is over with his scam and he can be in peace.

Any information what leads me to PERSONAL contact with Jason Boyko and when I get the invested money back the informer get 20Btc. This might take some time, because it will go in to court if there will not be any another way.
125  Economy / Services / Re: 20 BTC bounty for finding Jason Boyko (Pbmining) on: March 10, 2016, 02:52:49 AM
Well, I hope someone can get some informations about him.

AND IF YOU ARE HERE JASON BOYKO/PBMINING:

You can contact me here and try to make a deal with monthly payments.
126  Economy / Services / Re: 20 BTC bounty for finding Jason Boyko (Pbmining) on: March 10, 2016, 02:38:44 AM
and we can also assume that Jason Boyko or Pbmining have a lot of mining power somewhere. He/they have money but they are hiding. Propably have over 200Th/s and living comfortable.
127  Economy / Services / Re: 20 BTC bounty for finding Jason Boyko (Pbmining) on: March 10, 2016, 02:06:51 AM
I have all the transactions and emails safe. So I can prove the my case.

good keep them.
but be sure to have enough evidence to link his email to his real life name
after all it may not be Jason Boyko

and MR X can just say 'jason Who?'

also this may not be some good news to read. seems like he is a known scammer since 2014
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=885224.0

lesson 5.
as part of lesson 1 google the name and see if he has a reputation

I have read all that before, but it`s time for the action part, when I`ll know he`s real identity, there are 2 choices, pay or go to jail.
I could contact a lawyer or police in Saskatoon but I prefer to make this (pay now) option it will save some time and will be easier for both.
128  Economy / Services / Re: 20 BTC bounty for finding Jason Boyko (Pbmining) on: March 10, 2016, 01:58:53 AM
Are you wanting to use BTC 20 that he owes you to pay someone to find him?  Just how much do you think he owes you?

I will not accept anything under 60 btc, I can make this much more higher in the court if needed.
129  Economy / Services / Re: 20 BTC bounty for finding Jason Boyko (Pbmining) on: March 10, 2016, 01:55:48 AM
You mean if he is found and yet hasn't paid the lost coins, this someone who found him doesn't get paid still?
This is a lot of work  Grin forgive me but this is how i see it.

When finding him, he goes in to the court if he refuses to pay back lost bitcoins.
The person will be paid even it takes time, just need to find him to have the a contact.
The money I lost is enough to make him go to jail for few years, I think he prefer to pay and not go to the jail.

We already know who he is and where he lives, but I need to have a contact with him. This is easy job for the person who knows him Wink

normally finders fee are 10% so im presuming you handed 200btc to a complete stranger?

first of all a lesson for everyone reading this.
do not hand any funds to anyone, especially using a non refundable mechanism. if you do not know enough about the person to slap them with a wet fish, face to face, should they do you wrong

second lesson
if you do find them. make sure you have proof that you owned the originating funds, proof that the scammer owned the destination address and proof that links that person back to you.

lesson three
if you can prove who they are, prove you sent them funds. you then have to prove what the purpose of the transaction was. many scammers have tried to say that it was a donation. or a gift. which cant be proved .or denied. thus get the proof to show it was not a gift.

lesson four.
to avoid the headaches of lessons 2 and 3 learn lesson one until your certain

I have all the transactions and emails safe. So I can prove the my case.

That is correct, but the amount was not so big, make a little more than half of that and we start to be little closer about the truth. The thing is that I have contacted few lawyers in Canada, but this will cost a lot and don`t even know if I can find him.

Offering a good bounty is better way to make him pay because there are people here who knows him and are ready to make a deal, also co-workers who was involved with Pbmining will be taken in front of court if there is no other way.

131  Economy / Services / Re: 20 BTC bounty for finding Jason Boyko (Pbmining) on: March 10, 2016, 01:47:40 AM
Can you sign a message with an address holding the coins you claim to be putting into this bounty? Better yet, you could use a neutral third party to hold them. Also you need to clarify:

Quote
This reward will be paid only when Jason Boyko is found and he has paid the the (lost) bitcoins.

Do you imply that all bitcoins should be returned or just an attempt to be made after he's found?

Canadien law says about fraud over 5000 dollars https://www.defencelaw.com/penalty-dishonesty.html  so Jason could go to prison for max 10 years. Yes I believe that he will pay everything what I ask for.

138  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC price coming down on: December 28, 2015, 05:32:07 AM
In the middle of January will be 550dollars or 550€ Smiley but the point is that there is someone mining AS A HELL at the moment and not doing this for selling, it's just to secure few bitcoins before halving...March maybe 650€/dollars and just before halving we can see new record coming because of HOLDS...then a small drop and holders can buy their coins back from desperated people.
139  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Btc price fall? on: December 27, 2015, 08:21:27 AM
It's just a small correlation with markets...we will see a fast pump to 550dollars soon  Undecided
