121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoins successor on: April 08, 2016, 12:45:38 PM
I think Ethereum will be bitcoin successor *IF* Bitcoin is dead (which is hard to imagine)

Ethereum is used by microsoft now, one of the biggest company. Not long until Ethereum is used in other companies.

If your ID's rank is high enough, then doing sig campaign sure could do that easily.

Or doing some altcoin / goods trading. If you're successful in that, then earning 0,5 is easy.

Doing services that pays 0.5 . It's a lot of services that you can do here, and earning 0.5 isn't that hard if you got skills.
124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you call someone with 1000BTC? on: April 06, 2016, 06:04:34 AM
Millioncoinaire? Bitcoinnaire? Professional Scammer? High Class Bitcoiner?

According to my ranking system Smiley

125  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is uᴉoɔʇᴉq trusted to put your real money on: April 06, 2016, 06:02:00 AM
Well i dont like real the banks system, taking all months a fee to hold my money if isnt at savings, soo they force you to use their service otherwise you will get a fee, bitcoin you can store 0,10btc and return after 1 years that the ammount will keep there, security were one of the concerns of bitcoin concept, the hash protects the bitcoin.

That is the bank system for you. If there is no transaction for a period of time, they will start getting your money until nothing is left. Plus, their interest rates is so meager. You can only earn a few cents in a year. While in bitcoin, you can store your money as long as you want and you won't lose any. In fact, it will grow in value since the price is continuously getting high.
At least bank is still more safer than bitcoin. If your bitcoin is stolen , then it's gone . (except you got insurance, which is rare for btc)

But if your money in bank got stolen, bank still have insurance to cover your money again later on.
126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin survive world war III? on: April 06, 2016, 05:58:17 AM
If internet still exist after WW3, than Bitcoin will still survive. But the dev's team.... I dunno.

Bitcoin still be alive, but no one is developing it again. (except some of the devs survives)
127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: April 06, 2016, 05:56:45 AM
1) It's to expensive for someone to have. $400 is a lot for only 1 btc in common people's mind, so Starting in bitcoin is pretty expensive.

2) There's still people that didn't know bitcoin. So, making bitcoin more popular maybe could make people using it.

3) They didn't understand technology at all (even using smartphone is hard to them). That makes them still using fiat because they understand it.
128  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: April 06, 2016, 05:47:25 AM
with signature campaign under bitsupra now you can have a chance to earn about one bitcoin if you are a legendary.
It is really a benefitting campaign, so it proved that yes you have have earning for living with bitcoin.
The bitsupra campaign only lasts about a week or two so the answer is a big no to that also even with legendary rank your gonna earn about $4-$6 a day thats not enough to sustain your needs. If your thinking about earning a living with bitcoin through signature campaign better think some more.
Agreed, It's hard to live with only $4/$6 a day except you live in a third world country.

You can earn a living if you succeed in altcoin trading, trading , or doing a lot of services. By sig campaign only? nope.

Sorry to hear that mate. Banks there in your place really sucks.

Good thing our banks here in PH are not like that. Really a strong institution and the fees are really NAH. So with the additional benefits in bitcoin, it's more great. Love them both.
Yeah maybe banks system depends on how the country works but I think it's more safer in real banks than bitcoin wallets because whenever a hacker is around you can never be sure about your bitcoin wallet but hackers can go too in banks system do whatever happen you can never be safe.. Life is full of risks so choose where the lower risk is.

Saving money in banks is risky too as it can be hacked too, hackers doesn't care about banks or bitcoin wallets, their main concern is to steal the money, so they can even steal it from your bank account.
But, if the bank got hacked, they got insurance so that your money will be returned if it got stolen.

If your wallet got hacked by a hacker... Bye bye to your money. But that will not happens if you are playing it safe in the internet
131  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do you have uᴉoɔʇᴉq? on: April 02, 2016, 07:26:24 AM
What other ? I have bitcoin because I hope bitcoin can give me many profit and few easiness . It is why i still stay in this  bitcoin forum Smiley
Me too. It's easier to earn bitcoin than fiat money for me now (because I'm a student)

working to get bitcoin is great for me to get more pocket money to buy things.
132  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with uᴉoɔʇᴉq? on: April 02, 2016, 07:23:43 AM
I hope when bitcoins price will grow i am gonna invest some money on it and also want to try mine coins..
Investing is a good thing to do, since the halving will soonly come.

Mining isn't that profitable now, because the electricity cost will be higher than the earning (except you live in a nation with cheap electricity)

It's better to do services here and earn more money.
133  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you wish you could buy with btc ? on: April 02, 2016, 07:20:53 AM
I saw someone mention some things about wishing they could buy gas and food with btc ...
I agree with them both, food especially.

So what about you guys ?
Anything that you wish you could buy with btc ? (legal things of course LOL Cheesy)

I think you are the great and very lucky, For me its sopping not possible the reason in our country no one know about uᴉoɔʇᴉq and no where accepting it because they don't aware about it If they aware about it I am sure they will accept it then I can trade with it.
just spread btc to your friend, and if the times come and you can buy a lot offline from your friend by using BTC
i wish that buy a lot thing like computer though, but happiness come from eating food. so until then i just spend btc into food eventually Grin
If I spend my bitcoin to buy necessities such as clothing and some equipment. I hope bitcoin prices will be higher and we can buy luxury goods, it was what I expected.
There's a website that sells luxury things . (https://www.bitpremier.com/)

In there, you can buy cars, villas, house, etc. Even island is on sale there.
134  Other / Off-topic / Re: du you spend coins on real life. on: April 02, 2016, 07:19:36 AM
In online shops, yes. I use it to buy things like games, etc.

In physical shops? nope. There's still no shop that accept bitcoin in their shops.
135  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2016, The Year of uᴉoɔʇᴉq? on: April 02, 2016, 07:17:53 AM
I hope you are right. I would like to see uᴉoɔʇᴉq go mainstream, even in australia, and it would be much more convenient if you could spend uᴉoɔʇᴉq in normal stores.
I don’t think that in 2016 it will reach to our local stores, as for that it require a struggle of 10 years or more, for that we have to educate our shopkeepers in the subject of uᴉoɔʇᴉq.

Yes i agree with you, to make local stores accepted bitcoin is hard imo. You need introduce to people about bitcoin and make people using bitcoin. And there are many people still don't know about bitcoin
You will need to make everyone in a nation to know bitcoin. That's super hard because making everyone to understand bitcoin is hard.

Maybe in the future that will change.
136  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: April 02, 2016, 07:15:45 AM
To date only the income of uᴉoɔʇᴉq I get from the signature campaign and it was enough to increase revenue and results are enough. I might want to try another way to get uᴉoɔʇᴉq in order to earn more profit, the most important thing uᴉoɔʇᴉq enough to give me an extra charge.

Yeah bitcoin is giving us opportunity to earn some more money but its good to keep it  as a extra income and not depend totally on it for living.
I think if bitcoin has provided many benefits for you and you have a large income and stable from bitcoin
I think certainly I would consider to live in bitcoin. working full in bitcoin

But there is not stable work for bitcoin if there was a bitcoin job that will give salary just like a full time then that would be great.
Bitcoin is mostly used for side jobs, not full time jobs. Maybe in the future that will change. For now, nope.

But if you be a big merchant , you could earn a living pretty easily.
137  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: April 02, 2016, 07:14:11 AM
it is safer to use, more convenient and harder to be lost. Its value is ambiguous too. So you can buy things when BTC's price is quite high. It's gives customers and advantage moneywise.  Smiley Wink Smiley
Also that BTC is good for investment because it's price always rise.

Agreed on the other positive thing too.
138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Upcoming Exciting Events for uᴉoɔʇᴉq on: April 02, 2016, 07:12:02 AM
That's a good list you have there mate.I'm stoked for OpenBazzar.Though its already launched in its Beta stages,I'm waiting for a final official launch from the developers where the node-node architecture is fixed.

The list is very comprehensive.  However the most important part for me is the Halving.
That will really determine the future of this currency in the long term. Lets hope for the
best.

Can't wait for the halving. When the halving come, people will sell their bitcoin like crazy  Grin

Bitcoin will still be strong for a long time.
139  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is the Future of Bitcoin ? on: April 02, 2016, 07:08:13 AM
The future of bitcoin is looking good I think, the fact that you can transfer bitcoin across the world pretty fast is attracting a lot of people.
I am happy with bitcoin, we will just have to wait and see what the future will bring us.
we can only hope in the future of bitcoin all future actually is at the user, yeah how to users grow and use of bitcoin,
if users still spend bitcoin and users continues to grow
then i think the future of bitcoin will be bright
Also don't forget to share your knowledge about bitcoin to other people. If there's a lot of people using it = More Famous = Used Worldwide
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN IS BETTER THAN WESTERN UNION ? on: April 01, 2016, 10:15:36 AM

uᴉoɔʇᴉq still not as popular as Western Union. WU got it's atm and banks everywhere. And they do a lot of marketing so that people still use it.

People didn't use uᴉoɔʇᴉq because most of people didn't know how to use and know what uᴉoɔʇᴉq is.

you should start to read what is uᴉoɔʇᴉq debit card, you just need to buy a plastic debit card, load it with money, and use it worldwide in every atm which have visa/mastercard logo,it's really easy but took pretty high fee, although people who can buy plastic debit card could afford the fee
I know about btc debit card. The problem is that people still doesn't know about bitcoin, that's why they use WU rather than bitcoin.

Bitcoin is better in any way, but the publicity is low. Because of that, the users of BTC is less than WU.
