121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run will come, just hodle and stay positive! on: July 16, 2019, 09:08:33 AM
Bitcoin may encounters many pullback or corrections after reaching more than $13k last June but according to some market analysts, it is still bullish. If institutional money continues to pour in to the bitcoin market, there is a big chance the leading cryptocurrency will reach another all-time high by the year end. Many future events related to bitcoin may further increase the price if they push through.

I don't know if it'll be a bad or good sign for alts though. As long as btc dominance stays above 60 percent, any alt bull run would likely have to wait. At the moment, btc's market dominance is still high and almost all alts are having a hard time recovering. The alts i'm holding are now at least 20 percent down from last month. But as op said, stay positive. This market gives chance to those that are patient enough to hold steady.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TRON the real deal on: July 16, 2019, 08:39:24 AM
i think tron will be highly successful in the long term as smart contract platform good luck for all investors how want to invest in tron and believe in it's future in the long term i will be one of them Smiley

TRON is definitely one of the best projects. I guess TRX has the highest chances to go up.
Some optimists say that it is exactly this cryptocurrency, which can make you a millionaire if you invest much money in this token. It is very strange that TRON does not show the activity everybody is expecting from it, but I guess, it will be faster in autumn.

A lot of people don't really take justin sun as seriously as, lets say, vitalik buterin. But if you observe the marketing he and his team does, tron, and very likely bittorrent, has a very good future when it comes to value. Sun spending serious money just to have lunch with warren buffet says a lot about his vision for his project.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best altcoins for buy now on: July 12, 2019, 07:39:28 AM
In my opinion, it is a good time, Bitcoin rised fast and alts too, good alts now already at least 5X from early this year. I missed the opportunity to accumulate then while I will buy now... Hope it is still a good time, and maybe as Libra is a double edge sword it will bring more people to cryptocurrency and invest?

The projects I invest now:

Bittorrent
Stellar
Historia Network
RavenCoin
Mithrill
DGB

I think if there's ever a good time to buy, it's now. Especially if you're looking to hold your coins for a long time. Btt has just gone sub 10 satoshis and i think it's worth a lot more than that considering it's a real project that's already being applied. It could go beyond 100 sats if it gets big time investors in. Who knows what justin sun's got in his sleeves when he meets with warren buffet.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will there be an altseason this year? on: July 11, 2019, 09:49:20 PM
I think we will have an alt coin season but it will be limited to major altcoins such as ethereum XRP Waves and maybe few more.
But there will be no shit coin season for sure.
Shit coins are gonna die very fast.

Yes, thy will die because of being useless in the market. We knew that top altcoins will have thei own uptrend next to bitcoin but we can’t tell if its going to start this year or not but I’m confident that top altcoins can go along with bitcoin so make sure you hold those coins and never to hold shitcoins again.

It's hard to hold new types of coins for the next few years because they are only able to survive in just one year and eventually become junk coins. You should take certain actions before you regret later.
Shitcoins have no real use case and these shitcoins serve only one single purpose: To make their owner rich. It is impossible to buy that shitcoin and become rich unless there is the highest level of alt season which affect to each altcoin.

As people become more aware of the crypto market, i think there will be less people who are going to take chances in shitcoins. Bitcoin takes most of the attention now and the market dominance shows that. Though as we've seen in the past, alts will try and make a run for themselves. I didn't think there was a year when btc's dominance was prevailent the entire year.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrops profitable? on: July 11, 2019, 09:22:20 PM
Airdrop need just follow, just like follow the various bounty campaigns. When there is an option of 100% success, you can spend your time on it. In all other cases, pass by.
no one guarantees a 100% successful bounty or airdrop campaign. if there is maybe you will get very little from airdrop. my advice is don't choose airdrop with the payment of their new token project. try to search for airdrop with top-up token payments that have been traded such as XRP, ETH, XLM, we see some airdrops succeeding and indeed pay for platforms that are already running and developing.

Most of them don't and wouldn't have value. Even those airdrops that seem to have a very good roadmap and a useable project can end up stagnant for  long time wouldn't get listed at all. Of course it wouldn't require much to acquire some free tokens, but as for me, it kinda gets confusing when  you're holding  lot of tokens that mostly will just use up space in my wallet. Airdrops aren't like years before when one can actually be lucky enough to really get free money.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum will become zero value? on: July 11, 2019, 07:35:19 AM
There is no way to see Ethereum at the zero. I don't think there will be such bloody days which can make Ethereum zero. Zero price means to project and coin were got delisted by all exchanges, it is not possible for the second place coin.

Remember last year when people are already counting eth out after it went sub 100usd? A lot of threads sprang up saying that eth is dead and all that. Now look where it is now. Even if it goes on an decline from this point, those people that bought in at 89 usd are still in huge profit if they're still holding. You can't count a well established coin out in crypto especially if it has a following as big as ethereum.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't get your hopes too high on: July 10, 2019, 09:39:39 PM
That's true, but not all of the bounty hunter have the same thoughts as you. For me the big allocation is not a good reference, you should research information about the project, team, roadmap and etc before participate in the bounty campaign.

And these projects that allocate like thousands of tokens usually end up with no value at all. Or all that token could worth less than 2 or 3 dollars. If it even gets listed. Usually its not worth someone's time and effort. Few people actually take time to follow projects and invest because of it's potential use. That's how icos became a hotbed for scams a couple of years ago.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Huge rewards, less value or Less reward, big value on: July 10, 2019, 09:28:51 PM
Simply because that bounty pool is small, but the bounty hunter realizes that the project has a lot of potential when going to exchange. Like the GowithMi project that I have seen before, pool bounty is very low. But now its price is x10 compared to the IEO price
Has the bounty been paid? if you have paid it will certainly be a good price. but if not, then the bounty hunter won't feel that high price. we have seen this several times, because when the distribution is done the price will go down immediately, even before the distribution is done sometimes the price has gone down first.

We've all seen that a lot of times before. Bounties offering big quantities of token that end up not even getting listed. Or even if they do, they value just over a dollar or even less. I've had bounties from 2 years ago that's stuck in my eth wallet until now. I think project that offer a believable amount in tokens have a bigger chance to make a bounty hunter's effort worth it.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Libra on: July 10, 2019, 10:15:19 AM
If Libra has been released, certainly not everyone will also move or invest there. People will still invest in bitcoin or altcoin. Sure enough, many people focus on Libra because the association in Libra is a big company. Sure enough, they are indeed extraordinary and Bitcoin will be the main one in crypto.
No one will move the investment, but many new people will arrive and this will greatly impact the development of bitcoin and altcoin
To be honest I was very impatient for the launch of Libra
I think there will be no option for investment in Libra. They are certainly not going to distribute the token via any ICO. And the Libra will not be sold any exchange like the other cryptocurrencies. And they also trying to make the coin price stable. So what's the point to invest in Libra coin?

I think they'll release some of it to the public. But not before they they let big investors dig in first. And yeah, i think you're right. Indon't expect that much movement from libra as it will more likely be a stable coin like usdt. Which will make it less attractive to small investors. Bitcoin will still be bitcoin though. When it comes to market dominance, libra would have a hard time even competing with top alts like ether and ripple.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it just me or is the market dominance of BTC dangerously high? on: July 10, 2019, 09:53:51 AM
It is really surprising to see the dominance of bitcoin growing and I began to wonder if alts will really grow as supposed.
The only thing I can deduce from here is that, altcoins will grow, but not all, until the dominance reduces.
The alts that will grow will only do that, because they are providing reasonable solutions through their products.

Which should actually be a good thing. If that happens, then alts without actual products and just feeds off of their supporters trust would have a hard time growing. We'll see less scams and projects with bogus promises. Though i doubt that's what will happen. As before, btc and alts are just under a phase. Eventually btc dominance will calm down and we'll see most altcoins recover and make a run themselves.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your View of Facebook Coins? on: July 10, 2019, 09:45:39 AM
in fact Libra has a very large number of partners and I can not understand why it is called just a facebook coin. They say that this coin will be able to exchange money, buy coffee or pay in the trenchesport ... but there is one but.can they allow all this to happen? so it will be clear what will happen from this

Major alts have partnered with a lot of companies already in the past. Justin sun had a decent job with partnering his tronix with several institutions, eventually buying bittorrent in the process. Eth, litecoin, ripple, these alts have partnered with several companies before. What makes libre seem bigger is that it a facebook coin. It will always be that coin from mark zuckerberg. It's mainstresm familiarity, being associated with facebook, will be what will push it forward.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Campaign After Getting Listed on: July 10, 2019, 06:07:17 AM
I notice that some coins that are already in the market are doing bounty campaign again like Credits, Veil Eterbase and among others, do you think it's important for a coins/tokens that are already listed to run a bounty campaign from time to time even if they are already listed in exchanges.

There's logic in it of course. There are a lot of listed coins that are having a hard time moving up mainly because they don't have much attention. Having other people promote your project for you reaches out to a wider audience. People will be more interested if your promotion comes from someone they know instead of a random ad popping up.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Losing Coins On The Exchange! This Is My Mistake! Help me on: July 10, 2019, 05:27:29 AM
Hello friend ... I just woke up from a long sleep. this is fatal, this is my negligence! I saved thousands of "XBASE" coins on the stock and planned to withdraw coins into my new wallet. I tried to reset my password through Gmail, when I entered I had to enter the code "Gooegle Authenticator", while the "Gooegle Authenticator" application on my cellphone was deleted and I tried to access it through the "Recovery Code" but it was not accessible,

If it's like this, what can I do to get my coins back, please help me  Cry
the only possible thing for you to prove your account to the team and then the team can disable your google authenticator. I was able to do it. what should you do to contact the team directly and try to ask about the possibility to disable your account?

Just as what was previously said in this post, best way would be to contact the exchange. Google authenticator was made to make sure that you're the only one who can access your account. For me it's one of the top ways to secure your logins. Good luck with proving to the exchange that you're the account owner dude. Sometimes it'll take a lot of time before they would even get back to you.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin will to the moon? Trust me!! invest now before you regret it. on: July 10, 2019, 04:30:33 AM
If you invest in Litecoin in the beginning of this year, you are probably now on the moon with a profit of more than 5 times. Now that you want to, Litecoin must at least reach $ 500, which is difficult
This happen to me, i bought at begining this year, not much but i got tripled and still hodl while open my eye on litecoin market. i Know this happen with this situation are have much experience with ltc market.

For much the past 2 years, ltc has been under the radar while remaining as one of the top coins in the market. It's good to see that it's moved significantly well along with bitcoin, though as expected, correction would be hard. It gone down from last june and hopefully doesn't go a lot lower since bitcoin is again making a run, plunging several alts to yearly lows.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: I've taken my eye off bounty hunters comments on: July 10, 2019, 04:21:24 AM
I think doing bounties for ICOS in 2019 is a complete waste of time, who would invest in an ICO when there are too many launchpads out there I think ICO business model is dead.

Move on a try to learn new skills if you want to make a decent income in 2019, and invest your profits on crypto, if you really care about yourself you would be learning how to choose great projects to invest instead of wanting free money.

Think for a moment, if somebody will give you money to push a button what will make you special between others?

Yeah i think so too. Tokens have lost steam ever since 2017 and 2018 and with bounty hunters either not getting paid, or the tokens not having any value until now, i think people would rather put their money in altcoins that are already listed in exchanges. Sute, there will still be a few who's willing to gamble, but if i'm going to part with my money,  i wanna make there'll actually be returns.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Cryptocurrency on: July 10, 2019, 04:03:31 AM
I am determined to buy FB coin Libra even though it is not available yet. I hope it is available on exchanges where i can buy easily.

Will it be a threat to BTC and other altcoins? I am afraid that the prices of BTC and other altcoins will go down. It makes me hesitate to buy some currencies like TRX currently.

There are so many threads about this Facebook coin, and people are very eager to get a hodl on it, but I believe they will hold a private sale first before opening it to the general public because everybody will know this and I don't think it is going to be a threat to Bitcoin maybe for other currency it is, but not with Bitcoin.

Too much hype on libra. I don't think it'll be like what people think it'll be when it gets oficially released. Like all other alts, it's movement will swat depending on how bitcoin moves. And don't worry about other alts getting rekt right now. I just bought myslef a couple of trx and btt while they're dropping. That's just how it should be. Eventually bitcoin will slow down and alts will recover.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Word of Caution For All on: July 10, 2019, 02:09:23 AM
All the things we do for our savings are our own responsibility so everything that is done of course must go through very good analysis, as you said today there are so many phenomena that occur so that if we take inappropriate actions then the losses will happen to us early warning is very important to strengthen the mentality when we invest in coins and follow what you believe so that if you experience a loss then don't feel disappointed.

The thing is, if you rely heavily on social media information, it would hard for most people not to give in to fomo or fuds. Let's face it, many traders don't really do studies and researches. They rely on who they think knows what they're doing. Crypto pages, telegram groups whether they're free or paid, people claiming to have become millionnaires etc. You'll find a lot of these online and it'll be easy to base your decisions on their tips because of their "accomplishments" And accurate mapping. And a lot of people lost money because of blindly following these people.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A completely decentralized world...How will it be? on: July 10, 2019, 02:02:57 AM
With Blockchain's emerging popularity, some industries industry of the world have improved for the better. This is because of the many benefits Blockchain technology provides such as transparency, and efficiency. If the world went to use Blockchain for nearly everything from finance to healthcare, then everything would behave in an autonomous and decentralized manner.

Now, imagine if Blockchain becomes so successful that it replaces worldwide governments and even central banks themselves. People will gain freedom once more, in a new decentralized world governed by the Blockchain and AI. Laws would be enforced by AI, while governance would be made from the Blockchain itself. Everyone will have a part or say in this world, being able to influence their vote with decentralized tokens or coins within one global Blockchain. Retail stores will no longer depend on cashiers, as automated systems controlled by AI will take place (powered by Blockchain to keep track of items and transactions). Banks would become non-existent as cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum would take over the world.

While all of this sounds more like dream, it could very well become a reality in the future if people adopt decentralized solutions at a large scale.

Nonetheless, what are your thoughts about this? Huh

It does sound like a dream or a snippet from a futuristic scifi film, but who knows? With how fast technology has changed things and is changing the way we live, there may come a time when decentralization would free us from the people controlling every aspect of our lives, like the big banks and pharmaceutical companies. It won't be without any hiccups of course. I don't think we'd make it without the human factor. And the governments and big corporations have every means to stop giving cotrol to the people.
139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: July 09, 2019, 03:23:13 PM
Looks like my Timberwolves team is one of the frontrunners to land Russell Westbrook and the media is not quiet about it. To be honest it's the first time that I'm not happy they will be receiving a superstar if this happened. Westbrook for me is not a long-term solution for the team yes he can contribute right away and help KAT but will he be here after the end of the season or the next one after that? I don't think so, I'll be glas if Rosas didn't push thisbtrade through.

Hopefully russ and towns will click. Considering that they're in a very stacked western conference, they may have no choice or we'll see another big time player move out at the end of the season. Westbrook i think is more of a stat-padding type of player. You need to have efficient role players to make his style work, like the kind james harden has with the rockets. I hopenhe doesn't end up like another melo.
140  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pacquiao Now Stands as Favorite vs Thurman — Sportsbooks on: July 09, 2019, 04:45:05 AM
The way I see in their previous fights with different opponents. I don't find any reason why Thurman would win this match against Manny. Yes Thurman is undefeated but does he fought an opponent with the same caliber as Pacquiao's? None, so I favor Manny Pacquiao's for this fight.
We have almost the same speculation on this fight. Thurman struggle in his last fight while the Pacman cruise to a unanimous decision victory. The only factor that Thurman had in this fight is the disparity of the age but would it be a factor in the fight, let's just wait and see.

Pacquiao has fought and beaten quite a number of undefeated fighters already so i think thurman being undefeated has little bearing on the fight. And though manny has experience and probably skill advantage, you can't really disregard age when it comes to boxing or anty physical sport. If manny continues to fight, one young guy might just be able to take him out. I hope he follows mayweather's logic for his sake.
