My fault There is a lot of blockchain spam going on right now so if you get a single satoshi from someone... it's not me.

Can you submit this information to the FTC Lab_Rat? It sounds like something that could help their investigation. Pulling records of power consumption at the building may show when the gear was first mining -- considering it must have been running before you popped in.
I can, and it may help with the lawsuit I'm bringing on them for the company as well as helping with the class action through wood law firm.

In late may 2013 the difficulty was 12,153,412 meaning the network hashrate was approx. 87TH/s. What I saw in the office there was capable of running at a minimum 5TH/s and that was what was sitting in the office. Some plugged in, some getting boxed up, and some being assembled. I find it hard to believe that was the only hardware they had readily available.
This would put them at 207 BTC per day if there was no additional hardware at all off site. I saw a few other things I didn't like as well...
Was that the trip you sent out the first Single on? That would have been early June, just before they started shipping singles and were in the midst of shipping Jalapenos. Was that mostly Jalapenos or Singles? There were hundreds and hundreds of Jallys and a couple dozen singles. The MRs weren't shipping yet but they had 3 WORKING prototypes there.

When I visited them late May early June 2013 they were mining with a significant amount of hardware. I'll give more detailed numbers in a few.

I would like to point out that it is stated:
"We are in possession of the storage wallet that contains roughly 98 percent of the total funds."
With 910+ BTC accounted for in other wallets, that's a scary thought. My math shows 45k+ BTC hanging around in that wallet... So how many BTC did they not find that the higher ups have hidden...?
EDIT: He says total funds and 1.2M in USD is accounted for which could mean 200-250k BTC.

Also, I wonder if Josh's wife knows he was cheating on her every time he left town?
I must have missed that bit when I was scanning through the documents... It wasn't in the documents... It was just in there that he's been married 6 years...

Also Josh technically lied in the deposition already. When asked about any aliases, he failed to mention inaba...

I read something about BFL mass ordering pitchforks etched with a Y U NO SHIP meme on them...
I'm sorry but I wouldn't call Josh a white knight yet... I personally have seen otherwise.

Isnt that a bad return for the bonus hardware on the new PPS pool? 20% less? compared to the 10% loss in the "bonds" bought hardware.
It wouldnt be proportional, since operating expenses are covered through the bonus pool. Worse, those expenses occur in usd, and btc has been down. The irony is if btc were up, we'd all receive more btc... and it keeps dropping......

The bonus hardware has finally been removed from GHash. I'm glad we're no longer supporting such a large pool. It is on a private PPS pool that will allow for 0 variance whatsoever. When live stats become available I will add them to the website.

Still waiting for more info on the BFL deal, chances are that if someone wanted to troll, they could wait for the heads of BFL to be leaving for a conference or meeting of some sort to where they couldn't deny the claims and then post something like this. Honestly, I have no clue myself but should be interesting either way.

<speculation>As per the address that was there I followed the chain to and from BFL's addresses, so either it is one of BFL's address, one of EMC's addresses, or it was Gox and BFL may have been goxed which could explain a little bit about their delays as money issues could've turned them into (more of) a Ponzi. </speculation>
Great.... So our refunds may be on the "BFL delay train"(TM)... 30-45 day processing times...... enough said.

Hi Labrat Can you please explain how the bonus is working. In your signature you state that currently 17.7TH/s is contracted and 130TH/s is bonus. Shouldn't that mean the amount of BTC created by bonus's should be approx 7.3 times the amount mined for the contracts? As it stands the payout is under half of that at about 3.2 times. mOo Distributions Paid
Mined: BTC2.06467953 Per Contract: BTC0.00001158 Bonus: BTC6.60199899 Bonus Per contract: BTC0.00003702
All expenses of the company come from the hashrate that is uncontracted. If the bonus was 7 times the normal the power would go out and the rent wouldn't be paid.

So . . .how I interpret this, somebody correct me if I'm wrong, is they've attempted to serve summons 3 times. They haven't actually been able to serve Zach. They've gotten Zach's mom or somebody named Donna. I'm curious as to why Zach or his attorney(s) haven't seemed to make themselves available for service. My understanding is they have to serve Zach, otherwise the judge will eventually allow it to occur via a public notice (at least that's how it works in divorce *cough, from my personal experience*, which is also civil). Though I personally think this tends to annoy the heck out of the judge. It would be nice, imo, to see a formal response from LRM. Anyhoo, I am learning a lot and fascinated by how readily the courts make this information available. The more ya know. . .etc. . . Edit: Ty for the donation ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) keeps me motivated ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) In the midst of all of this, I have been moving as the lease on my condo (slight hint that I'm not misappropriating funds) ended in mid Aug. I was not hiding from anyone, they were just looking in the wrong places. I was served the paperwork Sat. that you posted all the docs by some guy trying to be sneaky parking around the corner and wearing shorts/t-shirt (which I found funny as I was waiting for them, not hiding from them.) BTW, I would like to thank you Endlessa for a few things you've done as I can't comment and it's better to have truthful information out there rather than trolls and speculators. Oh, were you forced from the condo? If so, my condolences. I was under the understanding you were moving to a newly purchased house. Did all that fall through or something? A random public record flew by that made me wonder. NP on the report, I just want to see through the chaos ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I'd love to see direct information posted from you guys, but I understand the need to not comment publicly, as well. Anything your lawyers deem appropriate to post would be an additional and appreciated bit of information for us we can rely on. Yah, the lease was up and they said I could buy it or get out. I'll ping them and see if there's anything I can share of any importance tomorrow as people outside the BTC community don't work Sundays generally (at least without charging more)

Oh just realized what you meant by Zach can't talk, by response I meant the legal response to the court they file within 21 days after being served, not expecting Zach to answer here.
There will likely be multiple responses before one of true importance is even worth sharing. I'll ask my lawyers if I should share or just let you guys pull from public records...
