You are all ignoring a huge point my conversation made. Any company conducting business within the United States has to have a federal and state ID. It is common practice to request these ID numbers from prospective businesses that you wish to do business with. It is a way of establishing legitimacy by verifying with the government that they indeed exist. Bitmain warranty may exist at that location, but myrig certainly does not. They don’t have a location in America yet Halong claims they are their sole distributor to the US.

Yoshi told me I can order 4 to 5 of these via paypal or cc.

I can pay in late March for early April delivery. Until he fails me I have no worries.
The
I have no risk this way.  As to Yoshi refusing to give you id tags you gave out his number you would give that out to.

It is simple don’t buy a thing until they sell and deliver to me.

If they don’t sell to me and ship to me you don’t lose a thing.

I repeat I did business with him for years.  He has not done wrong to me.

I am shocked that someone such as yourself would find divulging a telegram phone number to potential buyers a big no no considering they have taken so much money from people. To me it just appears you are playing devils advocate or have more skin in this game than you are leading on. And as for divulging federal and state tax ids you know that’s publicly available right? There is nothing secretive about a businesses phone number and tax ids my God....where do you guys work?

Holy hell you are dense and will defend them until the end. Once again, if people are being scammed, transparency needs to be seen. There is absolutely 100% nothing wrong with sharing someone’s phone number. Your thought process is mind boggling. It’s ok to send them $10-$30k but it’s not ok to have their phone number on a public forum if something goes bad? I blacked out my numbers because I am not the one trying to sell a product, they are. If myrig really had a facility here they would be able to provide that information plain and simple.

I don't think Scott should of sent you Yoshi's number directly, but you definitely shouldn't have posted it up here on the forums for all of btctalk to see.

And why is that? If this man is scamming people out of thousands of dollars absolutely they should have his number.
125  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: DragonMint 16TH/S halongmining.com on: February 02, 2018, 02:43:33 AM
Several screenshots incoming after speaking to Scott and Yoshi directly. This backpedaling is really bad. This is sadly a 100% confirmed scam based on the contradictory speaking and refusal of simple business information. I sent an email to Yoshi asking for the address of the Colorado warehouse and for their state and federal tax ID for that location and the email is the response I got from Yoshi.

126  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain's Released Antminer S9, World's First 16nm Miner Ready to Order on: February 01, 2018, 06:11:22 PM

T9+ seems useless, uses more power for 25% less hashrate.

It’s already been proven that the t9 is more reliable than the s9.
127  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Pangolinminer & Whatsminer FAQs on: January 31, 2018, 06:16:56 PM
The emails fine print states, $100 off only in stock batch (still more expensive than s9 and t9).

The buy 10 get one free, is buy 10 in stock units and get an April batch unit for free.

If you ask me, good on them for trying, but still priced a bit too high for their in stock batches. In stock should be around $1600 to make us swing away from bitmain.

It was an article from December that I saw. Ebang not bitmain.

I may have misread an article I read this morning that popped up on my news feed of my phone. Newborn son, sick toddler, lack of sleep. I’ll see if I can find it in my history.

is this for Halong or someone else like that Blockchain solutions LLC?

Samsung (Yes Samsung) has entered production phase of ASIC miners and mining equipment specialized for bitcoin and cryptocurrency mining.

It’s already been stated in several articles that it’s Bitmain. Why would Samsung team up with an unknown?

No I am buying the cheap breakout boards on eBay for $10 and bulk pcie cables through my business. I am all in $51 per psu.

Gotcha, but you need 2 right? So you're at $102.00. Good to know!
Edited my post after you responded. 3 psus for 2 s9s.

No I am buying the cheap breakout boards on eBay for $10 and bulk pcie cables through my business. I am all in $51 per psu. 3 psus run two s9s...these psus are 94% efficiency over bitmains 93%

Do you always get dinged for customs? I don’t have it happen to me often when I use DHL. When I use UPS I do. Also I don’t buy bitmains psus as I source hp 1200w server power supplies for $30/each.
135  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: U.S 110v PSU for Antminer S9 suggestions please on: January 30, 2018, 04:48:44 PM
Correct me if I’m wrong but if you are running the appropriate gauge wiring on 30amp breakers you can easily run an s9 on 110v.

Don't you guys think that at 2100 watts and 11.5ths these things will take forever to break even at $2400USD? Even with relatively cheap power in Ontario, Canada of around .08-.1usd this thing is only making $7-$9USD a day. They will need 8-12 months to break even at this price point. It would be nice if they kept true to those low initial prices they used to have. Even $1500 US is a lot better than $2400.
Exactly why I bought s9s and t9s instead. The 700-800watt savings per machine really adds up when you have 25 machines.
137  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain Launches the New Antminer T9 Bitcoin Miner on: January 30, 2018, 02:26:43 PM
I was able to buy six with some different bitmain logins I had. For the reliability it’s a no brainer to supplement my s9 farm. People balk at this price but snatch up Avalons immediately. When these are proven to be much more reliable than s9s, I don’t get it....
138  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain Launches the New Antminer T9 Bitcoin Miner on: January 30, 2018, 02:43:38 AM
With the limit of 2 per person I have as feeling this will be a good price. But I could be wrong...

Man bitmain really knows how to go for the jugular. Pangolin releases their miners at a flop price of $2350 to ship out in 7 days and its just sitting on their site. Now bitmain sends an email that they are releasing T9+ tonight with a 10 day shipment window. Any speculation on price here?
140  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Pangolinminer & Whatsminer FAQs on: January 29, 2018, 04:07:47 PM
On sale again and sitting. $2350 for 7 day shipment. They are really out of touch with the US market.
