Is the number of transactions included in each block subject to manipulation in any form. Was wanting to set up a system for betting whether there will be an odd or even number of transactions for a certain block.

it appears if you have deposits on multiple apps,  whatever app you are betting with, the outcome is applied to every app you have coin on.

i think there is a glitch,  i have bt exo open and betting and my balance on better bets is effected by the outcome of my bets on bit exo???
