Some people is worried about the btc38 cold wallet reporting too many coins, compared to the total supply.
It can be a bug of the explorer: we had to modify it to allow working with an incomplete blockchain (we didn't have the full one, back then); it is possible that it's missing some transactions.
I will look into it ASAP.
why wallet stoped again? they didn't said anything about it to you?? i send some xcn to btc38 and first it was ok and my balance was available but after wallet crash my xcn is confirming and i cant use it  |

The thing is I just cannot enable this 2fa. It says "Bind success" (which means I turned it on) but after the page refreshes itself, it's still off. Probably some glitch of the English version website... Only XCN fixed.

True. I probably got so excited about working XCN, that started seeing things  yes i had the same problem . After enabling 2fa It says "Bind success" but page just running not opend . i copy the page link and run it in the new explorer windows and this time showed me 6 digital code |

To all: Is anyone having troubles setting 2fa at BTC38?? For me it just cannot be turned on...
U mean trading password or how is it called? U fixed it? No, trading password I managed to set (through the Chinese version of the site). But "Bind Google Authenticator" doesn't want to work at all although I receive a message "success". Congrats guys!!!! Our efforts finally payed off - The deposits and withdrawals at BTC38 are finally open!!  P.S. Looks like they fixed all the coins that were previously frozen  P.P.S. But i am looking to bter volume. That is just 1 btc in day average. So even if btc38 buy that 1 btc ( i don't think that possible because so many people like me trade and buy in bter) and sell that 1 btc in btc38 towice higher they just get 1 btc every day

It seems to me, btc38 will never open a deposit  Me too No one here doesn't have any problem with wallet. bter.com and bx.in.th doesn't have any problem too .Just and just btc38!!! I think it will be amazing if we add xcn on a good exchange like bittrex or livecoin |

Yes really weird How is that possible no one here doesn't have any problem with wallet even noob users But they(btc38) can't fix the wallet. they must be more professional than normal users right? And some users in here says their coin on btc38 sended to another wallet. They must be sync somehow for doing that right? |

I went to the BX to remove my cheap sell-orders  to BTC38 lies = I do not believe them anything anymore, they are scammers liars, more 6 months saying that if they are now working in it, and then another lie more. i think we did not have any dev five of those six months and i trust btc38 more then polo They could delist xcn like polo and kill it but they did not |

not everybody just sells for bitcoin, not everybody is a miner ;-) people often buys, or sells but don't withdraw bitcoin. Actually people trade coins for getting bitcoin and change that for money. So many of people having problem with Chinese exchanges. And thire coin stock in exchange . Like me I agreed with farsky we need bittrex or at least another un chinese exchange |
