ETF is so hyped right now like it's the only hope btc has to go up... if that doesn't work I don't even want to imagine what could happen.
uhmm.. nothing. no one really cares about the etf. people will be buying shares in the twins btc not everyone else's. Each share of the ETF represents X amount of bitcoins. Once the shares are sold and the ETF becomes a success, the Winklevii will then buy more bitcoin in order to produce more shares, just like every IPO. As the price rises from the buying of the coins the shares will also increase in price.

My companies puts $2 for every $1 I put into my 401K up to 5% of my total income, then it tapers down up to 10% of total income. I wonder if I will be able to roll this over into the ETF?
After 25 years of service, once I retire, my company also provides 40% of my highest year salary for 25 years or until death, whichever comes first. I am willing to put my entire 401K into the ETF knowing I will still be getting a decent check every month once retired.

I once hated iPhones like you all, then I got one. Now I realize how bloated an unorganized Android is. The simplicity and ease of use of my iPhone is unparalleled. It integrates with my Mac Pro so I can text from my computer, or continues working on a document or viewing a web page seamlessly. It connects to my car using carplay, and it wirelessly mirrors my phone onto my appleTv in my living room. All of this is built in with no extra cables and things that need to be bought. I had nothing but problems with my android phones, and windows phones just suck from top to bottom. So y'all can think what you want. I have heard plenty stories of ex android users loving their new iPhones, but never heard any ex iPhone users loving their new android. The only people I see talking shit about iPhones are android users that are just obviously uneducated, and have never owned an iPhone to begin with.
Before anyone says I got lured in to buying all these Apple devices, no... no I did not. I chose to buy them all because they work together and form a perfect eco system. Just like everything in technology is trying to do, trying to be part of a seamless easy to use ecosystem. Android does not nor probably ever will have this ecosystem.
You need to pay Apple if you want do aps, even if only for personal use. It sucks if you are not a utter beginner that will only use it to read docs and watch movies Most of the apps I use are free. My phone is jailbroken, so I do more than just an utter beginner. There is not one thing I need my phone to do that it cannot, but I cannot say the same for Android. I also rooted all my Android devices because the stock OS on android is way too bloated.

WILL ALLOWED TRANSACTION SIZE BE INCREASED?
Txn size check uses the same constant as block size check (MAX_BLOCK_SIZE). The new code doesn't change that. You can make a txn as large as a block. That being said most nodes consider a txn >100KB to be non-standard regardless of the block size. So transactions larger than 100KB won't be relayed by most nodes, and won't be added to a block unless the miner is running custom software. Standard vs non-standard is a node behavior it isn't part of the consensus rules. What would happen if I put a large fee on a non-standard transaction? Are these nodes/pools able to see the larger fee and push my transaction through?

There has already been more coins mined than what was stolen.
7K btc is not enough to hurt anything (but the exchange).

Bears, please send your coins to coinbase...
The amount of slippage is too damn high!

Is Huobi down?
Any clues about the cause of this rise? The Google rumor perhaps? Coinbase overseas?
If it were news it would have spiked, this is steady buying. Before the 4K in shorts that closed today, there were less than 1000 coins available to short on finex. Massive shorting is what pushed us this low in the first place. Nobody is willing to lend their coins at these prices when the upside potential is so huge. Might as well use those coins to go long instead of lending and making pennies.

I have the BitSpotty app on my iPhone that shows the price on the icon on my main screen, and on my Mac I have Bitcoin Ticker that shows in the menu bar... so I happen to see the price about 50 times a day.

Your 0.00123 BTC won't make you rich any time soon.
It would if you went long with 20x margin, and kept snowballing your profit into more 20x longs.

Satoshi was the core team at the beginning! Lmao! You have no idea how bitcoin works do you?
Satoshi and Hal were the first two miners, their computers made coins and the clients they used, the only 2 clients on the network at the time were making coins. Satoshi's and Hal's wallets stored the private keys to each of their coins that they mined. No core dev team has the keys. This core team you made up out of thin air did not mine a bunch of coins and then said "hey Satoshi, these are for you, let me know when you want them!" After Satoshi and Hal mined a little while a third miner started mining, then the fourth and so on. The first bitcoin transaction ever was from Satoshi to Hal, which proves that Satoshi had his keys the whole time! So quit trolling and go educate yourself, all you are doing is proving to everyone that you are an idiot.
