yep personnaly I forecasted only 2 of them. Stox still not distributed but it's already add on the wings wallet so it should come soon
for stox we are just waiting for the eth deposit which will probably happen on sunday or monday |

Few benefit there
(1) Instead of clicking in and see the information, everything will be preview outside. Personally, not sure why the site take quite some time to load for me when loading the Valuation and Feedback Page
(2) A better and clear visualization for everyone
(3) People have idea on if project reward is already distributed instead of checking on Forums/Slack/Telegram and ETC

I am not disagreeing with this. What I am asking is I've already forecasted all my WINGS on DomRaider- Is it possible at this point to get back my WINGS or adjust my forecasted amount and split them between WINGS and DomRaider?
Blockchain technology is immutable in nature . Why would dev design adjustment of what you want ? Smart contracts are AI not human . Lol I appreciate the philosophical nature of your response. I am just looking for a simple yes, it is possible or no, it is not possible. If it's not possible, I will learn from my mistake this time around and wait until the 12th till I can withdraw and split them for future forecasts. It is just reading between the lines my friend. Lawyers do that  in the prebeta it is not possible to lower the amount of wings locked into a forecast, you will need to wait until the forecast is done. |

Да нет никакого смысла для проводящих ико компаний отдавать процент крыльям, именно поэтому и нет долго прогнозов.
Обычно на всю Баунти выделяют пару процентов, а это удар по всем фронтам - подписные, твиттер, фэйсбук, блоги, видео, слак, телеграм, а тут крыльям за прогноз целый процент, жирновато выходит. Именно поэтому и курс крыльев не растет, крылья по сути паразитируют на ико, просят много, а дают по факту очень мало, это не взаимовыгодный и не равноценный размен.
1 - Нет пока новых прогнозов потому что мы сфокусированы на запуске полной беты, а полу-ручные прогнозы сейчас отнимают время. Поэтому в этом месяце будут только высоко-качественные ICO, которые стоят этих задержек. 2 - Проекты сами решают сколько давать Wings сообществу, если будет слишком низко то и участие сообщества будет такое же. 3 - Насчет ценности Wings, советую прочитать что такое price discovery и почему оно очень важно для любого проекта. Про ценность сообщества Wings как средство продвижения проект, советую подумать почему Банкор и Стокс, при всей их маркетинговой раскрутке, решили задействовать Wings и выделить хорошие вознаграждения. |

Вопрос, скорее всего, к wings-старожилам или героям, прочитавшим весь тред: на самой первой странице для держателей токенов предусматривается две формы участия - предсказания (прогнозы) и получение доли токенов новых компаний, запускающихся на платформе. В какой момент в концепции осталось только прогнозирование? Какие причины были озвучены разработчиками? Чтобы не быть голословным - цитата с первой страницы:
Это было изменено еще летом прошлого года, когда стало ясно что такие дивиденды автоматом делают Wings ценой бумагой (security), со всеми выходящими проблемами. Как показало недавнее дело с SEC, это было весьма хорошее решение. Единственная причина почему это еще осталось в начале треда, это потому что в данный момент не доступен счет ТС. В белой книге и в английском треде такого уже год как нет. |

The DAO Act pre-ICO is on now and has raised so far a bit over 800 Eth (see https://ico.daoact.org/). But the median forecast was something like 15,000 Eth. The project also offered 5% of the raised eth and 1% of tokens to forecasters. Perhaps this was wishful thinking? I understand that this project had some pre-commits that pulled out after that CoinDash hack, so that could have impacted it's performance, but still there is a huge difference between the current results and the forecast. While the pre-ico is not yet finished, are any of you able to share with us what amount that you forecasted and what reason was behind it? We'd like to see what we can do to improve the system. Thanks I did forecast for 12k ETH because of the enticing x10 offer during the pre-ICO for the 1st 1350 ETH donated . But I must admit it will take me until next year to get my tokens seem too long , just maybe one of the reasons why several investors having 2nd thoughts about participating pre-ICO. I must agree with him on this one. Pre-ico until distribution is a long time, and the uncertainty surrounding Aug1 has some investors taking the sideline. In all honesty, right now is most likely the worst time to crowdfund. They should have pushed it back until after the dust settles. But, who knows. Let's give it some time. And I also agree with the comment above mine. You should hide all other forecasts until the results are in. I assume many forecasters just simply go with the median... And this will make the forecasting off ok thanks for the feedback, we were hiding it i think for the first 20 or 50, but perhaps we will up the number. on the other hand if most people don't get any reward for dao act perhaps they will learn to not be so lazy, but who knows. we'll have to experiment and see what works. we're also thinking that in addition to forecast reputation we might implement something called "marketing reputation" as part of the reward mechanism to ensure that people who are actually helping promote projects to achieve the forecasted amount get some reward for their efforts. |

I invested 1000$ in ICO. I got 46602 WINGS. the bancor forecast payout paid me like 250$ worth in BNT and ETH. That's 25% return from ICO investment.
It's cool! But ADX frustrates me, the exchange rate plummeted, two times lower than ICO. Will we earn coins with this forecast? ADX $0.129132 (-0.55%) 0.00004781 BTC (0.27%) 0.00058775 ETH (3.14%) Will CDT forecasters still get rewards? They just locked their bitcointalk thread and there's been scam accusations after the "hack". If ADX price frustrates you, what more for CDT investors? Lol  I didn't have time to participate in the consensus CDT, fortunately ) Do you know when will be the payment according to forecast ADX? Right now the CDT has not even been issued to ICO participants so we are waiting for that to happen. |

Explain me one thing, why would the price increase after the rewards are paid out?
What is the added value for the WINGS token coming from prediction market?
I don't think most people are aware the amount of money that can be earned through forecasting. Soon they will. To forecast you'll need wings. The more wings you have, the earlier you make your forecast and the closer you are to being right the bigger payout you get. And later, people can delegate their vote to you if your really good at forecasting, then you can earn more by staking other people's wings for them and getting a cut for making accurate predictions for them. My concern about wings model is the sustainability, I believe all the recent forecast on the platform would have raised the amount they are looking for. I believe COindash team would raise $12 million easily without wings forecast, what of if these projects decided they can get a value better somewhere These projects are already paying 1-2-3-4% to 1 or 2 guys being an "advisor" - for example for providing some "auditing" or "marketing/pr" - with let's say questionable track records for some. So you think that a project wouldn't want our bounty app that brings and helps them manage 2000+ people, and/or be able to price their ico correctly? making a pricing mistake means losing a lot more than 2%!! If you think that this is just about "would have raised the amount they are looking for" - then you are missing the point. Yes, most projects can raise X by giving up Y. The point is to give up only Y-N, and they don't know what N is... No fancy, self-styled "crypto economist" that made 20X portfolio return (haven't we all??!) is going to be better to tell you what N is than 300-500 people (also let's call them mini "crypto economist" - some are actual VCs!) spread around the world with access to contacts and info.... while also getting M new users instead of some fraction of M again by leveraging 100s of people rather than a handful. You aren't going to get that with some centralized service provider with a skeleton staff of 4 people. I don't care how good someone or some firm is, they can't compete with a global swarm. |

Just want to know if the PRE-ICO of ACT will also be part of Wings ICO or only the ICO? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1985190.0From the thread " 5% of proceeds (ETH) will be distributed to WINGS forecasters using WINGS ICO integration with a smart contract " yes this is correct, their forecasting will happen after coindash great news !! more ICOs/Projects for forecast... is sound great for me: i have some Q: 1. i need all the time to creat an account with my seed if i use another PC? 2. i dont find the rules about forecasting the projects. were can i find them? 3. when we go in beta and after FULL MOON ON? a roadmap for the next months? 1. yes, the "account" is just on your local browser like a bitcoin lite wallet 2. read the scientific white paper to get the idea but basically it is the follow: how accurate you are in the current poll, how many wings are locked to that forecast (in beta you can do multi-forecast lock, your forecast rating based on historical performance, and how early you submit a forecast. we are still working on the weights and might adjust them based on how the system performs. at some point in the future the dao members will likely be able to vote on updates to contracts that can evolve this further but we need to get the basics working first. if you have specific feedback after we do a few rounds we'd love to see how we can improve to ensure the incentives are there for people to participate/engage on a regular basis. 3. there is a roadmap on https://blog.wings.ai we are sticking to that mainly with adjustments based on market needs/feedback from early adopter projects. |

hello when we will get the reward from bancor and how is going on with the platform  ... news? cheers So anyone who joined the prediction no matter how far out it is can still get rewards? My friend is promoting this Wings prediction to me and most of our circle that involves in crypto. in the bancor forecasting people will have their costs covered, however in future forecasts if you are dead wrong you will get close to nada and will just use up Eth. platform is designed to reward people for being right, not wrong. |

Do the devs of wings platform plan on raising more funds to finish this project? If so, I presume more wings will be created?
They can't from what I understand. And they are totally fine. They have alts that exploded and a stash of wings as development fund And when is this next forecast and planned ui upgrade? I personally don't like having my wings on the platform as is your wings are not "on the platform"... wing are an erc20 standard token on ethereum. wings.ai UI is just a specialized block explorer and light wallet; meaning that you always have control over your wings and they aren't "on" somewhere else. |
