I'm still in.
Current balance: 40.80761587 Offer: If you accept, please respond with "I accept $1,794.82 USD as full settlement of my CoinLenders balance, with payment made via BTC to the address [your BTC address] using the latest MtGox ask at the time the payment is sent, or $750 USD, whichever is greater. When the payment is made to my specified Bitcoin address, I release and waive any claims with regard to, and hold CoinLenders harmless from and against any and all claims of any kind that are or could be asserted with my use of the service."
Guess that is a few days old.

The hack is "paid" for probably even more than paid for. Now he needs to explain where the remaining 5437.10876724 is. I find it hard to believe he lost all of it. I am asking ALL REMAINING depositors to either PM me or post your remaining balance here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=341871.msg3662042#msg3662042 - If you were not listed on this old thread, please say so when posting.

It is starting to look like the brief window for a settlement may be closed.

Already on, just listed as anon as it wasn't mentioned. Renamed in the spread sheet. Will copy it over when I get a decent amount of new entries. - Totals are up to date though as of now but I am going to take the day off! Good luck to all those affected by this terrible mess.
Raised a grand total of 0 so far - 1PHm27ZcX2vssPKCvf5Xfr7v7aDgehrqfR I know some people are contributing "directly"... someone send a bitcent - its for a damn good cause.

Hi TF:
My father had cerebral hemorrhage yesterday. I dont known how this happened, he is 65 years old, but he is pretty good for long time. We used to discuss bitcoin almost everyday since 2013, count how much my bitcoin cost at table with delight. It was a kind of enjoyment before that hacker stolen 4100 from us. I shouldn't told him what's happened yestoday but i cant bear his talking about bitcoin day to day.
He was so angery, then felt not good, we had to take him to hospital. It was becoming serious with him then. He cant move half his body, cant speak very clear.
He was a large, happy old man, now he cant event speak!!!!!!
If anything happened i swear i will find you!
Best regards
That's terrible, I am so sorry. TF needs to understand what he has done to real peoples lives. He should come clean about the mess and offer transparency. Because the worst, is not knowing.

Phew.... this is exhausting. I am up to here - Just waiting for confirmation from some users to confirm they were NOT on the original list provided by dumbfruit. PM's sent.

Option 2 will happen anyway eventually unless tf makes a deal with everyone. Making option 3 less and less likely.

I hope I'm wrong, but this feels like TF scam round 3. ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) Yes - The majority of CL depositors/ BTC holders care mainly about one thing. BTC. They want as many back as possible through whatever means are required. Exchanging frozen BTC assets for shares, or dealing with someone who is asking to take 50k from the person already owing so much to people is just one more slap and I dont think I am alone in saying people around here have had enough.

Its probably the longest time period I have seen where he didn't log on to bitcointalk... maybe he did decide to run

EDIT:
I would advice not to settle. At least 1300 were written off by this "so called settlement", another 900 were donated by TF to cover the loss. There should be enough btc to get 50%+ of your balance back.
(I will edit this post later for more info)
If you look a bit further into the numbers - JUST based on what has been returned so far. This hack is pretty much bought and paid for. Now we are dealing with CL losses which were smuggled under our noses in light of this hack, which also happened to be during the price rise. TF only has to come clean about the true extent of the losses and fairly distribute them and he would have a lot fewer legal problems. No more of this USD rubbish either. We bought BTC and deposited them each BTC is our share in the risk. Not the date we happened to deposit them and the USD price for that day. This creative accounting is what led him to come up with NEGATIVE balance for some users which is quite ridiculous. It might benefit a few, but it would be unfair to us all as a whole. The money "saved" from CL haircuts alone in the past week would pay off more than 10% of remaining depositor balances.(4773.44956105)

Was saving myself repeated pasting/updating by waiting. I just added the user balances. I haven't added you yet since our exchange about your settlement/deposit ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Will get around to it!

POSSIBLE OPTIONS - in no particular order. 1.Settle 2.Join the legal action 3.Wait and hope for the best with little to zero information being offered by TF. I am asking ALL REMAINING depositors to either PM me or post your remaining balance here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=341871.msg3662042#msg3662042If your balance was NOT listed on the dumbfruit thread, please mention that when posting your balance.

I am up to here... just need to establish if Efflorescence was listed on dumbfruits old thread. For the record, I've 494.83919957 BTC in Coinlenders and about 75 BTC in BTCInvest. They're pretty much all of my education fund there after I voluntarily dropped out of education system. I have not settled. In fact, I've talked to a friend at Digital Asset Transfer Authority (DATA). http://info.datauthority.org/wordpress/founding-members/What irks me most is that: 1. This $1 million loss may not even be genuine. 2. TF may have also been gambling after the hack: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=329136.msg3569337#msg3569337So, it is an important precedent for accountability, for Bitcoin/crypto's sustainability, for those who've been harmed or who will be, and for the future. My friend from the network also sees this is an important case in point / important precedent to set. But we will not achieve anything if we continue "running/clucking around like amateur headless chickens" (paraphrased from conversation). There are resources, professionals, connections, authorities, and possibilities to pursue this that I can help to connect. [The only thing holding me back is that I've to be on-the-go/at countries probably without internet of late; so practically, I can't oversee this.] I know some of you are thinking of pursuing individual legal actions, but really, we could be more effective with a concerted group/class actions. There are also grounds for authorities to look into this. "Every contact leaves a trace." I've not concluded that this is a crime yet. Of course, I'd like a full settlement. But a comprehensive & honest disclosure from TF will earn compassion. Moving forward: A) Who is interested to pursue something collectively (regardless of whether you've settled or not)?1. @gaston909 - 2. @DumbFruit - 3. @cobordism (reddit) 4. @thecoinjournal - 5. @chaosfox - 6. @Efflorescence - Yes 7. (Reply with your name below/there's so many people who've voiced concern - chat with them to ask if they'd like to join the force) B) Crowdsourced Fact-GatheringThere are information laying around, for those that you've read of & anything else you could dug up, can you post some pertinent facts (timestamp, messages, IPs, BTCs, etc) Here's a wiki I created where everyone could edit (but I'm not the best at it): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Articles_for_creation/TradeFortress_(Bitcoin) C) Who can volunteer to pilot this precedent-setting collective community effort?D) Community cause donation address A tentative donation address for this cause: 12EuhPGiDkSSGeyPxdDaT4hJvTStYRicpY I'll pass on any amount collected to the new community organizer. I hope you see this cause to be as important as I do in setting a notable precedent to move bitcoins above shameful/shady businesses - towards what we see and envision in Bitcoin. For our actions echo in 'eternity', V ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I've recently learned that I should be extremely skeptical with my dealings. So, normally I'd normally opt out of participating.
But in this case, you've convinced me, so I've sent you 6,492.81 BTC. Tx ID 43f4f7cc20bc819088894461b9ef60183bcd7473fb76d905317aef59d215cd62.
Let's get 'em!
Sorry but I donīt understand. What did you pay for, Gotpetum? Might be a bit of sarcasm in there ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I am asking ALL REMAINING depositors to either PM me or post your remaining balance here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=341871.msg3662042#msg3662042If your balance was NOT listed on the dumbfruit thread, please let me know,

I would prefer the "losses" were dealt with either between TF and users/lawyers whatever is required. Then anything can happen with the CL site. Also, you seem to be making the mistake that CL is a separate entity. TF has mixed and gambled his funds, CL funds and inputs funds. You cant just separate it now. CL debt is also TF debt. Anyway, each to their own. Keep those numbers coming folks. I am asking ALL REMAINING depositors to either PM me or post your remaining balance here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=341871.msg3662042#msg3662042
