Is there a list of fund release milestones and requirements? How much of the money can be released by only copying or slightly modifying source code taken from open source projects. If this project was really only 1 average programmer could he get a lot of the funds released by copying Ethereum or some other coin and wallet code? I don't want to kill a legit project, but we need to be tough on all ICOs.

All the Opair Devs wanting to stay anonymous is kind of a red flag. The programmers not speaking to the public, or campaigning for funds is definitely a red flag. Especially since it would help the ICO raise a lot more money! I've tried explaining this to wasserman but its like beating a dead horse. Why on earth would the coin founder not participate in the community during the ICO?! I invested a little BTC on day 1 and I hope the project succeeds but this seems like an ill omen.

The people who invested but are now crying scam because there is no escrow are obviously unstable. It was clearly stated before the ICO started.. I chose to invest anyways. I can understand why the devs want privacy. People can be crazy, especially if they think you cost them money or owe them something. But which do the devs want more, privacy or 700 btc to start a business that can easily make them millionaires? It's starting to seem like they can't have both and it has nothing to do with the FUD spreaders.

If you look at the stats, you can see that the investment rate is rapidly slowing. I suggest you provide more of a connection to the team so people can see they are real. Maybe that will help. I also suggest you have someone figure out a way to make people feel like their money is going to a legit entity, not just a bitcoin address. 2 weeks from now you may be certain that the ICO isn't going to raise nearly enough money. Maybe you should have a plan B that includes a reputable escrow company. Or a bank account with legal binding contracts or something? I invested in Opair and I really hope you reach your ICO goals!

My intention is not to FUD, I was just getting answers before I invest or not. BTW, don't worry about my math background, I'm sure it's much higher than yours. They already said that they will buy their stake with ICO money after the ICO ends...
