Wouldnt the best comprise be to have this image, but without the horns? would just look like modern/more professional version of current logo. Best of both worlds. Absolutely, 100% agree.

Why is the S split into 2 U's anyway? Does it signify anything?
Look at the colors. The top portion is a C, and the entire thing is an S. Hence, StableCoin. I'll be honest, it'd be very difficult for me to view that as a C, because I'm looking at it as if it were a collective S.

What about a logo that is identical in structure and proportions to the original, but styled in the way of the new one?
I think that will be fine. The shading of the new logo looks very good to have.

Let me know what you think Trying to settle on a new logo before tomorrow. Some big things are about to happen. Yes, I like it as well actually, due to staying faithful to the original as well. I still personally would stay away from the spikes although I'd say my opinion is considered moot at this point. Could you drop a hint as to what some of these big things are?

Having the two side by side it looks like the new logo is a lot more professionally done
Yes, but having both potential new logos side by side: Both look professional. I'll be honest though, I also liked the way the old logo touched in the middle. Maybe we should somehow incorporate that as well? Broken up, the 'S' just looks like 2 sideways 'U's.

Hi everyone, I wanted to make a comment about the logos. I was in class while the voting was taking place but I feel my opinion needs to be put in anyway.
One of the major selling points of this coin is that it is meant to be "stable" even though the other cryptos are so volatile.
I think it is important to stay true to this theme. While the logo with the spikes or "horns" look more fancy and flashy, I think that is the exact problem with it - flashy things always get stale quickly. It looks cool and edgy now, but overtime it will be looked at as lame and the spikes seen as pointless.
The one without the spikes actually helps sell the theme of "stability", because the design is timeless. If it has to have something sticking out, why not maybe try something similarly shaped to one of the sticks that stick out of a dollar sign, or bitcoin symbol?

Damn it's crashing tremendously. Like 36 cents a coin. Holding strong though.
Someone dumped for a loss. Smart move. Yeah, it's recovered a lot, as I expected, although such a dip was frightening. A few of my friends just managed to get in on the dip so I'm happy for them.

Anyone think there is gonna be some major profit taking soon? Some of you must be set to make a small fortune.
As tempting as it is to try and take profits, I know how much I am going to regret it if I sell now. This coin hasn't even begun to hit the mainstream cryptocurrency community and its potentials from its features are amazing. I refuse to sell right now, but I'm sure others will try taking profits.

Oh my god, 74 cents a coin. A 6 million dollar market cap now!!! This is incredible. My parents will be so proud

Yikes.....I don't want to be around if you sell out.
I don't plan to sell any of it, unless I need some fiat. Same, considering the likelihood of levies to be placed on bank accounts in the future. Also, Stablecoin is now the top 20th coin on coinmarketcap!!! WOOHOO!!!!!

Yes!! Good thing I kept my 3k stable coins from august:D
Good thing that I bought over 100k when it was revived. Yikes.....I don't want to be around if you sell out.

Oh my god, what happened? I went to sleep last night with SBC at 18 and my total SBC value literally doubled overnight.
This massive inflow is ridiculous.
The market cap last night was at 1.5 million when I went to sleep, and now it's at 3.3 million.
Incredible. I think this is going to be a big one.

Can you please post the original text that you pasted into translate, and I will try to grammatically correct it to give google translate an easier time? You misunderstand. The release post was professionally translated. The poster was happy to see a post that just wasn't run through google translate. OHHHHH. Okay, good. I was actually confused as well, because I was in that thread and translated that post, so I thought he was saying he couldn't translate it. How did you translate so well?

Can you please post the original text that you pasted into translate, and I will try to grammatically correct it to give google translate an easier time? *EDIT: What I mean by grammatically correct it is not grammatically correct english, but I mean breaking down things into their most conceptually simple form for easier translation. English is a complicated language. For instance, I would correct: "Its features are incredible." to "It has features that are very good."

Let me guess - converting ltc into sbc?
I'm doing the same, and yes - 24 confirmations later it still isn't in... don't sweat, cryptsy's favourite past time is watching people get nervous...
For whatever reason it tends to be faster for me to convert from BTC to SBC instead of LTC to SBC. However, all of Cryptsy's stuff is slow right now, at least until they receive their upgraded servers in the coming days. I also agree that we should work on developing a multibit client for Stablecoin, considering that I think we all see a great future for this thing.

1.6 million market cap!!!

I love watching SBC overtake QRK on and off throughout the day. I would not be surprised to see it neck and neck with WDC soon.
Same. The Market capitalization is now at 1.575 million. It's incredible. The only thing that upsets me is that I have 600 stablecoins left on an unfulfilled open order, that I'll probably never get at that price. Luckily, I got almost 6 thousand others just as cheap until the price went up. I'm guessing I'll just have to cancel the order and reinvest at the higher price.

Have to agree with Hazard, the future's looking bright indeed. I've always liked the concept of stablecoin - but I was slightly dubious with regards to how fast it would take off... it's got everything a currency is going to need to be sustainable for the long term but I had my reservations about the initial growth speed. Boy, how I was wrong I think stablecoin would definitely benefit from some aggressive marketing - but even without this it's starting to gain some real traction, traction that a lot of the other alt coins haven't seen in such a short period of time. It'd be nice to get some more community sites up - guides to explain why stablecoin's fantastic as a long term solution aswel as how to mine and/or buy SBC. Googling for stablecoin at the moment doesn't return that many great resources - it'd be nice to change that. Out of all of the coins I've mined and been interested in (and I've been dablling since bitcoin was in its infancy), stablecoin is turning out to be one of, if not the most, interesting. Future contender for for litecoins place in the scrypt world? Too early to say, but I wouldn't underestimate its potential. I have to agree as well with helping to get some more resources out there. Maybe we should make a really nice-looking, easy-to-comprehend infographic? Also Stablecoin almost has a market capitalization of 1.4 million right now :-)
