I was thinking about Zuckerbergs new metaverse, wouldn't that make it possible for them to/users to collect/upload enough information to create a autonomous personality that can live on after the person dies.
That way you can still "communicate" with your dead friends and loved ones.
That would be pretty cool.

Is communicating with the dead the reason they chose the name Meta (means dead in Hebrew) Mark Zuckerberg being from a Jewish family would obviously know this.

I sold all my Shib's and bought DGB. Tongue ..... You f^ckers are so clueless when I was telling u about this coin when it was 0.00000700~ ish. Smiley  Roll Eyes  Roll Eyes ... Now it will probably lose another zero and be 0.0001 for Shib... but meh... that's just like 30% only increase. I need at least 20x on my investments. Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

*edit():  It was back then when I told u I sold all my dodge at 0.5$ that I bought under 5 cents....  Roll Eyes  Roll Eyes  Roll Eyes

DGB.

Congratulations.

Another shitcoin that does absolutely nothing except for the vast majority of time lose value against BTC. A bit like fiat money.  Roll Eyes

People like you forget that for every lucky bastard that gets a 10x in a shitcoin there is a dumb fuck who is left holding the crap buying it near the top.
Don't come crying here when the role is reversed (because eventually that will definitely happen the longer you play roulette) and you are that dumb fuck.

Next you will be telling us you have a foolproof staking plan for roulette. Just double the bet on red or black whenever you lose a bet, if you lose again, double again etc. It has to work right?

I gave you my last merit, just to remember to laugh when I remember of your comment.  Cheesy  Cheesy  Cheesy Tongue

My prediction is $12000 per DGB. ( YES! ... 12K! )   Roll Eyes  Roll Eyes  Roll Eyes

I like a good laugh.

16 cents if you hang on until 2025 and you are lucky and time the top perfectly.

During which time your more likely cash in your stash for a pack of Malboro.

If you believe in things that you don't understand
Then you SUFFER!

Nah, I really don't see it.

Neither does he.....  (pa-dum PISH)

Just for curiosity, what kind of music do you like Arriemoller?  Of course there are many cultures/languages/geographies represented here in the WO..

A bit late reply, I know.
I like many types of music. Marches, accordion music, heavy metal, rocknroll, disco and more.
It's more about the particular piece than the genre for me, but I do not like jazz, it (sometimes) literally makes me have the same reaction as nails on a blackboard.

Examples include

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1yAIp56oj3A&list=RD1yAIp56oj3A&start_radio=1

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DbqOQZnzu-0

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gt_Se7BtSQg&list=RDGt_Se7BtSQg&start_radio=1

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FFyHukBkmFY

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAzESJ62irI

And last but not least Anders Flanders, the one man band. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHm2CGMXGW0

Hey Arriemoller

To get over your dislike of Jazz check out the easy to listen to and classic piece recorded by The Dave Brubeck Quartet - Take Five. Joe Morello performs IMO one of the best drum solos I've ever heard.

I will play this when BTC arrives at and punches through $100k, it will add to the elation at gentlemen.

Seems like the market formed a double top. There may be a small dead cat bounce but after that it’s only down I’m afraid. Welcome to the next long crypto winter. You should sell everything & sit on the sidelines, ready to buy back sub $10,000 in 2023.

It was fun whilst it lasted but the top is in. Sell everything now before the long crypto winter engulfs you.

Seems like you have no clue what a double top is.
Hint: second top is lower than the first.
But hey, if you still believe in sub $10k prices, i just wish you HFSP  Roll Eyes

I'm in a kind of bad mood today. This is the nicest answer to this bullshit post that i could write up.

You are such a "nice guy" OOM...!!!!!!! #nohomo

 Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Yeah, i thought after this statement of yours for a moment.

I used to be cocky and really hurt people using words, mainly because of my social insecurity, in the majority of my past.
Short version of a long story: Life forced me to change. Additionally, nobody will ever hurt or insult me using words.

Of course, there was a bit of humor and probing intended with my response - and I do understand that some of us regularly attempt to employ tactics in order to NOT take certain matters personally, and with practice, we likely are able to become less reactionary and defensive as we had been in our youth.

At the same time, I will proclaim that it is going to be quite difficult for any of us who are actually humans to completely detach our lil selfies from emotions or even our second guessing the intentions of others when communications are directed at us or about us.  At best, we are attempting to manage and NOT be too reactive - but never completely getting rid of various urges to attempt to figure out if we had been slighted and if we might need to respond emotional to that.

In other words, not even this cat is a bot.

 Tongue Tongue Tongue

Just like BTC

How would a nocoiner know much if anything about BTC?  Just on the surface, there appears credibility problemas with anything that you say related to BTC.  Have you bought any yet, jorge?

By the way, I admit that I may have gotten a wee bit cccciiiiittttttteeeeeee in my earlier suggestion that we could witness a $10k or $20k UPpity candle in this here 24-hour period that ends in about 17.5 hours, but I will still stand by my suggestion that we are in a decently good posture for rapid UPpity, even if it does not happen in this particular short-term timeframe.

Unlike you Jay to nail a price to the mast, without numerous caveats and disclaimers or at least attributing a best guess odds, what came over you?

Jorge Stolfi likely had a huge stash and the "I hold no Bitcoin, Academic Interest only" thing, was to protect him against the $5 hammer attack.

Billy "Double Top" Nocoiner has had lots of chances to purchase a few Satoshies but continues to prevaricate. I did say to him get in while we were down at 30k before the $32k window closed. I got half a coin then.
I'd suggest to him to buy now or start DCA if he is to avoid gut churning FOMO.

I knew a devastating crash was coming!

I like your timing and sense of humor plus the fact that you are consistent with your math and science.

Rainy day - idly looking at world news.

Had to laugh at news coming from Glasgow where the COP 26 Climate Convention is being held.

A fleet of 200+ luxury EVs has been put at the disposal of the delegates.

But there is a problem there are too few charging points for the vehicles in the city.

So some diesel generators have been hired for the task.

You could not fucking make it up.

In more pertinent Scottish news the wee dip is not quite over yet.

Wee dip?

I believe Scots call their First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon "Wee Nippy"

Hedge fund billionaire Ken Griffin slams crypto as a 'jihadist call' against the dollar — and says regulation will oust those looking to make a quick buck

Lol… only weapon against so called jihadist call he got is “regulations” lol.

Read - billionaire Ken Griffin is getting very worried about his Hedge Fund's short position in Bitcoin.

Greta Thunberg is a plucky little girl.
And a good publicist along with the help of daddy.
I agree with very little on the climate change agenda.
But have great admiration for young people who have the conviction to stand up for what they believe.
She probably hates on Bitcoin, but likes Uranium and invests in SPUT for her college fund.

Are they going to be annoying North Korea with wrongspeak and music blasted across the border. Followed by a barrage of balloons dropping USB sticks loaded with South Korean soaps and K-pop. You bet

Ivomm good luck and speedy recovery! Glad everything is at least moving in the right direction.

Offtopic but still important: stumbled across an interesting article, for those who are interested in the dark state in all it's forms, and the rich and powerful threatening (social) freedoms: https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2021/sep/30/revealed-council-national-policy-republicans-extremists

Just take it with a pinch of salt.

The Guardian is a news outlet which promotes Marxism as does SPLC.

Jason Wilson who wrote the piece, who can loosely be described as a journalist, is extreme left wing.

Marxism is the biggest threat to freedom everywhere, not the people who they label as far-right, who are blocking Marxism's progress.

It is off topic, but lets bring this full circle, Bitcoin can act as a bulwark against these Marxists, who would control every aspect of your life. why do you think the CCP are so keen to ensure that ordinary citizens do not own Bitcoin.

It's been an early morning and long day, so time for bed, be good and stay safe out there.

Are you OK buddy.
You don't seem your regular self.
In Sweden its only 4pm right now, not time for bed even if you got up at 3am.
Or is there something lost in translation like retire (from the forum) rather than retire to bed.
Anyhow you keep safe and well.

It’s called a siesta. You should try it.

Siesta is after lunch, even in Spain its over by 3pm.
Sounds wonderful but I've never slept in the day, never felt the need.
There is a usually a shit load to get through during the day, its raining right now, so paperwork and keeping up here till lunchtime when rain is forecast to clear.

The panic reference earlier in response to your supposed wavering on price direction to suggest a 100X short, was just a friendly comment while getting my brain synapses firing with the first coffee of the day. Rally driving is not for me my reactions much too slow now, but you keep that foot to the floor and enjoy.

+1 this place is full of pussies trying to reassuring themselves on pure wishfull thinking even after Salvador got focked for adopting a crypto lottery like bitcoin (it was obvious)

That being said they should be scared :

Same pattern on a longer time frame. I know Bips and shiitz are coming for laming network, but what if it's a non-event this time, thiis pump has been weird enough i wouldn't be surprised if we don't see the legendary november-december bull run this time. The world is a messy place right now ya know. I may eat my words...or not.

I hope you missed me. Just passing tho. Don't mind me. Cheers.

Anyways half of the pompous individuals of this thread is on ignore Smiley

Honored that you should pop in, with an unusually bullish outlook.
Still you never know, we could be on the way down after the dead cat bounce, with most of us in the denial stage and left looking forward to tumbleweed rolling across the plains till 2024/5 for the next ATH.

Woke up early 5.00 with acid reflux better now with Gaviscon. Too much rich food and drink yesterday.

Quick reply: Try Bromelaine (500mg) daily, before going to sleep. It's basically pineapple enzyme, liberated me from chronic reflux problems and, as a side effect, makes my jizz smell and taste way better ...according to my wife, didn't try it myself, but i think she's credible enough  Cheesy

Thanks for the heads up on the pineapple enzyme, and the gory detail of one side effect. I nearly can't untaste that now.
I'm not a fan of regular medication and don't take any tablets, so am reluctant to take stuff like lansoprazole.
Probably better to just eat healthier quantities and drink less. But that pulled pork she cooks is so goddam delicious.

Some more thoughts on the pandemic.

As I see it, the initial panic surrounding this infection was because of the fact that everybody had the earlier MERS and SARS infections in fresh memory, and they were indeed very, very deadly.
When it was clear that this SARS variant was no more deadly than the Hong Kong flu the stone was already rolling down the mountain and it was to late to stop it.

Now everybody realizes that the world overreacted and countries are going back to normal, some fast and some slower, depending on how much face the politicians and advisers have to loose.

So was the initial panic wrong? No, I don't think so, if indeed it had turned out to be as deadly as earlier SARS and MERS it would have saved a lot of lives.
The error lies in not stopping the draconian measures when it was recognized to be just a flu.

I saw a news article from UK that the Health Authority there expects the infection to be downgraded by next spring to the level of the common cold.

While their economy has taken an overly long hit.

Woke up early 5.00 with acid reflux better now with Gaviscon. Too much rich food and drink yesterday.

Too early to start work it wont be properly light for a couple of hours, too late to go back to sleep.

Just reading through news.

Reasons to hate Bitcoin Part 3.

See the latest MSM fud on Bitcoin is that the far-right are using Bitcoin to spread hate, then go on to mention cryptocurrencies (plural).

Don't panic Crypto tourist just make out you are local and hodl.

Sirazimuth those morning glory plants are illegal in Texas and Australia because they can be a major weed problem not because of the LSA they contain. Nice to see the two weeds combined in your garden centerpiece. The blue color of those flowers is is insanely pleasing.
No doubt living in a green (damp) part of the world you will be checking your weeds twice daily for botrytis AKA bud rot and harvesting the lot at first sign of it.
If you save some pieces of rotting bud you can use them to clean all the tar off your fingers when your done trimming. There must be some enzyme or chemical the botrytis uses to attack and break down the resin in the plant. If it the compound could be synthesized cheaply it would make for an excellent natural de-greaser.

Never a dull day with Bitcoin or the WO.

He was not wearing a mask, and I was not wearing a mask either (I forgot to take it with me, and didn't say anything, out of politeness)... He coughed a few times while in the car with me. I'm vaccinated.

Masks don’t work dude, unless it’s a P100. Why on Earth you would want to use one, is another story.

I'm as anti vax as they come, not just anti COVID vax but anti all vaccines as they have harmful chemicals and you can't sue the company if you are injured by it.

But I think there is some protection provided by masks. Any type of mask, even my cloth mask with purposefully large holes in it so I can breath.

People spit when they talk, they may not notice but when I started paying more attention to it due to COVID I noticed, even seeing a tiny bit fly from my mouth into someone else's when he said something funny. If that's not a surefire way to transfer a virus I don't know what is.

Sure they don't stop your breath and the holes are too big to stop a virus but just to prevent spitting on someone is decent. Though that doesn't mean you need it while out jogging as they do here in Panama. If you're talking face to face with someone it makes sense to have one.

Though I still don't wear one when I don't need to. Though I had COVID and am immune so I won't be spreading it.
Mask lol

Most of the victims of the Spanish flu post WWI died of bacterial pneumonia from wearing face masks!

No scientific evidence to this day a person infecting another person. If someone is sick its from own wrongdoing/lifestyle.

I've given you Tash 1 merit for being the thickest fucking cunt on this forum.

Every other post on the Vaccine Wall Observer whether pro or anti vaccination have provided well reasoned arguments but your post is pure crass stupidity.

Wow. More users than any bank in El Salvador? That sounds insane and if it's true and all users are legit, it's big news! Are they really that unbanked or is Bitcoin just gaining so much attention over there?!

Hate to be a glass-half-full but how many of those are people outside El Salvador downloading the app to have a look?

Nothing like tempering good news with a negative attitude.
Come on it's fantastic news, even if a few folk outside El Salvador have had a peep at the software.
