123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm gonna sell my house on: January 18, 2018, 05:00:17 PM
I am sure we touched the bottom today. so i am going to real Estate Dealer for selling my house and buy bitcoin. I suggest you all do that
I admire your courage to do that. But selling your house to buy bitcoin is definitely risky. You can't just depend and put all your money in bitcoin because it is unstable. Yes you can buy bitcoin but also invest in something like business or stocks so you can have an other option in case you didn't have good return in bitcoin.
124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If no one spends bitcoin what might happen? on: January 18, 2018, 04:22:30 PM
Share your ideas here.   Grin

In my opinion, I think we will be stuck in one price or maybe worse we will all go down.

Here is what happened when US citizens are saving too much.

Quote
That's important because American spenders make up the majority -- about 70% -- of economic activity in the country. If people don't spend, the economy doesn't grow.

Check it out here

The price will go down because people will lose interest in bitcoin if it happens. That is why though it is good to hold bitcoin, it is still hurting its economy if no bitcoin is used for purchase. It is good if there is more merchandisers that will adopt bitcoin so that more will be encourage to use and spend bitcoins.
If it happens, this will be a problem. Technically, if no one spends bitcoin surely the value of it will remain stable or worse it will keep falling. If it occurs, the investors, traders and even users will lose their interest because they will not gain anything from here.
125  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is this for real? I could be a millionaire? on: January 18, 2018, 04:02:06 PM
Please forgive my cynicism.
I was offered bitcoins in I think 2010 when they were 50p each.
I was tempted to buy £200 worth but had been just lost £200 to a ponzi money scheme so decided against it!

I have seem recent reports saying they are now worth £2,500

Are these the same Bitcoins?
So would I be able to actually sell for cash or money in the bank?

Sorry to ask, but I see lots of people saying they are millionaires but don't think I have seen anyone with the actual money banked.

I mean, my 400 bitcoins would now be worth £1,000,000 and I could actually sell them for £1Million less commissions?

You gotta see I'm sceptical.
Please tell me I haven't made the biggest mistake of my life?
Yes, you could have! anyways you're not the only who has missed an opportunity to be millionaire by bitcoins in early days. you could still be millionaire in future, buy and hold at least 1 btc. might be worth 1 million someday. Wink
Well it is never too late for you to try again. Actually being a millionaire in bitcoin isn't hard at all depending how responsible, hardworking and ways you do. Of course if you know much about trading, mine, and cryptocurrencies it can be an advantage for you. Then you have to hold your bitcoin and wait for the value to get high.
126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this right time to buy Bitcoin on: January 18, 2018, 03:44:27 PM
Hello guys, I am in crypto world since last biggest correction in 2017 when bitcoin fall from 4500 to 2500 and i lost some money when i bought at 4000 and sold at 3000 and then I've put all my money on altcoins which doubled their value but still bitcoin would have bought 3 times value. i think this is next best value to buy bitcoin what do you say buy it at 10k USD or wait till it goes for 9k or 8k.
Practically speaking yes this is the perfect time to buy bitcoin. Why? Because the value of Bitcoin now is low so you can have and avail bitcoin at a low cost, which can be a wise move to you because in due time bitcoin will be high again and if it happens surely you will buy bitcoin at a high price.

128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did you ever convince or encourage someone to invest in Bitcoin? on: January 17, 2018, 03:08:58 AM
Bitcoin has been awesome and will always be awesome. We, who have been involved in Bitcoin since the very early days understand this very well. However, for the laymen, for the people who don't really understand the technical aspects of Bitcoin or those who only watch the mainstream media are skeptic about Bitcoin. Since, all they hear in the News is how Bitcoin can be used for illegal activities and how it offers complete anonymity (common misconception) to people to do what they need on Internet.

Have you ever convinced or encouraged anyone to invest in Bitcoin and did you have success? Of course, since we know that we are giving a good advice, so we would usually advice our own family members or friends about this.

In the past few months, I encouraged some of my friends to invest in Bitcoin. They had a lot of questions about it from technical perspective and I helped them understand. They invested in Bitcoin and are very happy with the returns. And now this information propagates and more people will get involved in Bitcoin.

In my humble opinion, as a Bitcoin enthusiast, we can help understand people the positive aspects of Bitcoin. The price of Bitcoin is still in the very initial stages and those of us who really understand what Bitcoin offers, know that Bitcoin Price is only 1/10th of what it's worth right now.

What are the most common responses you get from laymen about investing in Bitcoin?

Some popular ones I receive are:

1. "Oh, it's already too expensive, I cannot afford to buy it."
2. "The governments don't regulate it, why should I invest in it?"
3. "It's an illegal currency and only cyber criminals use it."
4. "What backs up Bitcoin? For example US Dollar is backed by Trust (all time favorite response Cheesy), but what backs up Bitcoin?"
5. "The market is way too volatile to invest."
6. "You can't really use Bitcoin as a currency."
I actually didn't really convince them, but they are encouraged because they have seen how my life changed when Bitcoin came into my life. They have seen my improvements especially my finances when I began earning here. So they are finally asking whats the reason behind it, so I told them its all about bitcoin.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: alll coin going down. what should we do? on: January 16, 2018, 12:59:49 PM
hi guyz. can you help me that i have know nothing about blood wash term  Undecided

i have got some btc that i bougth when its 11.5k usdt. should i keep btc and hodl or buy some alt coins?
Best thing to do: hold and wait. It really happens that bitcoin is experiencing of going down, but then surely it will recover and regain its value. And when it happens, that's the time you sell so you can have a high profit. For now just wait, and do investing more.
130  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin now slowly drop should i sell? on: January 16, 2018, 06:18:57 AM
Bitcoin now drop for a while should I sell this or hold what should I do?
I have huge btc in my wallet.
Please share your opinion about this.
You don't have to sell your bitcoin just because bitcoin is dropping. It isn't a wife decision after all, because if you sell it at that state you will have a low profit. But if you wait, and hold until bitcoin recovers and goes up again, surely your btc in wallet will grow bigger than your expectaions.
131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: will people lose intrest? on: January 16, 2018, 05:53:57 AM
We're just getting started. There is so much room to grow as it continues to gain popularity. I don't believe it could die at this point. If it did Alt coins would definitely takes its place as the main coin.
I just doubt it if people will lose the interest here in Bitcoin. Actually, its just starting. Bitcoin is making its name and getting popular, because of it many people now are curious about it, what is bitcoin all about, what it can give to you. And with its value, there's no way that people will lose their interest.
132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do we trade Bitcoin if internet goes down? on: January 15, 2018, 03:31:26 PM
given the cayos happening in the world i wouldn't be surprised of nuclear war and in this case i would expect internet disruption question is how do we trade bitcoin during this time if we can't access internet.

home internet and mobile internet goes down
Bitcoin network completely breaks down. no hash power, no node. no confirmation, then we have to go cash, like dollar, euro.
That would be a problem. Bitcoin function through the use of internet, and without it, it can't be used. So surely bitcoin will break down, we can't do the trading, signature campaigns, mine and such. Also, it would be a disadvantage to all the investors and to everyone who gets their income only here.
133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you convince the people to invest in Bitcoin? on: January 15, 2018, 08:19:45 AM
How do you convince the people to invest in Bitcoin?  When most of the people around doesn't believe on Bitcoin because for them Bitcoin is just computer thing...
You don't have to convince people to invest here in Bitcoin because as we all know bitcoin is making a noise now and getting popular. What I did before is, I didn't literally convince my friends to invest here, but I show to them what I get and what I benefit here. They witnessed how my financial life changed when I started to work here. So they began to ask me how.
134  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best way to earn Bitcoin on: January 12, 2018, 04:42:21 PM
I’m newbie here... What’s the best way to earn Bitcoin? I need assistance please. Thank you.
Since you've said that you are new in Bitcoin, the best way to earn bitcoin is through joining your account into signature campaigns. From there, you'll get paid and earn in posting and such. Also, if you want for bigger income or profit, you have to study more about cryptocurrencies, trading and especially mining. Surely, you will earn.
135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin be more profitable in the upcoming years? on: January 12, 2018, 01:02:59 PM
So 2017 proved to be the best for the bitcoin till now but still the great Officials of many companies are busy in predicting the greater roadmap of btc in 2018 and so on so will it be possible for bitcoin to go more and more high ?
Of course! I really believe that bitcoin can go higher this 2018. Come to think of it, if its value last 2017 is high, I know that I can go beyond this 2018. After all, bitcoin's value is rapidly increasing and is getting more stable now. Also, there are many people who invests now here because they see and they know its potential and what it can give.
136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When is the best time to invest in BTC? on: January 11, 2018, 11:36:07 AM
Newbie here, I've been wondering when is the best time to buy coins? Is it a good idea to wait for prices to dip a bit or should I buy them as soon as possible to avoid anymore increases in price?
No one can really tell when is the best time to invest in Bitcoin, but you should start investing now. Though you might experience crash, you just have to wait and just hold your bitcoin until the time that bitcoin recovers and increase and then surely you will return a good investments.
137  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin worth it or not? on: January 11, 2018, 08:25:56 AM
Hi guys!

iam kind of noob of this bitcoins and i have some questions i need to have answer on.

Are you kidding? Of course, bitcoin is worth it! And investing here will be a wise decision you will ever make. Though you will have to take the risk of uncertainty whether the value of bitcoin will rise up or crash, still it will be worth a try. After all, once that bitcoin experience a major crash, eventually it will be rise up again.
138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are they afraid of bitcoin? on: January 11, 2018, 07:11:32 AM
Maybe they are afraid that they might be scammed. And mostly, what we see in the internet that talks about money is we also have to give money first in order to earn money. Also there are a lot of negative stories about bitcoin.
True enough. People are afraid of being scammed so they don't want to give Bitcoin a try. Also, they are afraid of its unstability. As we all know the value of bitcoin keeps changing it may be high now then the next day it goes down, so others are afraid that they can't get their investments if it happens.
139  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do we really need Bitcoin? on: January 11, 2018, 06:38:27 AM

What is more efficient? Be a programmer than gives you huge salaries for every project and codes? Or a Bitcoin trader, earner, etc.?
Why not try to do both? Well if you are looking for a huge salaries and you wanted to earn more then you can do both programming and bitcoin. Anyways, in programming I know that it can be an advantage to you to work here. You just have to balance your time wisely surely you can do both of it.
