121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are you going to do before segwit 2X ? on: November 01, 2017, 06:28:06 PM
What are you going to do before segwit 2X ? what is your tactic ? all in BTC ? hodl ? sale before 2X ?

I'm going to hold my bitcoins. To receive the new ones, if there will be an hard fork, we need to catch the new ones. BCC and BTG were useless ones, but, maybe the new one comes with real features for bitcoin holders.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Could Enjin coin reach a $100m Market Cap?? on: November 01, 2017, 06:09:42 PM
Has anyone else invested? Or anyone else that is interested in this coin?

I invested with 2.3 ether in Enjin, but it was only a hype frankly saying... I was fooled by that hype and attracted into their ICO. When I checked their white paper more carefully, I couldn't see something special.
123  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin improve the economy of a country? on: November 01, 2017, 05:20:29 PM
Depend on how many bitcoin adoption in those countries, if those countries fully adopting bitcoin as payment option, the citizens of those countries will get some benefits such as ability to send money world wide in a few minute, avoid inflation and consider bitcoin as an investment.
It is all up to the value and they importance of the bitcoin in the country if in your country the bitcoin is the best country you are the lucky person and if you are not involved in the bitcoin you should buy the other things and the bitcoin will give you the return, the price and eh value of the bitcoin is now getting more and more high so in my country it is right for the country economy.

It improved the economy of lots of poor countries already. Their poor people found opportunities in bitcoin fields and they started to generate income from bitcoin easily.

That's another fact showing how it affected the economies.
124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Booming!...What's your TARGET? on: November 01, 2017, 04:57:06 PM
https://s1.postimg.org/8ressnrj5b/23131387_1960590620890377_1048651442_o.jpg

I hold this bitcoins since last 1 month and from $1500 came to this! Bitcoin price is growing really crazy fast! Everyday I wake up in the morning and see that hundreds of dollars has been increased. Bitcoin and Bitcoin World is growing faster than ever in any currencies in the World.  Grin

Million Dollar Bitcoin

My target is 10,000 USD this year and next year my taget is 15,000 USD. Ig bitcoin can stay above 5k USD, it's not hard to reach these targets. For 2025, my main target is 100,000 per bitcoin which is not hard also.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: ETHERDELTA HELP on: November 01, 2017, 03:33:25 PM
Your wallet's ETH balance (0.003054312 ETH) is not enough to cover the gas cost (Ethereum network fee). EtherDelta sends 0.002 ETH with each transaction. This is an overestimate and the excess will get refunded to you. It's a good idea to send more than 0.002 so you can pay for not only this transaction, but also future transactions you do on EtherDelta. The gas has to come directly from your Wallet (EtherDelta has no physical way of paying gas from your deposited ETH)

I DONT GET IT WHAT SHOULD I DO

Try to have at least 0.01 ETH on your your own wallet, not the Etherdelta wallet. And check the gas price. If the gas price is very high, your tx fee can be bigger than the amount you hold in your wallet.
126  Economy / Speculation / Re: Amazon, MicroSoft ,Apple, etc on: November 01, 2017, 02:29:00 PM
Ayy exactly, People need to understand that Blockchian is something bigger than Bitcoin, Satoshi has brought forward a technology which can have an impact on us as a specie. I hope more people realise this, Bitcoin is not the end game, Blockchain adoption should be.

When we say blockchain, they only think bitcoin and Money. The technology is much more bigger than this and it can change the fortune of the entire world obviously. People should understand this fundamental.
127  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: multiple exchange arbitrage on: October 31, 2017, 11:37:30 PM
In my point of view, arbitraging is a very profitable venture and I have been doing it for some time now. Earlier I used to invest heavily in bitcoin because I had to keep a decent amount of money in some of my exchanges for a smooth arbitraging transactions. However, I have now moved to Ether. Eth is a very good choice for method because it offers near instant transaction confirmation. So I don't have keep a huge amount of money in various exchanges waiting for an arbitraging opportunity.

For ETH, you will not find a huge price difference like bitcoin. There will be a small gap of probably $3-$15 in prices, but with good amount of money invested, you can make out a good profit. Not in terms of percentage probably, but in terms of amount for sure.

It's not a theory, because I did it on summer personally. But it really requires big capital and time if you really look for profit. That's the problematic part. Otherwise, there is space between exhchanges where you can really fill by arbitrating.
128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Will Kill The Income Tax on: October 31, 2017, 11:05:50 PM
Here in my country? Definitely yes! That is why they consider here that the bitcoin is a black propaganda and scam which I don't agree. People saying that were greedy! They want to earn more money from our taxes under companies and those companies taxed us very huge amount which is unjustice! Even government employees were bothered of this huge taxes to think that the people who manipulates these taxes were same of our uniforms. For government reforms that has very famous graft and corruptions, they will oppose nor ban the bitcoin in the country as they can not put taxation on it. And to think that this is where they can get all the things that they need and their leisures. I am just hoping that those greedy officials should learn how to eat on their own sweat not on the sweat of others.

If bitcoin community and governments reach an agreement, governments can control bitcoin incomes and transactions with a blockchain implementation. But nobody wants this normally because people are so sick of the high taxes.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins are dying on: October 31, 2017, 10:36:58 PM
despite altcoins price has dropped recently, many people are changing into bitcoin, but many people still keep using altcoins for transactions, so as long as altcoins still be used by us, altcoins will never die.
It depends on the altcoin being used. Some are actually coming up with good projects that would make them to be used and stay relevant in the community and if this can keep going on for them with some pretty big developments for them over time, then they surely cannot die.

But if you look at the market today, some of the altcoins dev have even dropped theirs and the few people holding are just stucked with a shit coin and no one to buy making it worthless, those sort of coins are dead!
Lots of coins without any real utility beyond speculation around too... I'm surprised they even manage to gain any grounds withouth offering anything in return. Sure resembles Kickstarter and Gofundme "projects" that just collect money without giving anything back for it.

I was stayin away from altcoins, and I see how I was doing well about this. If I got them 3 months ago, I would have huge amount of loss in terms of bitcoin and ETH. This is very bad and they won't recover their loss in the near future, it seems.
130  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC is a roller coaster on: October 31, 2017, 10:05:03 PM
Just received reminder bitcoin dropped a lot, the price of the last week is very unstable, leading to other competing currencies continued to fall, there is no bottom line of that kind of fall, I would like to ask you tycoons on how to look at the future market?

BTC is a currency working on trade platforms, so fluctuations are a basic factor of its price. If we invest now the profits to be gained are extremely high but there is a a possibility of a downfall in the future but on a small scale. So it should like taking a chance for a promising investment.

Some people find fluctuations as bad things, but they're not. They're the reason that makes the price even higher. That's the reason lots of funds are attracted to the bitcoin environment. We make money from these price waves.
131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are We Dead Without China? on: October 31, 2017, 09:38:06 PM
China has become the powerhouse for Bitcoin (and the whole cryptocurrency in general) as it is hosting many Bitcoin miners due to cheaper electricity and maybe also cheap labors. China also boasts of probably millions of Bitcoin owners and traders who are influencing the moves of the market on day to-day basis. As far as acceptance of Bitcoin in China, it is comfortably good until such time when the government decided that it is time to intervene.

In general, the Chinese government is not comfortable with Bitcoin as it indeed representing a different currency that they can not control with. since Bitcoin is decentralized it would be hard for the government to make interventions and so they are thinking that maybe it is time to ban it altogether. The government can not kill Bitcoin but what they are doing is actually closing the country as a market for Bitcoin.

So the question is: Can Bitcoin survive without China? In case, it can't then then there is something wrong with it since it is not resilient to ride the big storm it is in.
Bitcoin can survive without China, but it is obvious that a shock is going to happen if the Chinese get completely out of bitcoin, however after some time bitcoin is going to go back to normality, I do not think that bitcoin viability is going to be at risk let alone its survival, so if they want to get out, let them since there are many people in the world that are willing to buy their bitcoins and create their own mining farms.

i dont think so that BTC will be dead with out china...because BTC now have came the worlds top crpto currency..but keep that in mind with out china BTC have to take some time to higher its value.

It's decentralized which means it doesn't need any specific country to be strong. All the community can support and demand it worldwide. That's why we're here on this ecosystem.

It will be much stronger.
132  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which bitcoin exchange do you use on: October 31, 2017, 06:25:53 PM
With bitfinx shutting down its service and coinbase being priced very high which other service do you use?

I use localbitcoins. There, I know I'm dealing with an exchanger, person to person.
I too also prefer peer to peer exchange like localbitcoin, because no matter how much you have you can do some trading and with any payment method i want, unlike other trading platforms where you must have a specif amount of money to be able to strat trading and besides they take a lot of exchange fees
which means you can't do day trading with them, but the only bad thing about peer to peer is that you can't exchange altcoins to bitcoin where some trading platforms allow that.

Localbitcoin platform is full of scammers in some regions unfortunately. I prefer to use Poloniex and bittrex, but sometimes I use Etherdelta as well. The best one is Bittrex within them.
133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: October 31, 2017, 04:23:17 PM
For now, my biggest regret is not selling waves for $8 each. Now there is loss around 60% for me in dollars. Other one is not buying ethereum for $180 and I could have made 2x profit with that.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoin should I buy and hold for the next 1 years? on: October 31, 2017, 03:03:36 PM
20 Bitcoins into altcoins? It is very risky decision. Better to invest in altcoins with high market caps like Ethereum, Litecoin, Dash, Monero, Waves and Stratis. Also stay tuned with Electroneum news. Its blockcahin goes live in the coming hours. It can be a good choice.

Plus, if one is asking the investment altcoin even though he has 20 BTC, he's probably fake.

One that holding over 20 BTC can easily decide that this is a wrong decission to put all in altcoins under current market conditions.
135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese will be allowed to trade Bitcoin again soon on: October 31, 2017, 02:02:34 PM
At this point does anyone even care?
Bitcoin is stronger than ever with over $100B market cap and $6.2K each, without China.
While it is positive news, I don't think anyone cares what China is doing with Bitcoin anymore. I feel as though they have lost their influential position..
I suppose we'll find out in the coming weeks. Such rumors are spread for a reason.

We said this 2 months ago. Nobody was gonna care of the Chinese government's decissions and that happened. The participants of the market kept trusting bitcoin and we observe the result. All time high value was reached!
136  Economy / Speculation / Re: 5 Reasons Why Bitcoin Price is Not Tulip Mania: Nasdaq.com on: October 30, 2017, 07:26:54 PM
There isn't that much merchant adoption. The combination of high fees and people hoarding their coins means that adoption has stalled for a few yars.

I think in the end bitcoin will be a store of value and an alt will be used for purchasing stuff.

The full adoption of bitcoin won't happen in a blink of an eye. We're still in the very early stages of bitcoin and blockchain era. The sector needs more time to spread itself across the countries and the continents. As this happens, merchants will start to accept BTC as well.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DOVU only 3 mil cap backed by UK goverment and JAGUAR will be the coin of 2017 on: October 30, 2017, 06:29:04 PM
Guys greets, Dovu started yesterday trading at etherdelta.it has only 3 mil cap and number of coins in circulation will be locked for at least 2 years. it isabsurdly cheap right now considering their 3 million marketcap. Solid team, backed by Jaguar Land Rover and the UK government. Be quick buy it before it pumps.
Greets,
First of all, it’s a token not a coin right? If it’s on etherdelta it’s got to be a token, and I do have certain doubts about most tokens because if it were going to be a quality crypto-currency then I’d expect it to be a coin.

Second, I’ve never heard of the “Jaguar Land Rover” group (although that doesn’t mean their small, just that I’ve never heard about them) and Dovu is not backed by the UK Government.

Those car companies never support projects like this. They have billions of dollars and they don't need to support 1-2 million dollar valued projects. Be realistic please guys.

DOVU tokens can do well on the market but this doesn't change the reality.
138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: October 30, 2017, 06:16:35 PM
What would you do when you're talking to someone but then he suddenly talks about his hatred on Bitcoin, what would you react to it?

I've never actually experienced anything like this before, I just want to be prepared when it happened to me.

We do not need to expect them to like bitcoins because its their own choice. Bitcoin will make you earn a lot of money and if they do not like to earn money in that way then its their own choice. Crypto currency is growing as the time goes by so its better to invest today and become rich tomorrow.

As the market and exhcanges are free, people are free to select something or not. We don't have to force them to pick something. They can freely decide to invest in bitcoin. And if they're sincere, they will see the positive aspects of bitcoin without doubts.

139  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or altcoin, which is better to invest into now? on: October 28, 2017, 06:23:14 PM
Whatever I do I always have my investment in bitcoin, it the father of cryptocurrency and it's dip and recovery is the fastest. Though I do trade alts too. My advice is always have some money in bitcoin it pay

Yes, I agree with you. Bitcoin has been trusted by many people, companies, investors, whales, sharks. Therefore, investing in it can't make you lose money.  Cheesy

Actually the bitcoin only give us good profit in trading. Look the price variation every day. Nowadays minimum $100 to $200 price variation we see in bitcoin. Sometimes it will cross an unexpected value. So putting money on bitcoins is always safe to put money on altcoins.

I found you right. Investing in altcoins is very risk these days. They make big loss every day. Bitcoin is much more stable than altcoins. So getting bitcoins is way better.
140  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are some disadvantages of BTC? on: October 09, 2017, 02:35:13 PM
I think the main disadvantage of bitcoin is it's fluctuating price ....Secondly it can't be used everywhere ..also it's just online use... Transferring money abroad can also cause deflections in main currency .BTC is also not accepted in many places .
Disadvantage of bitcoin is nothing, if its prices goes down one should wait for the time to rise again and then he’ll gain much profit as compare to before.as if the prices goes high then there will be also good advantage for investors, The value of paper currency may decrease but in nowadays the value of bitcoin is increasing day by day which is a good omen and attracting more people to invest and to chance to expand their trade. So the only thing that gives advantages to mankind nowadays is bitcoin.

It's not nothing. There are some problems, slow transfers and always hard fork rumors. These are very negative things.
