I think such campaigns are quite good, they are more convenient, you don't need to do reports for example, but personally I feel a lack of spreadsheet, where I can see my progress, stakes.
Profesional portals (Or automatic portals) usually show your stakes in your account, so in this case, you won't need any spreadsheet. There are some portals, they are still manual, at the back end they are using spreadsheets. I just added Sunmoney to the opening post. Polizei ist fast immer nutzlos, selbst wenn sie genau weiß wer der Betrüger ist  Aber die Anzeige muss man dennoch machen, zb wegen Versicherung oder Gewinn-verlustrechnung für die Steuer usw. Wurde einmal betrogen, als ich BTC gegen OKPAY Zahlung kaufen wollte auf einer dubiosen website und ich bin first gegangen (ja war noch unerfahren). Geld weg, keine BTC bekomme. Polizei kannte die website und den verifizierten OKPAY acocunt des Betrügers, dessen Name auf Russland schließen lies. Aber die Ermittlungen wurden allein wegen dem Verdacht "könnte nen Russe sein" eingestellt, da Ermittlungen länderübergreifend zu aufwendig wären und erst bei Summen ab 100.000€ überhaupt in Erwägung gezogen werden. Anderes Beispiel der bitcoin.de Betrug von Dezember 2016 wo ein verifizierter Fidor und bitcoin.de Nutzer einen mittleren fünftstelligen EUR betrag von mehreren Nutzern geklaut hat. Auch diese Ermittlungen sind im Sande verlaufe, obwohls (recht sicher) nen Deutscher war. Hey danke für deine Nachricht, auch wenns nicht besonders aufmunternd ist  Aber etwa das was ich erwartet habe. Suche allerdings gerade noch andere User, die auf denselben Trick reingefallen sind. Da sind einige dabei die ziemlich dicke Beträge verloren haben, im mittleren 5-stelligen Bereich. Aufsummiert schon einiges, aber wird vermutlich wirklich eine internationale Sache und damit noch schwieriger. Aber den Versuch ists schon wert. |

Evt. kannst du sobald die Geschichte aus rechtlicher Sicht durch ist - hier mal eine Zusammenfassung posten? Könnte zukünftigen "Opfern" evt. durchaus weiterhelfen.
Klar wird gemacht Kann aber noch etwas dauern, bisher hat die Polizei z. B. auch erst meinen Fall aufgenommen und sonst ist nicht viel passiert. Sollte wohl irgendwann in den nächsten 2-3 Wochen dann von der zuständigen Abteilung hören. Ist halt leider auch viel Zeit in der der Scammer seine Spuren verwischen kann |

Ich habe mir jetzt mal die WHOIS Daten angeschaut, und da sind tatsächlich Informationen vorhanden. Ich darf die hier nicht posten, aber schau mal hier: https://www.whois.com/whois/co%E1%BB%89ndes%C4%B8.com. Die Domain wurde am 13.03.2018 registriert. Zusätzlich wurde mit der gleichen EMail Adresse am selben Tag coịndesk.com bei GRANSY S.R.O D/B/A SUBREG.CZ registriert. Ob der Name und die Adresse stimmt ist unwahrscheinlich. Zumindest die EMail sollte stimmen. Der Domainregistrar ist EURODNS S.A, dieser sollte die verantworltiche Person kennen. kleine Tabelle: Wo sich der Server jetzt genau befindet, ist irgendwie schwer zu sagen. Vllt hat jemand anderes ein besseres Verständnis. Auch wenn zwischen der IP und den anderen Domains nicht der selbe stehen muss, so liegt es doch nahe, dass er auch schon einige Erfahrung sammeln konnte. Man kann aber erkennen, dass fast immer andere Personen angegeben sind ... Wow danke! Bin für alle Informationen dankbar, evtl. kann die Polizei ja auch was damit anfangen, mal sehen. Habe mich mittlerweile auch mit mehreren "Opfern" des gleichen Scammers in Kontakt gesetzt, eventuell kommt auf deren Seite auch noch was dabei heraus. |

Da ich mir gerade nochmal deinen Account angesehen habe, ist mir aufgefallen, dass dort immer noch Transaktionen eingehen:  Das Problem wird ja sicher sein, dass du keine ETH hast, um das Gas zu bezahlen, damit die Token von dort weg transferiert werden können. Eine Option wäre natürlich, selbst einen geringen Betrag dorthin zu senden, andererseits kannst du auch ein wenig warte und gucken, ob der Scammer selbst dies tut. Wusstest du, dass du bei etherscan.io eine Adresse auch auf die Watchliste setzen und dich dann per Mail über irgendwelche Transaktionen benachrichtigen lassen kannst?  Ich bin mir nicht sicher, wie lange du schon dabei bist und ob du https://ethgasstation.info/ kennst. Hier siehst du die aktuellen Kosten für Transaktionen auf der Ethereum Blockchain. Derzeit liegt der Gas Preis bei 1 gwei, billiger wird es also nicht und auf der von dir gezeigten Adresse liegen derzeit Token im Wert von mindestens 180$, es lohnt sich daher ggf., diese selbst wegzutransferieren, bevor es der Scammer tut. Hi mithrim, ja leider erwarte ich immer noch einiges an Airdrops, Bountys etc, die dort eingehen, bei manchen konnte ich die Empfängeradresse zum Glück ändern lassen. Ich glaube der Scammer kommt für diese kleinen Beträge vorerst nicht wieder zurück, besteht ja evtl auch ein Risiko für ihn, dass er Spuren hinterlässt. Ich warte ein bisschen ab und übertrage mir dann gleich alles was es wert ist auf einmal. Die 180$ sind aber primär EQUAL, die sind momentan anscheinend noch gelockt. If the customer service is willing to provide technical support for you, then you may be able to find out the fraud.
I tried, sadly they said they can not help me. This was the message: hello,

thanks I don't quite get how he got access to your ETH address AND your kucoin account, but if you have any crypto assets left under your control, make completely new wallets on a safe system (other PC/Mac/Laptop), go to a friend, whatever. But the most important thing is: DON'T USE ANY WALLETS/ACCOUNTS THAT (YOU THINK MIGHT) GOT COMPROMISED EVER AGAIN!You can't trust anything that has the slightest chance of being compromised, even if no transactions took place or if there are no funds available to transfer. Be thorough with your cleanup, you must be sure that your (new) addresses are safe, if not, you risk losing more at a later date. A security breach can't be undone. He did not get my Kucoin account, but I could trace his ETH transactions back to kucoin, that's what this is about |

It's useful when developing software since we don't need to deploy code to external servers to test it with other people or third party providers. You can read more about it here: https://ngrok.com/So in other words, no - ngrok alone can't harm you. Althought the developer could be running a malicious site on the other end of the tunnel. The risks are the same as with any other website. Thanks that is already helping me! Can he gain any information from it that helps finding the scammer? To be honest, it sounds a bit odd that he's sending you a link to his local dev environment. Regardless of whether the developer has malicious intent, it's a bit amateurish to send you that link unless he's in the process of developing software for you. Ja, bitte unbedingt die Finger davon lassen!!! Mit ngrok kann man sichere Tunnel zu einem Rechner übers Internet aufbauen. Der Angreifer erlangt so volle Kontrolle über deinen PC und kann auf Wallets und Passwörter zugreifen.
Nachdem du da den Link schon geklickt hast würde ich schnellstmöglich die PW deiner wichtigsten Accounts ändern und vmtl auch den PC neu aufsetzen ...
Da wollte jemand aus deiner Lage noch zusätzlich Kapital schlagen!
Der Link führte zum Glück ins Leere, aber wirklich besorgniserregend. Danke für deine Warnung, ich check sofort all meine Wallets durch EDIT: Alles noch da, falls er mich scammen wollte hat das so wohl nicht funktioniert. Nachdem der PC zwischendurch aus war und ich den Link nicht mehr geklickt hab sollte ich sicher sein oder? Virenscan war auch ergebnislos |

Hey guys, a few days ago I got scammed pretty bad (more about this here, but the content is not directly relevant: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3123057.0 ) So there is this guy who contacted me and said he can help me, we wrote a lot and he seems nice so far, but of course I've gotten a bit distrustful. So the guys send me a mail asking my to verify my address with a link, when i click it I get the following message: "Tunnel XXXXXXXX.ngrok.io not found". I tried to find out more on ngrok, but I don't understand anything about it at all, I really don't know alot about this stuff, but I've read some things about getting access to localhosts etc (no idea, sorry if I get something wrong). So my question is: Can this link be harmful to me? Can anyone gain access to wallets or passwords with it? Or ist it genuine? I'd appreciate any help, it is a really important matter to me! Hi zusammen, ich wurde kürzlich böse gescammt und hab paar Kryptowährungen verloren (mehr dazu gibts hier, ist inhaltlich aber nicht relevant: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3123208.new#new ) Mich hat jetzt jemand kontaktiert der mir Hilfe anbietet, haben recht lang hin und her geschrieben, jedenfalls wurde ich jetzt gefragt ob ich meine Adresse verifizieren kann (denke ETH Adresse ist gemeint?) und habe einen Link erhalten der in folgender Nachricht mündet: "Tunnel XXXXXXXX.ngrok.io not found". Ich bin jetzt natürlich misstrauisch, hab mich bisschen umgesehen und nichts vom Thema verstanden. Kann mir jemand mit Ahnung verraten ob da irgendeine Gefahr für mich entsteht, jemand an meine Passwörter/Wallets und Co rankommen könnte? Danke schon einmal und entschuldigt meine Ahnungslosigkeit! |
