121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are bounties and airdrops still worth it? on: June 20, 2019, 02:50:52 AM
https://cryptotradernews.com/investing-trading/are-bounties-and-airdrops-still-worth-the-effort/ <<< they are killing them. They think their days are over.

Thoughts?

If you are going to compare the bounties on 2017 up to the present now, you will really say that things.
Although, in fairness most of the coins in the market now are showing good performance in every platform exchange.
But not that aggressive as 2017 does. So, for me bounties are still worth to participate in but not in airdrops.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trade on Latoken on: June 20, 2019, 02:39:17 AM
I am interested in trading in Latoken, a few weeks ago I was invited by friends to trade in Latoken, so far I have gained new experiences with a few coins and got a little profit.
I want to share my experiences here and make sure that Latoken is safe, is my decision right?

I think this depend on the experienced of the individual traders, because some of them are not satisfy with the service of this platform.
So, if you are earning in this exchange well that's good for you mate, if you feel comfortable with it go for it! and continue what you had started
in that platform.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs gonna phase out very soon? on: June 20, 2019, 02:31:35 AM
I have been playing into some few ICO projects lately, and the reality is that I lost a lot of money due to the domination of the bear market and uncertainty of the projects going forward.

As the old saying goes, more than 90% of those projects are either scams, failed to reach soft cap, or not getting any traction in the next few months or so.

Maybe it’s because ICOs are not regulated and investors like me holds all of the risks.

Until now, there are still new ICOs emerging. However, there are also new ones such as STOs (security token offerings), IEOs (initial exchange offerings), and so on. It seems that both STOs and IEOs are already being considered the next big thing in raising crypto funds for starters.

With their ongoing emergence, are ICOs gonna be over soon? Are they gonna saturate and may phase out due to projects turning to STOs and IEOs?

I wanna know about your thoughts regarding this one, and I would greatly appreciate it whether if you agree or not with my opinion. Thank you in advance.

For now IEO and STO are more trending compared to ICO, but let me tell that they are all the same in one aspects dude, that is all of them are opportunity to everyone, though last 2018 I can't deny that most of the ICO was turned into scam, because most of them didn't meet softcap target . But as I can see with it these 3 can also be use by the scammer, not all IEO are good it will only be good if the exchange has good performance in the market.

124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: are ICOs really dead? on: June 19, 2019, 07:02:07 AM
ICO are still alive and it won't be dead at this point of time as long as there is still remain people who believed in it including myself.
Besides, ICO, IEO or STO don't they are not differ to one another, they are all capable to be use by scammer people to scam the community, though IEO was trending now, but it doesn't mean ICO is useless anymore, of course not.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum goes to the top! on: June 19, 2019, 06:46:18 AM
I see price growth and ethereum charts getting better. Although it is difficult to reach $ 200. Well, this is a good opportunity to start buying ethereum. Is this a good idea for now? Let's discuss it. Thank you in advance.

Ethereum movement so far are doing great dude in the market. It is one of the good coins to hold in a long term.
I'm not exactly sure if they implement staking on ETH according to what they are planning at. Though, last week the price of Eth was more than 200$ and now got dumped again which is a good chance to buy em then hold.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoin is the best for trading/investing? on: June 19, 2019, 06:25:44 AM
Well, there are plenty of them. BNB has been rising vertically, so it would be good for some quick profits. You can also buy Ethereum, which has been showing good promise lately.

BNB is not the only platform exchange that is good to recommend, We also okex, kucoin, coinbene, houbi, and Idax. And aside from Ethereum, Ada(cardano), Xlm, Neo, Waves, Pundix, Dent, and Xbx are good to invest in the market.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't be too quick to judge ICOs on: June 19, 2019, 06:14:14 AM
I personally do not believe this statistics that 99% of ICOs are scam, because some ICOs fail do not mean they are all scam. I usually tell people that starting an ICO is like starting a new business, it might succeed immediately, it might fail presently but have a great future and it might fail totally beyond redemption. So because a project is failing to perform presently or fail totally do not mean it is a scam. Don't get me wrong here, I never said there are no scam projects but the rate is not as high as alleged. Judging a project based on its first few years is wrong, give it time to realize its potentials.

This is the problem most of the time in the community here in the forum, they judged faster even without any enough basis in it.
Yes it is true that most of the scam project appeared was came from the ico, but this doesn't mean all ico are scam, of course not.
We should check first before we say something about it.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 5 coins to buy today? on: June 19, 2019, 06:08:37 AM
For me in my opinion those coins that are good to me are Xbx, Cardano, Nrg, Eth, and Kcs, these are all good to hold in a long term and also good for day trade activity, their market volume was quite good and better actually.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Between ICO and IEO on: June 13, 2019, 03:54:29 AM
If I am not mistaken, by the end of 2018 the ICO project has been abandoned by many parties for various reasons that have emerged and turned to the IEO.

Are you saying that IEO replace ICO? actually, IEO was not differ to ICO, they are both no guarantee to say that the token has a potential or not?
Just all I can say is that in every form of investment in the project has a risk involved, now since IEO was too trending so far it doesn't mean ico is not useful anymore, of course not! they are both still give opportunity to anyone here in the crypto world.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hold ETH or Exchange with LTC on: June 13, 2019, 03:45:56 AM
Ethereum is one of the promising coins for several years in crpto world. And even up to now I am holding a few of it, particularly nowadays ETH are planning to implement POS if I'm not mistaken, anyway I am open to correct by some of you here.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: OBSERVATIONS WITH SOME IEO'S on: June 11, 2019, 09:40:12 AM
do you have guarantee if im did like your calculations, and after 30 i dont get my profit and only get my loss, if that happen do you want to take responsible for that buddy?

You know what dude, in every investment form here through buying coins or trading your coins in the exchange market whether in IEO, ICO, STO, had no assurance for us to get profit. This is depend actually into our understanding about it and belief. That was just His analysis and majority here who read this thread topic don't have clear of understanding about it. So, it is all in our hands if we succeed or not to get profit.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounties is not a reliable source of income on: June 11, 2019, 09:21:45 AM
If the person is unemployed or jobless, I think bounties could be their reliable source of income, and besides nothing to lose if they try.
In fact, this is what I did before, I just got started here without any job. And up to now I survived and also all of my commodities expense was came from bounties which I got received profit in it and saved some of it also.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty campain with ETH or BTC payment ? on: June 11, 2019, 09:07:33 AM
hello guys, i am a bounty hunter and i am here want to ask with you all.
are you tired waiting distribution, get locked token, blame when price dump and other bounty hunters problem.
so why bounty campain not have a payment with ETH or BTC for rewards if they afraid if bounty hunter will dump their token ?

how about you guys ?

Sometimes it is just their alibi only, or one of their strategy to annoy the bounty hunters.
Even how many times, We complaint, or react to their rules still in the end, we had nothing to do with it,
but to wait in the end. Unlike our effort will turn into nothing. So, my advise is that once the campaign is done
go and look for bounty hunting, at least while you wait on the rewards, you are sowing a new one again.
I mean come what may.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thanks so much for making me a multi-millionaire!!! I AM EVER-THANKFUL! on: June 11, 2019, 08:54:21 AM
(throwaway account)

Hey guys, it's time to say THANKS!

3 years ago I read this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1393695.msg14156039#msg14156039

"ok new hypothesis
ETHEREUM is gonna be hyped up to bitcoin ATH within the next year. why? because it can.
The price of a bitcoin reached an all-time high of US$1124.76 on 29 November 2013, up from just US$13.36 on 5 January at the start of the yea
Bitcoin is outdated, its development process halted. It being the #1 spot in the crypto-currency market capitalization sphere with a cap of $6.3B might sooner than expected be surpassed by ETH and its nifty swiss "nonprofit" foundation.

I had bought 10K ETH, lets see where it takes us  o(^∀^*)o

hah haha, hahaha yeah. welcome to Quake Live.

~CfA~"

Crazy AF genius?

so I bought 10,000 Ether like the OP... and then something happened that changed my life completely.

Exactly what he said happened.

I saw my ETH go to $10,000,000 and I sold at $1,080 because my wife told me to. I'm so glad I listened. Now I mostly travel.

Thank you "CFA", thank you Bitcointalk. I love you all. Bye!

I do believed that cryptocurrency can make us rich someday, and I knew there is already became millionaire because of this things.
And honestly, everyone here can tell a story whether they're telling the truth or not. And besides, all of our comments here in every thread section are just our own speculation or opinion only.

136  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I need suggestion on: June 11, 2019, 08:39:53 AM
I am looking for some altcoins to invest, which is profitable in this situation. Theres lot of coins, so i am confused Where to invest. Thanks in advance

So what kinds of altcoins are you looking for anyway?
It is certainly correct that there are lot of coins out there in the market,
if you are asking a coins that's always belong in the of the exchange, well I think
better for you to use coinmarketcap mate.
137  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: start trading again carefully and don't be too ambitious to get big profits ...! on: June 11, 2019, 08:28:29 AM
let us trade well without ambition to get big profits, the desire to get big profits in trading is very reasonable, of course, but for example we are very ambitious and not careful in trading your day, it will all cause us will be trapped, and in trading avoid panic for example there will be a decline, because you have to think that prices will be able to rise again, let's trade with our self-speculation which of course can be even better again.

to become ambitious is not bad as long as you are putting it in a proper way. Because once you use it in a wrong manner for sure it will also push you down in the end where your capital investment will turn into waste. That's why as a traders We need to be wise and careful, we need to be content of what We could get in our daily life even it is small amount of profit.
138  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Whats better holding many coins or fewer coins? on: June 11, 2019, 08:18:07 AM
I know the question sounds stupid.

But my questions is, if i have 50k should i rather invest in bitcoin, ethereum or a other high market cap coin compared to a small market cap coin were i could almost own 0.1% if the coin supply is 1 billion and trades at 5 cent.

It should be much easier for the coin with a lower market cap to make much more gains than with Btc, right?

I will give you some guidelines of how to choose good and potential coins mate, actually it is much better to choose coins which are listed on top in the market were you can find at the coinmarketcap, and those coins are Xbx, Nem, Pundix, Utk, Neo, waves, and Eth.
139  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the day trading profitable ? on: June 11, 2019, 08:09:02 AM
It is indeed that day trading was really profitable, this is the heart of bitcoin and crypto why they survived for several years.
And this is the main reason also why some of the traders survived here too for a years including myself of also.
140  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there any reason to day trade anything other than bitcoin? on: June 05, 2019, 10:13:05 PM
Serious discussion please.

Obviously some alts can have significantly bigger gains than bitcoin when it comes to long term and bull runs, the last bull run from 6k to 10k for example, sure bitcoin was strong, almost a 2x but some of the top alt coins did more than a 2x even 3x. However that's only long term.

Short term I don't see any reason to trade anything other than bitcoin, especially knowing how little volume some of the other coins have, even top 10 alt coins, for example stellar only has 33m volume. So my question is, what's the point of trading stellar, for example, instead of bitcoin? You know that even if you are a whale and trade a lot, you wont be moving the market as much, if you have 1m and you trade stellar, that's already huge and we all know the 33m volume is probably not even real, a lot of it from bots trading.

It's also much easier to follow bitcoin because, well, the whole market follows bitcoin. Bitcoin dictates where the market goes.

Well honestly, to apply day trade is easy if you have the capital to buy coins in any of the exchange platform. Because if you don't have any of it it will difficult for you to do it. And I agreed that day trade will give profit to anyone here in the forum and altcoins is the main reason for us to gain here a lot most of the time.
