Maganda pa rin na isearch muna kung safe ba ito or icheck kung ano inaacces nito as what I've said on my previous post Smiley.
Huwag masyado mangamba mga kabayan basta iwasan natin na mag install from unknown sources. Hanggat maari ay mag install lang from Google Play Store or App Store para laging safe. Another tip is to check kung ang iaaccess ng certain app pag mag iinstall ka, kapag for example nagtry ka mag install ng Calculator it wants to know your phone number, identity or GPS location ay aba magduda ka na.
123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did you ever won a huge amount on gambling? on: October 13, 2019, 08:34:15 AM
I must say, not yet. My definition of huge would be 1btc-huge or even half of it. And I haven't won such amount as far as I can remember. My largest win would be around $50 or less. The reason would be, I do not gamble very much. Simple as that. But, you know, I'm also hoping that my time will come to win huge prize money. Who wouldn't want that, right?

I think if you lose once better trying for next time you should take break and stop for while and if you win you better keep betting but after single bet it’s good to wait and again try your luck after some days don’t bet at once with all your amount as gambling is all about luck mistakes can be done just play with relaxed mind.
Nice advice, mate. That's what I do as well when I win even small amounts. I take a rest for a while and indulge myself with a simple yet good reward so that I can enjoy my winning. Unlike when you win and then continue to bet and at the end of the day, you'll lose which is so frustrating.
124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think Voodoo works in Gambling Games? on: October 13, 2019, 08:09:51 AM
Anyway its best for me to use my instinct while betting than anything because this is my money that at stake and not from anyone who teaches strategy
Well, it is better to just depend on that voice inside you or your instinct when you are gambling. So that win or lose, you will only hold yourself responsible and will not blame anyone else or anything else. Unlike when you have a lucky charm with you, but you still didn't win, then most probably, you'll have to hold that charm responsible in which I do not see the relationship of a thing to a game which is unpredictable.
125  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I abandon red trust ? on: October 13, 2019, 05:45:10 AM
Like what they have said, it's very hard or almost impossible to erase a red trust rating. Well, I guess you only have two options: 1. Just permanently leave this forum if your main agenda here is to join bounties, airdrops or do any transaction because all of it requires clean trust rating; 2. Continue despite of the red tag since this forum helps you and allows you to learn so many things about cryptocurrency, and you enjoy your stay here. The choice is yours, good luck Smiley.
126  Economy / Economics / Re: Europe is against Libra. Who else? on: October 13, 2019, 02:54:13 AM
There is already an exodus happening right now. Before it was only Paypal. Right now, there is also Visa, Mastercard, Ebay, etc. This is going to be a world harder for Facebook already. If it was hard for them before with the support of all these business giants, it would be harder now that they are almost left all alone in its endeavor. And besides, more governments are voicing their disapproval of the project. It seems they are left with no other choice but to call it quits.
Yeah they are just playing safe. Though Libra is a product of FB which is a very huge company, but since it got negative feedbacks from the regulators then these given companies backed out. You can't blame them either because even the ctowd are now doubting about what Libra can do. As of now, it now only have 22 supporting companies which previously 27. That's a tough one to be honest but it's still early to conclude Libra as a failure. Le's see what will happen in the next frw weeks.
127  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What are the things you hate about Islam! on: October 13, 2019, 12:16:59 AM
I guess this part is only done by Jihad or Extremists and not the whole Islam itself. Still, that is pretty annoying that makes you think why are they wasting their lives.  We only live once, why lose it for some shitty reason.
Islam didn't teach anyone to commit suicide and even Suicide is Haram as per sharia.
I'm getting more confused because of the jargons both of you used. According to what I have understand, Jihads are the ones who only commit suicides or ready to die for Allah so most probably terrorist groups like ISIS are all Jihads? Then what they are really fighting for? I can't understand why they brutally kill their hostages
128  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What are the things you hate about Islam! on: October 12, 2019, 02:11:44 PM
I don't hate Muslims at all but I find some of their beliefs so weird. What I can't believe is that they're not allowed to eat pork or any food with pork's blood. I heard that their reason why they are not allowed to eat such kind of food because their Quran says that pigs are filthy animals. Am I right with that?

Another belief they believe in which I can't perceive is that they are ready to die for their Allah. They are so brave for doing it in all fairness but I still think it was idiocy, no offense but it makes no sense to commit suicide just for their god.
129  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Avocados: Correlated Assets? on: October 12, 2019, 11:11:03 AM
I just caught myself laughing while reading this post. Of course no one would believe in this news Grin. There's no way that a fruit is correlated with crypto simply because they got different fields. Though they seems got same pattern of graph, I'm pretty sure it's only a coincidence.

But seriously, where can I found a live graph of fruits' demands if ever there is one?
130  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Cryptocurrencies at Financial Planning on: October 12, 2019, 08:36:13 AM
I don't see anything wrong about it kung practicality ang usapan. Kung tutuusin nga eh pareho lang, how about on health insurance? I hope you get my point Smiley.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is happening to new projects? on: October 12, 2019, 05:15:09 AM
Because even thou it's a good project if it cannot raise the amount of funds needed to develop their project then it's useless, the reason is that people lost interest on investing on ICOS due to rampant scams, investors lost trust on it.
Absolutely! Investors are now skeptical in new projects because they already got a mindset that projects nowadays are scam, and as a result, most of ICOs got lesser investors. Less investors means poor future for the project and then the ones who invested on such project thought it was a scam. After that, the FUD and bad news will spread so fast across the community which makes other prospective investors back out and the cycle repeats over again.

Did you see the damage? Whether you are a good project or not, the possibility for you to succeed is always very small due to previous incidents of scamming.
132  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Where do you stand on abortion? Let's have a civil debate. on: October 12, 2019, 03:20:51 AM
This should go along in the issue of abortion where pregnant women to have rights to decide for abortion. We give them rights to chose and vote, abortion should be a right for them as well. Not a question whether its murder or not unless defined in their law its murder which is punishable by the law that CIVIL society shall witness.
For me, abortion is a form of cowardice. They should not kill that innocent fetus just because it happened unexpectedly because it was not the right solution. If their government legalize it then I feel pity for them; whatever you will say killing is wrong thus should not be tolerated at all cost. If a woman get pregnant which is not accprding to her plan then she have no choice but to face it with her furture husband by her side. No one saide it would be easy but they could make it once they embraced and accept the blessing they get.
133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I access my BTC and other wallets on Public Internet Cafe on: October 11, 2019, 11:59:11 PM
Bitcoin will reach a point where people will need public access to the internet and I am sure shops will provide more wifi then they do now for their crypto customers to use. So you not wrong in doing what you doing. Sometimes you just have to use another internet connection source for all kinds of reasons. However, I would never use my main wallets. Only ever use your secondary wallets on public networks.
As we see more and more bitcoin/crypto adoptiong this will become a more regular thing.
Though it is not really recommended to open your wallets in public internet cafes, but for some who don't have a choice, they should be very careful in leaving any traces especially their passkeys or codes. You can delete the history or other strategies to remove your details on their computer. But if in case something goes wrong with your account, it is only you who is to blame and nobody else.
For me it's not enough to ensure your privacy because we all know that hackers always find ways so my advices is to avoid using internet cafes, it's better be late than sorry. So if you want to engage to crypto, the number one rule is that you should afford to have your own device such as smartphone or laptop and your own internet connection. Through this you cannot be bothered by those hackers because you are the only one controlling your device and no one does.
134  Economy / Economics / Re: At which price will loose Bitcoin the dominance in the Crypto Market? on: October 11, 2019, 10:37:56 AM
Its price will not lose, its price will only dump but it will never go to hit zero.
I agree on you. I'm not saying that such event is impossible to happen because I always believe that in every situation there will always be a chance that it will happen even the slightest probability, but what I'm saying is that it's very ideal to assume that all of bitcoin holders will dump their holdings and never ever buy again. I'm sure that alts will die first before btc does because it is the pioneer among all, the no. 1 coin and the greatest influencer of market.
135  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't get tricked by hidden spam on this forum on: October 11, 2019, 07:14:47 AM
It's not that I hate this kind of messages, actually I like it somehow because they're trying to share new ideas to us where we can pick up information about a certain topic. What I only don't like is the fact that they were trying yo sneak an advertisement which is wrong since they're not doing it on the right board. I oftenly see some of it in the Bitcoin/Altcoin Discussions and Economics. Furthermore, if you're uncomfortable of visiting such links then avoid doing so but I don't think clicking it will cause you trouble either because it usually directs you into their site and is not a form of hacking at all.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: your patience is being tested on: October 11, 2019, 05:27:27 AM
Selling at low price is too late, i would sell my coin once the price decreased 20%. Although i sell at loss, it will be better than sell when the coin have no value anymore. When you are a market player, or trader i would say, you need to know when you must buy or sell, not holding the coins.
Nice one! Setting limits is a good practice especially for investors like us which deals with volatile market. If you leatn yo know when you should exit to prevent further losses then of course you should also learn how to exit when you finally made some profits. What I do is withdraw my holdings once it doubles or at least half doubled depending on how lively is our market. I am not the kind of holder that wishes 'penny into million' because I know that becoming too greedy is bad and might end you up to nothing Smiley.
137  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Blockchain Replace Banks? on: October 11, 2019, 03:31:15 AM
Absolutely this is an extinction event for banks, when you consider the role of banks in the current global financial economy, they just act as middlemen. Now blockchain technology’s major aim is to eliminate the need for intermediaries in any financial settings which means that once there is mass adoption of cryptocurrencies, banks would no longer be required.
You said once but the question is 'when'? Don't get me wrong, I do love cryptocurrency and the convenience it could bring to us. However, I see that we are not yet all ready for this, this thing should be taken slowly but surely. If we suddenly leave the centralization our economy will suddenly collapse. 2030, 2040, 2050? Who knows when is worldwide adopttion would happen or if it really will happen Roll Eyes. So for now, let's cherish what we had right now. Be thankful for us to have an option between banks and crypto.
138  Economy / Economics / Re: If you want to be rich..! on: October 11, 2019, 12:07:13 AM
If you want to be your own success, then you'll definitely have to work, and a 9-5 job is a great way to grow and learn.
9 a.m to 5 p.m job is great and I think the standard hours of working. Eight hours for me is not too short and also not too exhausting, it's just in the middle so workers can definitely do their job in maximum efficiency. It was a good thing also in a sense that you still have a sufficient time to bond with your family everyday and visit/manage your business. However, in our country, you will be triggered and get mad because of the heavy traffic every day. It eats your leisure time, imagine the 2-3 hours of travel you spend after you go home. That really s*cks.
139  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Cryptocurrencies at Financial Planning on: October 10, 2019, 01:24:49 PM
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Unicef now accepting donations through bitcoin and ether on: October 10, 2019, 08:00:01 AM
This is a great news for the beneficiaries of UNICEF and crypto enthusiasts like us. If you will analyze, it is a win-win situation for all of us because poor chidlrens can now get more donations since the organization handling them have now wider accessibility from donators engaging with cryptocurrency and our cypto community is growing at the same time because this is considered as an adoption.

However if you are only a small holder and the amount you can offer is too small for the usual donations given to UNICEF then don't stop. That's okay, you can continue helping even in your own simple ways. Convert your crypto, buy food and other necessities then give to the needies in your area. That already means a lot Smiley.
