im still mad about buying 20btcs worth of this junk at 380...
what if you sold now?  how much btc will you get back, its approaching 20 satoshis  ah hold on to it and don't worry. we will get USDe onto some bigger exchanges which will open doors. it is a factor of just poloniex being our reported exchange right now which is holding us back and other small exchanges don't help. this coupled with a reduction of new circulation which is coming up will greatly help the value... and as you can tell we have a very active development/lead team, and supporting community. |

Help from you techy guys: Any thoughts on this particular hash: http://altexplorer.net/tx/2a46c444491d223cf209e89bd0140c7649569703e53cfcce9dcd68076753c12bI tested taking out 1K from Poloniex and it came through fine to my wallet, new wallet. So I thought it was safe. Then as you see on hash above I removed a little over a million, like 1.1 million USDe from Poloniex. They think it is complete, but it never arrived. I did this like 5 minutes after the withdrawal that did work! Totally confused how the small one would come through fine and then large one has messed up. It has some info like "DUP HASH" in there, etc. Any ideas? Is the 1.1 million USDe recoverable? Thanks! -T Although I am absolutely no expert in this I will do some searching to see what is happening. Did you already try to delete everything in your appdata folder except for your waller.dat and restart the wallet? Mind you, first make a backup! The DUP HASH is normal, the Not yet redeemed also as you could not yet spend to coins. I just send you a small amount to check if it gets through. I did notice that there was no transfer fee on the transaction from poloniex.... is probably nothing. Yeah, just scanned and reloaded the entire chain and still nada on that transaction. UPDATE ON POLONIEX:
1. Just tested, pulled out 1000K USDE, came in as 999 (fee removed). So, the withdrawals are working fine and are on the proper chain now!

Allcrypt, did you guys resolve some of the initial orders placing but not showing on launch day 1 and 2, etc? Trading for all markets working well, depots, withdrawals, etc? All good now?
Will help promote it. Difficult to spread coins out over too many exchanges but would like to land ours (USDe) on a few good ones, Allcrypt being a target still.

One more post to share tonight:
IF YOU HAVE USDE ON POLONIEX, DO NOT (NOT NOT NOT) ATTEMPT TO WITHDRAWAL IT RIGHT NOW.
They apparently have not updated their wallet. If you confirm a withdrawal with them it will say pending, then completed - but it will be on the old invalid block chain for USDe - and I would guess lost. Tested it with a couple thousand.
I sent them a support ticket on it (many of you may have as well) to ask for the wallet to be updated and us notified to test and finally use again - to get our precious USDe out of there and into our local wallets.

Ok, keep voting on Mintpal. I heard back from them and they are having to manually add votes so BTC I sent over for us (The USDe community) had to be manually credited and they do that ~2 or so times a day. So, we are at 18K votes now.
Vote a ton and send in what you can over next day.
Edit:
Heard from Mintpal. It is purely the one with most votes that gets added to the exchange. Tomorrow (Wed) is the next add for this week and we probably can't get up to the top spot in time. Let's let CTM take this one, vote a ton, and then just see how many BTC we need before the next add to get to top of list ;-) Hopefully they add another coin later this week then.

So...... Poloniex has problems, Coinmarket is still not online (and only 1 nonsense update in last 3 days), Mintpal is offline (I know, only temporarily), Crypto Rush in maintenance mode (I know, 5-10 minutes only)........ AllCrypt is still up, but nothing much happening there..... WE NEED CRYPTSY or COINEDUP . Anybody still working on that? Edit: Poloniex trading open again!! Add what you can to grow the .00000050 order for now on Pol. |

Ok,
I transferred BTC into the site late last night, AFTER any of these issues. This AM I can't get it withdrawn?!?!?! This is blatant theft if you are still taking in BTC and won't allow them to come back out!
edit: So now a couple hours later all record of my deposit were deleted and the withdrawal request deleted also. Have a screenshot of when it was there and now it is just gone.
Is this going to be fixed?

Hash.so still appears to be working.. Getting confirmations on blocks >91,000
We've jumped to 54% of the network now from our usual 10-15% though so I'm guessing a lot of other pools didn't update their wallets?
Yes, they are indeed on the new wallet. Their difficulty is changing per block >>> KGW. This also means that Steadymining and Conium are not on the right blockchain. They probably did not update their wallet. They also are on a different block number then hash.so. So: STOP MINING ON POOLS WHICH DO NOT HAVE UPDATED THEIR WALLET!I contacted Steady mining > they will work on it (first close the current pool) Edit: Steady mining upgraded Actually, Steadymining is still not. I'm on there and just chatted with the owner/guy. We should be soon again. Ug! Edit: Ok, apparently now we are again. |

Is this something we'll start to see more of? Auroracoin for Iceland?
USDe was ahead of this and is building/growing in coins also still (but not pre mined). It is positioning as the Dollar Improved, with a patriotic USA feel, but still as a global new dollar - e.g. Unitary Status Dollar (USD)e.
Have to wonder if we are going to start to see more country based coins as well.

Hi everyone, back from a vacation here so catching up.
1. Hope Poloniex survives for now as really the only reportable to coincapmarket exchange we are on. Let's get on Mintpal and Cryptsy soon - those are our tickets! Working on both personally and sure others are continuing to make request also, and voting!
- hoping to hear back from Cryptsy more soon.
- going to start sending in more BTC for Mintpal. Did yesterday and going to ramp up today/tomorrow - please vote as much as possible too!
- everyone go and send a tweet to Mintpal, say something positive about USDe and ask for it to be added in the tweet. Let's swamp those guys in good info about USDe also so they'll want to add it. Tweet tweet tweet!
2. New wallet is working fine here, no synching issues, and I'm on the Mac version.

Well, there was a pretty amount of dumping, but certainly not to death. USDe is still alive and kicking, with a retailer accepting coins for purchasing goodies. Go and look at other altcoins and see how they are doing. Similar or worse only WITHOUT a recent retailer on board! I like the dumping - picking up the cheap USDe, and won't redump it anytime soon at all. T |
