Compliments of the season - lets be patient with B3Coin.
1202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Merry Christmas on: December 26, 2016, 05:29:05 PM
<wanker snip>to all you grimy fucks!
A man after my own heart.  Christmas can go swallow a pipe bomb (figuratively speaking).  All hail the birth of bitcoin and the mathematics behind it.  Having said that, have a peaceful holiday.  My suggestion is to spend it with as few people as possible.  Solitude is spiritual.
Solitude is better than being surrounded by hordes of disloyal, unreliable, untrustworthy people
1203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Merry Christmas on: December 25, 2016, 07:07:58 PM
I'm sure the mods will move this sooner rather than later since I posted it, but Merry Christmas to all you altcoiners. I never really cared about the other sections of the site so fuck them, you guys get the post here

Anyone who sees this before they move it.. I hope you have a good holiday season and 2017 is better for everyone than the abomination of 2016 was

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and a Joyous whatever it is you happen to celebrate.. to all you grimy fucks!
MERRY SPOTY CHRISTMAS  Wink

Now you need some New Year Resolutions Wink
1204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]B3 Hybrid POW/POS [X11] - ANTI-INSTAMINE, NO PREMINE, NO ICO, NO IPO[ANN] on: December 25, 2016, 04:41:03 PM
So what is the swap procedure?  Importing the old wallet address privKeys doesn't work.

Have ~10k B3 V1 that need to be swapped into V2.
Limx DEV took a snapshot of the old B3 chain on 18/12/16.

if you had more than 12 B3 in any wallet  on 17/12/16 (even if it is YOBIT wallet = YOBIT will do their swap later), and if you did not move any coins between 17/12/16 and 18/12/16, then your address should be visible on the SANPSHOT LIST and you should be able to use privKeys to do the swap.

If you cannot use privKey, then copy your OLD B3 WALLET.DAT into your New B3 APPDATA.

1206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [BEE2] [BEECOIN V2] POW X11/POS Hybrid - Now With CLIENT CHAT Feature! on: December 24, 2016, 01:31:17 PM
I would like to hear what other people in the community would like to see done with beecoin.

Although it seems like a dead project it is actually one of immense value if the development was put into it to make it a success.

The development funds are immense in terms of % of the total minting. Nowhere else will a developer have access to such a % of the minting that is agreed by the community to be released to them over time for work done and milestones reached.

There are so many opensource projects that we can clone if we chose.

If we can nuke the thieves ALLCOINs wallets that  % grows larger still.

Beecoin is there waiting for the right opportunist to grasp the opportunity.

Also, we will have unhindered development, if soopy releases many CORE updates before we get listed on any exchange.

I'm staking since the new client is on but I only see 2 connections, minted about 25blocks now, are there only 2 more guys staking ?

2 connections are better than 0. Of course, the new code is very young...spread the word about B3. Begin to promote it to friends, users, known ppl...

But I am sure, if the ppl registered, that Chris cleaned up the code, they will see, that their buys are in safe haven.

Crysx,

limxdev is a very high skilled dev with a big reputation in the cryptoworld. He coded ERC and BSD with own developments and is involved in a lot of coins.

You should understand how a dev works: Someone gives him tasks and the dev made it for you! Nothing special and no Team Player needed from his side.

wrong ...

when OUR infrastructure ( becoming one of the largest in crypto ) is requested and a DEAL is made with prerequisites being agreed upon AND arranged - team work IS the key to a successful development ...

this is NOT directed at limxdev in particular- it is directed at the flimsy methodology that has been NON-FUNCTIONING in the crypto scene for a very long time ...

so steve - i know who you are also ... and like limxdev - are a very respected member of the community with your involvement in many coins also ...

but you NEED to stand corrected when YOU have no idea of the meetings and deals that were made in the background ...

the infrastructure ( seednodes are part of which ) that i have personally been building and spending money and btc on for the last THREE YEARS is involved - and the deal is cut - then TEAMWORK is the ONLY thing that matters - not just developments ... of which ive experienced first hand with soopy greedyjohn and droidz ( drz ) ... where is that coin now? ... where is orangecoin? where is cyphercoin? ... want me to continue with the coins that have had the communities HANGING there because of the lack of TEAM workmanship? as well as interest from the devs side and greed also from the same? ...

lets look at dash? ethereum? decred? zec? ... teamwork much? ...

im not saying that those project are good or not or have anything else to bring to the table - except that TEAMWORK is what paves their way to project success ...

so with all due respect mate - comment not on things you know very little about ... in this case - the background dealings i have had with the devs and the investors of the coin ...

the failure here will be the same as everywhere else - lack of communication AND participation AND interest ... it wont be long that my words are realized - unless a damned good change happens here in a very big way ...

have a happy Christmas mate ... nice tree btw Wink ...

Hello,

the version B3 Coin V2 has two hardcoded seednodes and we can easy add more. This hardnodes are two big server from me. 120 GB Backbone ^^ It is not needed to add addnodes in the conf file. All my clients have more as 6 connection.

I think this update is the first step for a longterm project. I think teamwork is very important and every b3 member can work on the project B3.

Best Regards Christian and Merry Christmas @all

we have 25seednodes - which is about to grow to 52 AND becoming decentralized in the coming months in datacenters all around the world - which has the ability to drop dns when necessary ...

this is NOT about waving dicks in the air - to see whose is bigger - its about RESPECT given when help is ASKED and help is PROVIDED ... it is about communication to the people that ARE helping not IF you decide when and how they are helping christian ... i was ASKED with the promise that all will be done in good time ... you renegged on YOUR agreement ( yes - im saying YOUR agreement because it seem you and greedyjohn have now become buddies of sorts - and as you know it was greedyjohn that started the agreement in the first place ) ...

TEAMWORK is EVERYTHING in such a situation mate ... never ever mistake it ... you will learn this the hard way - as usual ...

'the ass you kick now WILL be the ass you will be kissing later on' ... thats the creed i work by and so show the RESPECT to this creed ... obviously you seem to know nothing about this creed ... and as such think that all is what it is because of your development skills and tenacity ... once again - time will show you the difficult way first ...

you may have my respect - but you now wont have my help ...

#crysx
It is not too late, the code can still be updated.

I have withdrawn my ticket from YOBIT, so we still have plenty of time to rectify/improve things

I'm not getting any connections man. I don't even have a wallet lol. Why would I spend my time on a confirmed skulldodgery?
I still have 12 active connections to B3Coin network  Wink

If you had the old B3 wallet, then save your old wallet.dat.

Next, download the new B3Coin wallet, the APPDATA is called B3CoinV2.

After downloading the New B3Coin wallet, you go to B3Coinv2 APPDATA and paste your old B3 wallet.dat into the B3Coinv2 appdada.

Next, open the new B3Coin wallet, and you will see your Hardcoded swapped B3 coins.

No there are actually people that are staking such small amounts:

2016/16/10 - 0.00068447 LOC which was an actual staking reward.

Such a transaction has approximately the same overhead than a single transaction of 10000 LOC. Now imaging adding 1000 of those small ones and having to pay 1.5+ LOC for the transaction fee. The tx fee will be more than the value of the tx. You will never be able to send the coins unless you add an input block to the mix of about 1.5 LOC so that you at least have a positive dust value for the tx.

txid please,
that reward is pretty much the same that i have for POW blocks (0.00068448)
here's example
do you realize that each tx value is 5.00068448 ?

idk if there are any masternodes running,
maybe they have a bunch of tiny pieces coming from stakers

Yes you are right. It is very difficult and confusing to analyse without a proper block explorer. Maybe there will be a new one after the next version of the wallet (if there is a next version) how exactly the reward structure works and what the split is between POW and staking.

the split/combine thresholds could be tweaked and the wallet would recombine them over time.
This Nightz just made everybody to waste HASHING POWER. I have to be careful when I open the disgusting wallet, so that it doesn't ruin my PC. These DEVs have negative behaviour, even when you try to team up with them

when can trade?
No exchange yet. We are waiting for DEV to upgrade the coin, before we get to exchange.

anyone else been able to sync up?
How many gigs is the fully sync'd wallet right now?

Hi guys, finally my node is up and fully synced.
ip: 5.189.154.154
It needed almost two weeks to complete the sync from the scratch.
Asap I'll upload the chain somewhere for whom dosn't want to wait so much to completely sync
The good news is the chain doesn't seem to be broken.
Stay tuned.

p.s.: the size of the chain db is about 690MB

Thank you so very much mate. Well done, you're awesome.

I gracefully invite you to be a part of the BEECOIN Team.

I'm sorry guys for the late reply, I was having a few personal matters to attend to.

Let me also tell you that I was busy behind the scenes working on a plan for BeeCoin for the New Year.

Let me list them below:

* I've already designed a new logo for BeeCoin , which I will unveil on Monday.

* A Website has been developed which will be released by before the year ends.

* All other major changes will bear fruits in the beginning of new year with new hopes and busy bees.

Please bear with us as we all work towards our common goals.

Warm Regards,
~SoopY~

Nice to have you around

   "difficulty" : {
        "proof-of-work" : has ended,

        "proof-of-work" : is now offline,

        "proof-of-work" : is kaput,
lol

??

@bumbacoin
any issue??
I think that he wanted to mine more coins, but the POW has ended.

no. Smiley
getinfo will continue to output a value for PoW difficulty, i always find this a tad unhelpful

currently getmininginfo puts this out

Code:
    "difficulty" : {
        "proof-of-work" : 199.54042675,
        "proof-of-stake" : 0.00030787,
        "search-interval" : 1
    },
    "blockvalue" : 0,
    "netmhashps" : 0.00000000,
    "netstakeweight" : 2539.48097842,

the difficulty output could be changed to 0 , similarly to netmhashps
or something more helpful , lol, like the suggestions above.
Please forgive any errors.

You know it is almost Christmas.

Limx DEV has worked tirelessly for the HARDCODED SWAP.

You can still check the wallet and make a list of everything that needs fixing, so that DEV team can look at it when they are ready.

Hey Dear B3 community,

wow...you made really a 180 degree rotation. Congratz for the release. Congratz for the decision of about the dev.
Nice design.

Lets growing up this coin and begin to work :-)

You can stake with 10 B3 a static POS reward from 1 B3. I think that is better than POW.
POW is ended && is offline ...that is true  Grin
Does this mean that if I have up to 10B3 in my wallet,  that my minimum stake reward will be 1B3 when my coins mature?
