What is your email, I didn't receive anything from you. Mention your btc talk user so I can find you in this e-mail hell-hole. Basically, all our databases got corrupted during a server crash. We had earlier backups that we merged with whatever we could recover from the corrupted hiro database. Some users got paid more, while some users got paid less. We will even that out, just contact us there is no scam and nobody is running with your coins. This issue was out of our crontrol, nobody wishes that ALL their databases become corrupted after a server crash while being attacked like crazy. |

Our pool is back up. However, given the attacks and the database corruption, some of the data in the last 36 hours was beyond recovery.
User's balance may be affected in some case. Some users got more coins than they shouldve (those who took manual withdrawals earlier this morning) resulting in some users getting slighly less.
We are doing the best we can to establish everything back as it should. If you notice issues, feel free to contact us at admin@suchpool.pw and we will work it out with you.

You may want check your balances on the pool as the transaction table was badly altered. The stats on the pools may be incorrect, but most coins that should have went out during the affected period were effectively sent. We did our best to track the balances and keep them proper, but it seems some users got more payouts than they sould, and some got less.
The only period affected in the database is between April 17th to April 18th.
This is a bad situation for all of us and we would like to offer every affected miner deep apologies for all the inconvenients.
We weren't expecting such a fatal attack and are still amazed by how much this affected all our pools.

Today, upon the launch of Quebecoin, we received several massive attacks.
This caused increased load, and ultimately crashing the active database. The slave got corrupted aswell in the mean time.
We already got some of our pools back up, and are working on bringing the others back from death aswell.
Logicoin is the next on our list. However, a backup of Logicoin was running while the attack lasted. For now, we hope that we can recover everything from the broken tables.

You can come back. Everything has been restored and balances are correct. Cronjobs are running, payouts being done and blocks being found.

Only front-end, you might have to re-register as we had to take backups from earlier yesterday. However, most shares have been restored onto that database, so everything should be there. |

Suchpool  ? Where are my coins ? +1 WTF ?? Can't log in anymore ! "Unable to login: Invalid username or password."At least I´m not the only one! Let´s see if they are "solving issues" We are. The stratum flood was impressive, front-end got hit aswell, and somehow some INNODB tables got corrupted. We are manually fixing them. We do have backups, but we'd rather have nobody lose the shares being already mined. The wallets are safe, the coins are in there, and nobody is touching them. Thanks for your patience, and don't worry we won't GOX your coins. This is sadening that shitty pools need to attack bigger ones to gain hashpower. We have our idea on who it may be. |
