Most of exchange or wallet only require at least 1-20 confirmations to get credited, it's impossible for over 600 confirmations your coins still not credited yet.
I guess you mean about right address instead of right wallet? because if you use non custodial wallet, you can input your seed phrase or private key in any wallet, but it show a same address which you owned.
You need to check the receipt address and the network you used, if you send Bitcoin using BSC network, but you use on chain Bitcoin address, your coins are gone now.

Awesome to hear that you permit the use of a VPN on your site without any penalties, but then that could be incredible in you don't demand KYC verification at some points because for a user that rreregistersa VPN under a different location or may become problematic to get such user verified of time come for that in the future.
I think that is something that needs to be looked into to avoid a future crisis that may arise from this.

All exchanges must be accept 1 (legacy) and 3 (segwit) address, most of exchanges already accept bc1q (native segwit), and only few exchanges are accept bc1p (taproot) address.
This is why you need to read the full sentences rather than only focus about few words, it seems you're likely want to argue rather than accept the reality. I was not saying if the exchange is really free to credited our coins to our balance or not without any reason. But I already said it was depends on the exchange if they already accept segwit or not. AFAIK Kucoin still not allow you to withdraw Bitcoin using segwit network, I think you can try to withdraw your Bitcoin using Bitcoin network, but you use segwit address as the receipt address. What I meant the centralized exchange or wallet doesn't adopt segwit, native segwit and taproot. Let's say you've Bitcoin in your centralized exchange and you want to send into your non custodial wallet, you're prefer to receive it using native segwit because it's cheaper than legacy, even you've typed/pasted correct native segwit address, the exchange will give you warning message if the address you inputted are wrong or they will proceed it, but your coins will not arrive into your wallet, which mean your coins are gone.
