I managed to get in, but not because of their help. They didn´t reply to any of my messages and tickets. Frustrating. Luckily for me, I could recover the 2FA code. Good for you. I wonder if how long would you wait for their reply if you haven't solve it yourself. Better to not use it anymore (or atleast for now) because if there would be any problem again, the same scenario will happen.

Why did he share the private key to you in the first place? And why do you need to secure the btc from him? If he hold the private key, he could spend the bitcoin, same as you do. I don't think there's a way to secure it without sending it to another wallet (and of course there will be a transaction history).

That's one of the problem these days, fees cost too much. However, what's worst is that sometimes after deducting such high fees there will still be a problem with the withdrawal and you got no response from support. Converting in a different coin costs time and effort as well, a bit hassle, but despite that, some traders do it to pay lesser fee.

I hope they will fix it soon. But I can confirm that emails and withdraws are working flawless now. This is due to the volume of users I think. Yesterday I couldn't even log in for half a day, the page kept on loading. Earlier, when I placed an order, there was an error, so I expected that the order have not been placed. After some time and a refresh, I saw that it was filled, but the price had a huge increase already so I missed the opportunity. I have stopped placing an order for now to avoid the same scenario.

what you talking about please give us more details!? what website you use, and what you try to do? on primedice Once log in, just go to Account > Settings > Scroll down and you'll see SET A RECOVERY EMAIL > put your email address and click SET button. After getting an " Email Successfully Added" notification, check your email and look for the Primedice Forum message. There is a link given there to activate your account. Click that and that's it.

I tried to log in and got an Error 502 for the first try. After trying again, it went through already, but the site is responding slow for every action, maybe due to the volume of users at the moment. For your concern 2 months ago, try to contact them through twitter or by posting in their forum (lots of complaints are posted this time) aside from email, no assurance but there are others that got response from there before. A month ago I have successfully withdrawn my coins despite the issues about deposits and withdrawals that time. As of the moment the problem seems to affect more users, but still random (not all are having issues), don't you want to try requesting a withdrawal?

All accounts (General, Verified, Qualified) allows unlimited cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal. Verification is for fiat. Meaning, Verified and Qualified accounts are allowed to make deposits/withdrawals of fiat depending on the limits while General isn't allowed to. Nowadays, 10 hrs aren't that long for the response of support from exchanges considering the increase in volume of users/tickets. You should wait atleast 24hrs-48hrs, just imo. If you want, you could visit their unofficial sub reddit page, either you post a topic on Bitstamp sub or send a PM to Bitstamp-Domen directly as he is actively replying to queries there.

Does that mean you got a response from them? If yes, you're lucky. Yobit was known to have a poor customer support. Some users waited for months, there are others who are still waiting and the rest gave up on it.

Mine was verified in less than 10mins. I made sure to attach a clear photo of the document and fresh selfie, I was worried as well during that time. Fortunately, it was verified by the system.
