1201  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: It's ok if your profits are less on: July 28, 2020, 05:10:10 PM
When you are new and you do not have good skills and you do not want to take any kind of risk then you can make less profit which will be the best decision for you. On the other hand, when you invest more and have the ability to take risks, you will want to make a lot of profit because then you will not be satisfied with a small profit.

It can be said that everything depends on your aptitude and skill which will make you more or less profit.
Even when you are experienced and well versed into the trading scene, I would still suggest to contain yourself with small profits because I have seen a lot of traders who just want to chase massive profits and I actually call them gamblers because a gambler also does the same, he either wins or losses but that is not how a trader should think. A trader must understand that when conditions are unfavorable you must dissolve your coins for even a minor loss and make up for that in next trade.

A trader who chases big profits is nothing but a gambler who believes he is trading because ask any traders and read any books no one will ever suggest to chase big wins/profits in trading in the long run. I understand sometimes you feel positive with a trade and may wait longer for extra profits but that must be only when you feel strong about it.
1202  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where could i learn about trading? on: July 28, 2020, 04:07:43 PM
The best place to learn more about trading would be actually here if you ask me. Not that all the advice given here would be right, there will be a lot of wrong as well and you will get to learn the right and the wrong together. How could you learn something is right or wrong? You could listen to them both and do it and you will classify something as right or wrong, that way you get to actually see it personally and make your decisions accordingly.

Or you could just read the comments under an advice and you get to see that if something is right that means people will talk about it that way and if it is a wrong thing people will talk about it like it is a wrong thing. That is the best way to actually decide if something is right or wrong and you will be basically doing yourself a big favor if you listen to plenty of people and not just one person.
1203  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the cause of economy rise and fall. on: July 28, 2020, 03:24:10 PM
I guess there are a lot of factors for this, resources, population, distribution of wealth, job opportunities, and etc. The government plays a huge role in this since they are the one who utilizes taxes and gives directives to businesses as well as seeks other opportunities for the economy to grow.  With proper usage or allocation of tax for economic growth, I think even with the pandemic any country will recover fast.
I believe if we leave the covid-19 pandemic aside there are many reasons still for economic downfall and crisis, I'll try and list a few.

1) Poor Cross-Border Relations and Trading: The most important aspect for any country is to have good export because that is the biggest source if income for any country. China have a great economy because they export almost everything and hardly import much themselves.

2) Frequent Governmental Changes: An example is Nepal how they never developed because they have a lot of governmental changes and there is absolutely no stability.
1204  Economy / Economics / Re: world war 3 is coming ...do to coronavirus / economy ... on: July 27, 2020, 08:00:36 PM
Why to think that because of the pandemic there could be a possibility of a world war 3 to arise? It is impossible to happen at this point of time that such disastrous crisis to come because the whole world is still facing a serious crisis that concerns health. Actually there is no valid reason for that thing to happen because every country is currently helping each other out providing the needs of the countries that are having a hard time to sustain their needs specially when it comes to health care.
That's not true unfortunately and no country wants to help another country until and unless they are themselves self sufficient for example I heard there were tension rising among India and USA when India initially denied to supply a particular medicine that was believed to be curing corona virus and then USA made some strict statements after which India agreed to provide them the required medicine. So no one wants to help anyone under current circumstances.

I believe a war might not be coming but there might be some fight between China and a few countries because the tension are always rising and China is never going to back off because they have strong military and economic stability.
1205  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜— Summer Jackpot Roulette ☀️ €500 jackpots every day on: July 27, 2020, 04:51:03 PM
Hey, Emitdama

Yeah, Steve is representing Sportsbet here in Bitcointalk and I am covering Bitcasino. There are some great articles in our blog about cryptocurrencies and as many users have asked different questions regarding crypto, I will keep posting these here as well. So you could stay up to date with the digital money industry’s news and updates Smiley

Cheers,
Karl
Bitcasino.io
It is cool to learn that! I think you guys are both doing amazing job, whenever I check here I end up seeing you sharing something awesome on a blog type thing and that is almost always helpful and fun to read (unless it is something I already know, but that is also good for someone who doesn't so I don't mind) and it both helps us keep an interest, it also bumps the threat, it does SEO very well, it helps newbies, basically it is an all around amazing thing.

Steve on the other hand does boosts and poker games with people so forth, which is awesome too and I like him very much too. How the hell did the main company of these two websites managed to find 2 people like you and Steve to manage their community outreach? Normally it is hard to find one decent person, they found 2 awesome ones!

I believe you have to be level 2 or higher to be eligable for the rain.
And yes, active in chat. Some people are on it 24/7 from what i've seen
I doubt people would work for a chat bot in order to just claim rains but if they could somehow manage to make that work, that would be something special not because it could earn money but we are talking about a bot that would write down some words you have coded into it and not get caught. What could you write and say that wouldn't attract any suspicion?

Think about it, if all real humans stopped and only bots left we would see totally unrelated words and sentences all post there making absolutely zero sense. That is why I think it is close to impossible not because of coding sense, I don't know coding so I can't speak about that, but it is impossible about the making sense part, not getting caught part, I doubt that anyone would be capable of not getting caught with something like that.
Yeah, we even talked about how people could be making bots about it as well. Rain is cool and all but it is more like lottery, it shouldn't be a reason to be here, but it should be a good side thing to have when you are already here, if you come here just for the rain, you are basically just spending time for something that may never happen to you at all, and that just doesn't make sense at all, but if you are already here, if you are already gambling and if you are spending time chatting with other people at the same time, well then rain or no rain you will be happy but with rain you will be happier.

I have seen huge amount of rains here, you could be seriously happy, yet it shouldn't be the main thing. Also, does casino gives from their own share of profit to this rain? Or does investors get affected by it as well?
1207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 26, 2020, 07:42:53 PM
How did Juventus (and I did because of them) lost that game is still beyond me, it is Juventus, they have 80 points, they are by far the best team and they are basically already the champions, if they won that game it would have been technically too as far as I know. In any case I feel like maybe there is a chance that this would fire them up and they will just destroy sampdoria, at least hopefully because I once again have money riding on that game as well.

Thankfully I had 2 game bet last night and I won it, Inter and Napoli, I wasn't really sure about the Parma game. That gave me the loss back and then some, so I am feeling alright again the future. Lets see when will Juventus actually declare when they are the champions, it is only matter of days now to actually declare that.
1208  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: July 26, 2020, 02:30:34 PM
The casino is growing is what I know and one of promotion participant honestly said his thoughts on Roobet casino. It is an impossible task for him to guess correct total wagger on the casino.

It is an unofficial congratulations on your growth! To make the growth of casino clearer, could the Roobet team releases announcements each time total registered users on the casino hit big figures, please.
I have tried many different algorithms to try to predict it. however there is a grown on the total wages variance each day. Roobet casino is growing, and this is fuking up my predictions lol
I was basically "virtual everything" even before covid Cheesy This is high time for us introverts who dislike going outside, I just feel like staying at home could give me so much enjoyment, I would never get bored, there are a billion things you could do at home and I do not get people who get bored inside. Sure there are stuff you can do outside as well and you should go outside, but if you "have to" stay inside, there are a billion ways to entertain yourself. Roobet is one of them! You could come in here, play all these different games, take advantage of all the rewards and basically spend hours upon hours (and sometimes days Cheesy) without ever being bored, obviously play within your means and do not deposit more than you can lose, be responsible with your bankroll.
1209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty or Airdrop kill project? on: July 26, 2020, 01:35:57 PM
dead project is not because the airdropper or bounty hunter because they are not really getting their coin for free , they are getting that coin  from doing airdrop or bounty task, they deserved to sell anytime they want, cause of failed project is when the project is not really raise their targeted to raise and failed to add liquidity on public market and then the price will dump, its no airdropper or bounty hunter fault. its failed because of the project it self
That’s true. The money that bounty hunters receive is their hard earned money which was allotted for completing various tasks and helping the project in marketing and publicity. So, they are free to make their own decision whether they want to sell or hold the coin. The amount of coins distributed in not too high, so even if it does affect the coin, its just a short term dump.

It basically depends on the potential of the project and how many huge investors it was able to attract during the whole campaign which makes it successful. The debate’s been going for so long on the topic whether airdrops and bounties make the price of the coin drop.

I would say yes, it does but it does not kill the project. Airdrops and bounties are necessary part to ensure successful marketing and advertisement of the project. Many people and investors stumble across the project due to the ongoing bounties and airdrops. Although it affects the price of the coin at the initial stage, but if the project has the potential and a steady use case, it will continue to grow in the long haul.
1210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you sure crypto is the future currency? on: July 26, 2020, 08:19:34 AM
I believe that crypto will be the world's currency. However i think stable coins are more suitable. There are many things to do with the security to make sure that the world's economic can be relayed on it.

The world’s economic will began to crumple if something as volatile as cryptos take over the official system and currency. Stable coins like USDT might be a wise choice but would still have to be highly centralized. Government would never risk placing all control in the hands of the people as this will result in frauds in tax payment and give rise to other illegal activities. So, decentralized crypto as a currency is basically out of the sight.

Cryptocurrencies are already used all over the world and constantly more and more countries begin to legalize cryptocurrencies and recognize them as official currencies, this is just a matter of time when the whole world will already fully begin to use cryptocurrencies with its full potential.

I would rather call them as crypto assets than crypto currencies. Cryptos can never replace the fiat currencies but might coexist with it as an asset similar to shares and gold. They will be legalised and regulated, but no government will allow cryptos to replace fiat and be the official currency of the country. Economy of the whole country can never rely on something so volatile.

Crypto currencies will indeed be the most preferred digital currency if we get mass adoption but I don't think any country has made crypto as it's official currency except the fact that Venezuela made a headline that they will launch their own crypto named Petro. There is still a long way to go for crypto to be used just like any other online payment methods.

Venezuela already launched their official crypto currency named Petro back in February 2018 which is being backed up by the country’s oil and mineral reserves. It is claimed that the crypto currency is backed by a centralized debt-crippled entity, so it didn’t get so popular back then. But, we might see it popping up ones again in the market. Basically, no country will allow a decentralized crypto asset to become the official currency unless its centralized and all transactions are kept transparent and traceable.
1211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: US Presidential Election 2020 on: July 26, 2020, 06:41:00 AM
I believe because of the 2016 elections we are not going to actually know what is going to happen until it is too late and we see the results, right now it is not possible to make a prediction.

If it was any other candidate versus Biden or just two random any candidate, I would have said that Biden will win 100% sure without a single shred of doubt, I would have put all my money, I would have sold my house and go all in (okay not really Cheesy just making a point) and bet on Biden.

However this is Trump we are talking about, he has this cult type of followers that will vote for him no matter what, republicans became party of old people for the longest time and Trump manage to get young people to vote and speak their racist and xenophonic and sexist thoughts freely. Dude had zero chance to win 2016 and I didn't even consider him, yet he won. So, just because it is Trump and not someone else, I will not declare Biden winner until last vote is counted.
1212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 25, 2020, 08:01:23 PM
Well, lazio will play verona and I think I can bet on that game very easily, that will be an easy pick for me, Juventus versus sampdoria would be easy pick as well. I do not think there is any more "easy" picks for the games, sure there are some that you can pick if you want to risk it, but I wouldn't really feel comfortable about them.

For example, you could pick Roma versus fiorentina, roma is a great team and could beat Fiorentina very easily if they play like they always do, but fiorentina is not a bad team neither, they are definitely a great team too. I am not entirely sure if I trust that game. Or torino will play spal and they are basically the very bottom team that 9/35 not losses (wins and draws) so I would assume that should be pickable as well but not really easy pick neither.
1213  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜— Summer Jackpot Roulette ☀️ €500 jackpots every day on: July 25, 2020, 06:44:15 PM
Sportsbet.io and bitcasino.io are somehow connected? I didn't know that at all! I just checked and when you click the sportsbook link on bitcasino it redirects to sportsbet and I never really had to check because I was already gambling at sportsbet when I did sports betting and interestingly when you click "go to casino" in sportsbet it just goes to their own gambling, not really anything special like going to bitcasino and all that, in any case this is a wonderful news to hear. I wonder why we do not hear from Steve more often here, he is very active on the other sportsbook topic but never seen him here.

However there is just like a support that shares articles and that is actually quite good both for marketing purposes and I am sure it also helps with the SEO as well.
1214  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 play&invest BTC ETH LTC DOGE on: July 25, 2020, 04:31:47 PM
Trading and Gambling is obviously not the exactly the same thing, of course there are differences and mathematically speaking you could always become a good trader or you could just hold bitcoin for a very long time until you profit but gambling would always result with a loss if you continue for too long however you can't deny that even though there are differences between them, there are also a lot of similarities between them as well that makes them so much resembling each other.
Investing and trading also has one more common thing, you can invest into a casino, which means you become the house yourself and you have the house edge as well in your favor. So, investing is basically part of gambling as well, even if not the part from the gambler side, it is the part from the casino side, so it is all connected. Of course that is not trading, trading is something else, but it is definitely investment.

Also it is a very guaranteed investment most of the time as well, because you have the house edge working for you, all the gamblers are at a disadvantage when playing against you, so you end up with basically not losing too much unless some unexpected thing happens where a whale just wins max amount few times in a row to drop the investments profits.
1215  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading guides,books,articles whatever on: July 25, 2020, 03:55:10 PM
There are various sources which can help you to increase your trading career. Youtube is one of the best out there. But, you need to be careful on this video sharing platform because not all the content is quality. Many of them are totally trash and do not give you any information. Some even guide you a wrong way, make you become lost, and misunderstand the true concept of trading.
Actually most of the good channels out there are trying to promote a particular platform with each video they make and hence they shift their focus from trying to give tips about trading and rather promote the features offered by the exchange or platform they are promoting. They are not wrong though because how would they earn if they only give quality content without any sponsors?

So, they are right in their decision but the trader needs to understand if someone is actually trying to give tips on trading or just promoting an exchange.

I haven't read much books, guides, articles or videos but whenever I need help like how to use stop loss then I just google it and the top results on google search are usually good and enough to guide me how to use it.
1216  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade by yourself on: July 25, 2020, 12:32:22 PM
You're right lazy people usually trade counting on bots or signals they need to form more profit with less work but it's never possible to trade nobody can succeed without diligence Most of the time the signals are with the incorrect signals so trading is at a loss. If we analyze the market ourselves and trade then we will understand the present state of the market and gain knowledge The above discussion is great for traders.
I agree with you but I find no harm if we can take signals from various groups and use that information to analyse our own decision, for example you follow 5 signals groups and just try and find the average signal they are giving and then do your own diligence and see what's going in in the market. So, basically signals aren't that bad if you know how to use the signals to your advantage while if you just blindly follow signals that is a major risk like you said they are mostly incorrect. But comparing signals with your own prediction sometimes can be helpful.

There is a concept of copy trading very popular now days but I never actually liked it, because you get to learn nothing and with time you just become more and more dependent on others.
1217  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: It's ok if your profits are less on: July 24, 2020, 05:52:51 PM
Things will be better when we(traders) learn to be less greedy than outright greediness. Many had ran into huge lost in the past because of none accepted minimal profits from their trades, had one time fell for this but was saved by other of my investment. Right now, my trade profits are not less than 4% and not higher than 6%, this has kept my trading ability on a safer side compared to past experience.
that's the safest way to trade right now. not-so-large profits look quite safe compared to large profits. however, we will not know how it will turn out when you are not satisfied with the benefits you can get. to be honest, I've felt this way. when not satisfied with the benefits that I get, I finally get a loss because of that.
Actually this all depends on what kind of a trader you are, someone who loves to have big profits and then a band of losses would rather be greedy and try to get big profits and then slowly loose out the profits in the next trades. While someone who tends to sell at a small variance will look to accumulate small profits, while actually both kind of traders are good and can be profitable in their own stance.

For example, an experienced aggressive trader would make 0.01 BTC profit and loose 9/10 times on 0.001 trades which means he still earned 0.001 and on the other hand someone who takes small profit can earn 0.0001 btc fixed profit on each trade and hence he also makes 0.001 btc profit with 10 trades.
1218  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥BITSLER > $10,000 DAILY Wagering contest < on: July 24, 2020, 03:35:05 PM
Casinos require to have all kinds of games, that could mean slots, that could mean blackjack but they probably should have all the games they could ever provide, that way they could get all the people who have all the different tastes.

If you have only slots and no blackjack, you are missing out on blackjack loving people, if you have blackjack and no slots you are missing out on slots people. Sure some games might have bigger audience than other games but that doesn't mean that you should ignore those games neither.

If you are a casino the best marketing you can do is to have all the games you possibly can, that way people that love all those games would come and play their games. Same with crypto accepting, the more currencies you accept the more people you get that will play.
1219  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there any way to out of this insecurity? on: July 24, 2020, 10:26:51 AM

Don't just look at the news because basically, a large exchange will remain safe from hacking, if you save more assets then you don't need to exchange because there are still many safer hardware wallets. I think that's enough for a solution.

I think you are wrong, being updated and looking at the news is the most important part of crypto trading community because a lot of exchanges go through hack attempts and there are times when a particular exchange stops withdrawals like cryptopia did and those are the signals that hints towards an exit scam or being hacked so if you are not updated you might continue depositing money into the exchange and loose it all.

So don't overdo it about what you think it might be what the OP is afraid of just looking at it from the news and its basics are still many who believe in the cryptocurrency market.

Believing in the market is one thing and trusting the required process involved are two completely different aspects and you have to be careful and very active with your decisions because as we know crypto once hacked/stolen/lost cannot be recovered.
1220  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why bitcoin never a ponzi on: July 24, 2020, 09:51:24 AM
@OP sure, and in Ponzi schemes they always needs to refer people, but in Bitcoin no one cares about that, you just join the train if you want to , no one is referring you to join Bitcoin, it’s something you do when you make up your mind to do that, no one is forcing you to stay or leave, but the community will still continue to go stronger every year.

None of the ponzis last for a long time and bitcoin despite being completely decentralized has survived more than 10 years. I would say that it's still in it's early stage and once bitcoin is distributed worldwide then it will be more appreciated as a payment service.

Bitcoin will definitely go far and a lot of people are going to join and start making use of it. But the way I see it , that doesn’t mean that there will not be people who are hating on it. If I remember correctly, in the beginning days of bitcoins, people used to compare bitcoin with ponzi programs.

In my understanding, bitcoin works exactly like how stocks are working hence we do not need to worry on what haters are saying. We can simply focus on saving more bitcoins instead of that Smiley.
