You could check the official bounty thread of Bcnex. I am assuming those ANNs are part of a bounty. The name of the thread starter or starters should be on the list of bounty participants. If one of them isn't one might ask why he created the ANN in the first place.
12002  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Mjesečna Analiza za Hrvatsku Lokalnu Zajednicu (Bitcointalk Croatian) on: September 08, 2019, 01:56:23 PM
PS
Mislim da bi dobro bilo da neko napravi i GENERAL topic na lokalnom forumu.
Imamo temu Novosti > https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1230285.0
Malo je pala u zaborav ali u biti može dobro da posluži kad se želi podjeliti neka svježa informacija i gdje nema potrebe da se otvara nova tema.

And on last seconds we were robbed by referees. I can't video now, but if you watched match, you saw it...
https://www.facebook.com/114248675280440/posts/2483328765039074/
It's unbelievable what the referees did in that situation. It is obvious to anyone who watched the match that Gobert touched the rim, obvious case og goal-tending. It's pretty disappointing that things like this can happen on the biggest of stages.
12004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many times have you gone against majority on: September 08, 2019, 01:43:16 PM
Honestly I rarely base my betting on the given odds be it small or big odds so I don't take into consideration what the majority thinks. But I understand what you mean. Sometimes for fun I bet together with a friend. Does anyone do that? We both pick 2-3 matches and invest the same amount. In case of a win we divide the profits equally. Sometimes my friend chooses a match based on the odds saying it is a 'good opportunity' or 'they have to win' which makes me a bit mad.

Hats off to you OP for playing X on the Osasuna vs Barca match.
I don't know if it is a psychological thing but I rarely bet on draws.
12005  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Coinbin for SwiftCash | HODL Deposits and HODL Rewards Imitating Term Deposits on: September 08, 2019, 01:15:08 PM
Since SwiftCash is an Altcoin I think this thread would be better suited in the Altcoin section so it doesn't get deleted by the mods.
You can move the thread yourself by clicking on Move Topic at the bottom of your thread.
12006  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Bitcoin 'successfully' transferred to an invalid bitcoin address on: September 08, 2019, 01:09:51 PM
...and are allowing the website electrumproject.org to be operated without doing anything about it.
I am sorry you lost money but what can Electrum do regarding a fake website? Similar websites get taken down and the scammers create new ones. There are phishing sites of bitcointalk but you can not hold bitcointalk responsible if you enter your data on such a site and get your account details stolen.

You are right about the fact that such a vulnerability should not have happened in the first place and should have been discovered by the developers. Unfortunately they are human like the rest of us and didn't know about it. Other vulnerabilities can be found in the future that is why it is important to keep your eyes open and make proper research before doing anything you could regret.
12007  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Biometric BTC wallet? on: September 08, 2019, 07:41:57 AM
So what is safe or what would you rely on? Please enlight me
Nothing is safe if you don't use proper precautions to secure your investments and many things are relatively safe if you do.

There is no need to invent new methods of storing or accessing your coins. We already have hardware wallets, you can use them. Use a paper wallet if you are a more advanced user or multisig options. You can even store your crypto in Electrum or airgapped machines. It all depends on what you have available or what you are ready to invest in combination with your computer habits. Even the most secure paper wallet or hardware device can't help you if you stored your seed/private keys in your email or phone.
12008  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bitcoin 'successfully' transferred to an invalid bitcoin address on: September 08, 2019, 07:30:40 AM
I meant after the hack is done, how do we track where the stolen coins go? Is there a standard way to know "this address has funds that were stolen on mm/yyyy?
It wouldn't change anything even if you do. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible so there is no way of getting it back and as previous users mentioned the hackers will find ways to keep stay safe by either mixing the coins or exchanging them for a privacy coin like Monero.
Depending where you are from law enforcement can't or won't do much about stolen Bitcoins unless the amount is significant.
12009  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1xbet a Russian scam! Becarefull on: September 07, 2019, 07:54:16 AM
Not that it changes anything but according to a quick search that betting site is owned by a company based in Cyprus.
It has been rated 1.6/5 by https://www.lottoexposed.com/1xbet-exposed/

Seems like many people have had different issues with them and you OP are unfortunately one of those unlucky ones.
12010  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bitcoin 'successfully' transferred to an invalid bitcoin address on: September 07, 2019, 07:36:18 AM
The website I downloaded update from was official https://prnt.sc/p2ys86
Not it is not! What makes you think that is the official site? I think I replied in your thread on another board but now my suspicion has been confirmed. You downloaded a fake 4.0 version of Electrum.

The newest OFFICIAL release is 3.3.8, there is no 4.0 release and the only official site is https://electrum.org/#download and not the one you downloaded from.
12011  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Bitcoin 'successfully' transferred to an invalid bitcoin address on: September 07, 2019, 07:23:45 AM
P.S
The wallet prompted me to install an update before sending the transaction and I'm pretty sure it was official electrum-btc website.
Check your browsing history. I am quite certain that you didn't download the update from the official site but a phishing site. Yes, the notification did appear on the official software but the link leads to a third party website. This bug has already been fixed and the notifications don't appear in the newer versions of Electrum.

Sounds like a well known phishing attempt that has been around for a long time where users are instructed to download a fake Electrum 4.0 version which doesn't exist. Use this incident to improve your online habits and only download from official sources verifying the signatures of the downloaded files before doing anything else.
12012  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Biometric BTC wallet? on: September 07, 2019, 07:15:01 AM
Don't get me wrong, I still think biometrics are a horrible method of securing your coins, which no one should use beyond maybe a hundred bucks on a mobile wallet, but backing up in case you lose access to your wallets is a non issue.
Listen to this story.

My friend's wife and his daughter went abroad to visit their grandmother. His wife has the FaceID (or whatever it is called) option enabled to unlock her phone. One day he saw a gibberish post on Facebook on his wife's Facebook profile so he called her to see what that was all about. Turns out that their daughter was playing with the phone and the FaceID software recognized her face as that of his wife. She was able to unlock her phone. The interesting part is that the daughter looks entirely like my friend and nothing like his wife. Further proof that this type of protection is not something to rely on.
12013  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 07, 2019, 07:00:46 AM
Where did you guys read about a contract clause like that that allows a player to leave a club for free? It seems pretty suicidal in my opinion for a serious club to sign a deal like that. Invest time and money in player and than give him a possibility to walk away for free. I seriously doubt that.
12014  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: {Beware}: Google accused of giving personal data to advertisers on: September 06, 2019, 09:06:13 AM
Use Firefox or Brave Browser or even TOR. The new 69.0 version of Firefox comes with a built-in option to block tracking cookies.
Google is making money selling your online activity to anyone willing to pay for it.
12015  Other / Meta / Re: I wanted to know how many source merits do I earn. Is there a list. on: September 06, 2019, 08:44:13 AM
Edit: or you could just ask theymos...
Grin
I had to laugh at this part. I am picturing you trying to explain how many source merits he has and eventually giving up... oh fcuk it, just ask theymos  Grin

I thought merit sources know the exact numbers of source merits at all times. I remember when one of our guys became a merit source in our local section he knew exactly how much he had. But based on this thread he must have known how many sMerits he had before becoming a source so it was easy for him to figure it out.
12016  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Sport Has Many Gambling Supporters (State Your Opinion) on: September 06, 2019, 08:35:01 AM
A question for those living in USA.
Is College Football more popular than the NFL in terms of betting? Might be a stupid question but I know that College Football has a huge following in the US and some stadiums have capacities of 100.000 or more. I believe Michigan has a huge stadium for the College Football team.
12017  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Nano S vs Nano X capacity on: September 06, 2019, 08:24:13 AM
It is horrible.
You have to go through each word and select each letter using the 'left' and 'right' button, then choosing it by clicking with both buttons.
This can take quite some time until you have entered your 24 words.
It really is. I had to go through it about a month ago when an update suddenly wiped my Nano S clean. It takes 5-10 minutes to get it back up and running again. My main concern was that I didn't know why the device wiped itself clean since I never experienced it before. It had me worried until I restored my account.
12018  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 06, 2019, 08:17:17 AM
De Bruyne had a lot of injury problems last season but I wouldn"t call him injury prone. That is his only season he had problems as far as I can remember.
De Bruyne is still being slowly integrated back into the team because they are being cautious with him. He did have some serious injury problems last year and in the first couple of matches of the PL in this season the coach took him off when the result and win were secured. He has started very well and has an assist in every PL match so far.
12019  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Lost Money on: September 05, 2019, 01:50:59 PM
Since you mentioned "logging in with an email address" can we conclude that you are using an online wallet or an exchange to store your crypto but you just got the terminology wrong like somebody before me mentioned?
I can't think of a wallet I have used that required me to login with my email address except for exchanges.
12020  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 05, 2019, 01:30:54 PM
Emre Can
Miralem Pjanic
Aaron Ramsey
Adrien Rabiot
Rodrigo Bentancur
Blaise Matuidi
Sami Khedira
Most people were certain that Khedira wouldn't be called up but Sarri has stated in an interview somewhere that Khedira is the player he was most impressed by during the pre-season. This is his reward I guess.

Juventus has in Hugain only one real center forward registered for the group phases of the CL. I am not counting Dybala or Ronaldo for that purpose. If Higuain were to get injured or suspended there is no substitute.
