12001  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10 VS. $1000 - What Say You? on: October 24, 2013, 06:09:30 PM
To be honest I thought $1000 might not be enough, I am going to make a sneaky edit and change the price to $10,000. I am sure some would like to see £100,000.  Tongue

You sneaky bastard.

I'd still say $10k, the high side.  If btc hits $1k, which is more likely than $10, it would seem extremely less probably it'd go back to $10 (or even $200-) at that point.

I agree, I cannot see Bitcoin's price going below $50 from now on to be honest.
why i miss read that...

IF the floor is tested i would assume its in the 90-70 range.

12002  Economy / Speculation / Re: Winklevoss Bitcoin Trust on Bloomberg on: October 24, 2013, 06:05:56 PM
There's no need to wait; SecondMarket can get IRA into Bitcoin through partners now.

really?  link?

https://www.secondmarket.com/ *but* I haven't actually transacted with them yet; I'll report how it goes.  All I have done so far is just signed up and exchanged a couple of emails.  The partner they are connecting me with is Equity Institutional http://www.equityinstitutional.com/ (formerly Sterling Trust whom I contacted a while ago but at least at that time they weren't touching Bitcoin yet).
secondmarket is only open to rich people tho. Winklevoss Bitcoin Trust  would be open to all.

what is this equityinstitutional.com

i thought secondmarket.com was going to handle the bitcoins on their own.
12003  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10 VS. $1000 - What Say You? on: October 24, 2013, 05:56:05 PM

12005  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Best non-taxable way to cash in your BTC? on: October 24, 2013, 05:35:00 PM
their simply no way to enjoy 1,000,000$ of tax free money unless you're already a million and +1million won't raise any questions.

i dont care if you cash out on local markets, if you start to live well beyond your means IRS will investigate and TAX you.

That's it folks. I sold all Sad Failure to overcome previous ATH creates a massive double top, it is hard to say where the price will go, but in 6 months my guess would be in the $13-$50 range. Thank you

How do we read this kind of charts  Smiley My first time here.

we need a manuale
we had a picture that explained it but that was last year and its lost now
this is a depth chart showing the pas 10-30mins of depth.
the bids all piled up together on one side  the asks all piled up together on the other side

12016  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: October 24, 2013, 06:09:50 AM
Its good to have support tested, climbing higher will be less scary now. Sorry bears no crash for now.

+1 exactly. However, we might yet crash a little lower. Also: Americans have not woken up yet.

it could but, I dont think so
China handled this very well
it painted a higher low....

12017  Economy / Speculation / Re: Automated posting on: October 24, 2013, 06:05:33 AM

looks like the coastal line of Norway around Bergen.

beautiful!
12018  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: October 24, 2013, 05:51:20 AM
Did Btc-China "crash" first or Gox?
Gox led 100%.

Look at your right, there is no ask filling in, it will slice back again in the 225 in a few hours. This is just an attempt to cause panic and buy back lower.

Sounds like nonsense. There has been no depth on either end for awhile. People panic.

Not everything is some manipulator.

crashing is the best way to really see how good support is, i see strong support. good chance we rally higher tomorrow.

i'm going to lol very hard if my bid is filled when i wake up tomorrow
12019  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: October 24, 2013, 05:40:51 AM
