12081  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: October 12, 2021, 07:58:11 PM
Manchester United continues to suffer injuries, but they are awaiting a couple of crucial big matches. Rafael Varane will be sidelined for 'a few weeks' with a groin injury, while Harry Maguire remains sidelined due to a calf problem. It's alarming that Manchester United players are getting injured one by one, if such a trend continues, I'll miss watching Manchester United games. As long as Ole survives these tough games, it's his good luck as a manager.
A big club like Man utd should have quality replacement for their injured defenders, Eric Bailly and VictorLindelof are possible replacement for the injured duo of Maguire and Varane even Phil Jones is also available, injuries are unavoidable so club like Man Utd shouldn't struggle with that, though they will play Leceister City in their next game a club they couldn't defeat in their last 3 meetings, thus they will have to up their game else they will lose against a disciplined Brendan Rodgers side.
It's an effort that Ole Gunner has to work on because with the main defense unplayable due to injury however it has to be reinforced with a strong defense but if the tactics are right then it will be defensive in any situation.

Against Leicester it may be a danger for Ole but I believe they can ward off in this match, Ronaldo and his friends will definitely put in their best game with this front line no doubt I can make sure this can score goals faster than Leicester.

The most important thing is that defense must be prioritized, players must be experienced.

You are right, the Manchester United players are having many injuries, the most important thing is that most of them have to do with the defense, however, seeing the games that CR7 is doing can help a lot, at the moment with Portugal they have done 2 goals from penalty kicks and he continues to give many assists, besides he was about to score another goal, this is happening in the game against Luxembourg, having good substitutes, who should always have in Manchester without taking him out is CR7, it is a guarantee of solving Any game.
12082  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: October 12, 2021, 06:53:54 PM
Latvia - Turkey game was really interesting. Turkey didn't have any other choice rather than winning this game. They needed to do this to be able to keep up with Norway. And Norway showed a great performance against Montenegro and won the game. On the other hand, Turkey were struggling against Latvia a lot. And Latvia were the side that scored first. I was like Turkey weren't going to be able to turn the game around. But somehow, they still made it and won it by the last minute goal by a penalty. Still their performance was terrible.

The truth is difficult for Turkey because with a new technical director, despite the fact that Kuntz is very good, he is facing every challenge in terms of knowing his players, establishing the corresponding strategy and adapting to the abilities of the players and that at the same time At the same time, it had a positive impact on his way of playing, Turkey's game was really bad, but to be the start of Kuntz, I think he was very lucky, and that luck is not bad either.

12085  Local / Altcoins (criptomonedas alternativas) / Re: Crypto Juego Axie Infinity on: October 10, 2021, 06:53:00 PM

12088  Local / Español (Spanish) / Re: Exchanges centralizados e implementación de mejoras Blockchain on: October 10, 2021, 04:43:41 PM

12089  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Basic Types of Trading on: October 10, 2021, 06:04:36 AM
Indeed, I see that many of us cut loss the coin by selling at a low price when the price is down. They do not think that the price can increase anytime, so they only think that selling their coin will save them from a big loss because the situations seem to be getting drops too deep. Well, that will depend on how our analysis because as long as that is about the potential coin, I think we can still hold the coin and buyback for more when the price is down.

I think it is how we can manage our emotions related to the current situation at the market and how good we can analyze the price so we do not get the impact from the downtrend. Maybe it will need more experiences to have that control and that is worth learning about that.
Unfortunately those people are not too much involved in the crypto world, if they were involved then they would know that crypto prices crash all the time, and it will crash again in the future, many times as well. What matters is not the crash, what matters is that you should either do nothing and wait for it to go up or you could buy even more after it crashes to drop your average purchase price and then make a profit.

Long story short the best way to make profit is to never sell when you are in a loss. This doesn't work in horrible coins of course, if you are holding a horrible coin then you can sell, but if we are talking about something like bitcoin they always hold until you profit, it will eventually go up there.
That will happen many times and if we are not ready for that situation, we will not survive in the bad situation instead will leave the crypto because of disappointed with the situation. When the crash comes, we need to calm down and be patient and try to use the moment to buy more.

We need to have a strong hand to hold the coin, especially in a crash situation but that will depend on the coin itself. If the coin is worth holding, then that will be okay to still hold in the crash market.

Has anyone had experience with trading NFT games? I mean pre-sales, public sales, and then re-buying at public sales? I have seen many videos on YouTube where they do this type of practice, where with only 1 BNB that is in 500USD they can multiply it sometimes to 2000usd or more, of course knowing how to do the type of trading, but it is a trading that I think is fast, that has its great risks, but that gives high profitability.
12090  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Binance need kyc to do any trading? on: October 10, 2021, 05:44:56 AM
New rule from Binance need to pass KYC if want to trade there and before we can trade and withdraw under 2 btc every day without pass KYC, maybe the KYC system to protect from banned country not allowed using cryptocurrency like China, better this way because China every time make bad news about bitcoin, now Binance not allowed for China member using Binance exchange.
If that's the case, it's actually a very good goal, indeed China has made FUD several times which can hinder the development of cryptocurrencies, and even though it requires KYC, we know that Binance is the best exchange to date, and I think our identity will remain safe.

Now that Binance allows P2P trading for Venezuela, the KYC requirement goes far beyond normal, a friend who took a ceunta, the demands were much higher, so much so that it required them to have a smartphone to do the verification with code QR and apart is very cumbersome because the photos of the passport and of the person have to be of very good quality, sometimes if you do not have a good team you can not do the verification, my thought is that they will be much more demanding with KYC, I don't know to what extent this is a positive thing.
12091  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to understand the market in advance on: October 10, 2021, 05:16:10 AM
Hi guys I’m new to the forum and I’m new to the crypto world.
I would like to know if there is some method on how to understand when the market is going to dip or when the market is going to pump.
Thank you in advance to all of you
Definitely, you're new and firstly, you don't have to think like that but rather to understand how the market works rather than being hungry to make a profit instantly. If you only think like that, I'm afraid that you will only fail at the end of the day.

If you could listen to us and follow our advice, I believe you will reach your goal. Yes, it needs some hard works and patience, thinking instant was just insane as it never happens in real life. Don't believe it as is just like making yourself a fool.

Although what OP is looking for is practically some clues to know the most basic, what he asks is what most traders look for over the years and for that it takes a lot of effort, dedication and study. If OP wants to learn to understand the market I think he has to read a lot, educate himself and as I have said in previous publications, I always recommend reading books by Wyckoff, Jesse Livermore, Warren Buffet, just to learn to identify if you want to be a market speculator or be an investor.

In this way you can save many failures, because having your own knowledge is able to give opinions based on clear arguments as important authors.
12092  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I need help about some coin prices. on: October 10, 2021, 04:32:41 AM
Hello,
I know people here are cautious about sharing analysis. I need help about the price of some coins and I'm thankful if anyone who likes to help, PM me.

Thank you.

I think OP should take a look at the altcoin speculation section, there you can find a lot of analysis based on articles, some important opinions from people on the forum with great experience and also who are trading every day.

In particular, I have read many books about speuclative markets by very famous authors, and I feel that I am missing a lot in technical analysis, it is for this reason that it is good to study some analysis that they do in cointelegraph, to learn what and how is the approach of those experts and putting it together with your own knowledge to establish your own judgment of the hottest or most likely to win cryptocurrencies, that's really my recommendation.
12093  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you want to quit trading ? on: October 10, 2021, 03:33:13 AM
The winners of this market don't quit quickly.

Most winners are staying and don't settle for their losses. Accepts that fact that they've lost but that doesn't discourage them and stops abruptly just because of it.
Those winners already have a strong psychology and are not swayed even though they suffer losses.
Looking for loopholes for mistakes that must be corrected will make trading skills better. Continue to hone and use a strategy that really fits the type of trading yourself.
Winners have accepted the reality of losing, but they will also create a reality that they can gain and turn things around.

Everything can be done as long as there is a will to try, a willingness to learn. nothing is done instantly, everything requires a process.

Sometimes it is difficult to accept losses, some people are ashamed to share that they have lost, but when you know that trading is based on losing and winning, on knowing how to face losses, everything changes. When a person loses, what is recommended is that they learn why they lost, and only in that way is how they learn, and there is no greater learning to know why they lost. In the same way when you win, knowing why you won, if you win and you do not know why, we can translate it as simply luck and in trading the percentage of luck should not indicate the gains and losses except in some cases under which some traders go by intuition, but very rarely does it work.
12094  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's sideways adjustment, can you still chase up and buy more now? on: October 10, 2021, 03:05:09 AM
I think that each person has a way of seeing the market and it is respectable, for me in this case if the BTC is below its last ATH which was $ 64k, then it is the ideal time to buy, the reason is simple, I know that the BTC will go up to $ 64k, and if I bought below that price I am already winning, it is most likely that when it reaches that ATH it will give another bullish turn and from then on everything is positive.

When I do not recommend buying, it is when there are new highs, it is a great risk, and as an example is when in 2017-2018 it reached its peak, it was in the Distribution phase and many people did not know it and bought at $ 20k and then saw how all their investment collapsed, but by the very nature of the market.
12095  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Entering the trading market on: October 10, 2021, 02:25:22 AM
What is the best strategy to prepare oneself before entering the trading market?

You don't need strategy, all you need is enough funds to sustain on trading in order to manage your asset sustainably. Skills should be developed in order for us to cope up with different challenges, but that's normal for first timers to panic and worst is they lost a huge amount of money. Seek guidance from friends and peers who could mentor you for a good advice which eventually teach you different ways to deal with trading successfully.
Everyone needs a plan when they are in the market of cryptocurrencies, if you do not have one then you are going to find yourself on situations you could not foresee and just when you need it the most you will get something called paralysis by analysis.

This happens when people receive too much information at the same time and instead of taking a decision they keep delaying taking the decision so they can gather even more information, however if you have a plan you can take decisions in a split of a second and that is critical when it comes to the markets.

For me the best strategy takes a long time, although depending on the desire and interest of the person is what determines the time, in my case I rely on reading books, and the books I recommend are those by Jesse Livermore, Richard Wyckoff, Malkiel Burton, Warren Buffet, to get an idea of how to analyze the market from the point of view of experience of market speculators in the Stock Market whose teachings are fully applicable to the Crypto market.

For me, this is the best option, and after having read a couple of books by these authors and learning the way they saw the market, learn how the crypto market works, that is, the dependence of altcoins on BTC and to learn to use the tools that the Exchange has to choose very well, for me, that is the correct way to later learn technical analysis, with both analyzes plus the correct use of the Exchange can guarantee greater success.
12096  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How cryptocurrency trading have helped the youth. on: October 10, 2021, 01:41:11 AM
As long as the youth are interested in learning about crypto trading, they will see that they can get a bigger profit, especially if they can choose the coin that can increase higher. To do that, they need to have the skills to analyze every coin at the market and if they don't have experience, perhaps, that will not be easy for them.

In particular, I have realized that young people are currently much more risky than adults of the 90s, the so-called millennials are the ones who are setting an example in terms of investment and adoption of BTC, I do not know if it is that now for these times they are born with more skills or have more intelligence capacity, but in terms of this type of practice they are more prone to success. Some have a lot of money, because most have parents who give them everything in terms of money and comfort, perhaps the desire to make money is not seen as a determining factor when you have a life made.

I think they are people who have a different vision of seeing things and life, maybe that's why I see talent for trading, I don't know if they have the same perception.
12097  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: *Day Traders* are now calling gambling Addiction helplines!! on: October 10, 2021, 01:10:12 AM
Both have risks so I must say that they're mostly alike. However, day trading needs skills and knowledge about technical analysis and they mostly rely on their speculations based on the movement of the market. Gambling is mostly based on luck and it doesn't require much skill but the addiction to it could only be the same. Things will still depend on how an individual would keep himself from falling into the trap of addiction.

You are right, although gambling is a very different activity from trading, many tend to confuse it, it is for this reason that many traders have many losses when they start, I think the same, gambling leaves almost everything in the hands of luck and randomness, while that in trading the degree of knowledge that the person has determines their success rate in the activity.

If we take into account by simple inspection, I think that there are many more cases of addiction to gambling than to trading, of course the figures for both can currently turn out to be large, but due to the pace of life we are living, it is known that the safest direction It is through the digital world, and when one talks about money and its ways of doing it, both gambling and trading are highly dangerous to lose money in a very simple way.
12098  Economy / Economics / Re: Pandemic: good for the bitcoin market or bad? on: October 10, 2021, 12:49:50 AM
Almost 2 years of the pandemic has not ended, when many types of investments fell and were abandoned by investors, this is different from bitcoin, the daily transaction volume has continued to increase since the pandemic and this is proof that investors are turning their money into bitcoin.
Yes.

Transactions made from bitcoin are remaining intact and thus, keeps on growing. The whole world are starting to go back to the usual that we've been doing.

The investments and assets are coming back to their value that was lost to them in a slow mode.

When many people are stressed because of the pandemic and their finances drop, the last hope is to try to invest bitcoin, when they get a profit they will invest with an increasing value, this is what makes bitcoin continue to improve so that it becomes the best investment choice during a pandemic.
I am forced to deny this opinion, there are too many options lined up before bitcoin, the financial decline has been funded by the government, they not only helped overcome difficulties during the pandemic, they will help with the recovery time after the pandemic, neighbors also help each other, can't fall into a lonely and helpless situation. Moreover, finance during the pandemic makes people's spending very standard and limited to a minimum, argues that bitcoin will be the enlightening standard, it is impractical

From the beginning I thought that the pandemic was the perfect option to see BTC grow to $ 100k, I took into account the panic and the fundamental that the pandemic represents at one point, my perception was not so wrong, but it did not have the impact that I thought I was going to have, I thought that the market would go down, and it would quickly pick up and have a new ath at least at $ 100k, for the simple fact that the confinement was going to force people to do all their transactions digitally and the The best way is through crypto, of course the global adoption at the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020 is not as it is currently, however, seeing how everything is going in the world if it will reach that new ATH but very slowly, most likely to December, and by the time the pandemic ends (which I see very difficult) BTC could take a much bigger leap to the top.
12099  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC is helping out Cubans and Venezuelans on: October 10, 2021, 12:24:25 AM
And who of the participants in this topic can provide evidence / arguments that the use of bitcoin as a means of payment really helped the country's economy, and did not become, such a distraction, in a situation where there are no good solutions? Changing the type of means of payment cannot correct the fundamental problems of the country's financial system and its economy. And this type of problem is the key problem for Venezuela and Cuba.
As Venezuelan living in Venezuela. I believe Bitcoin and other crypto assets are not a panacea for our economy (perhaps it was never supposed to be one in the first place), however it does help us to manage our few savings not only against inflation but also against crooks and crooks in uniform thanks to self custody.
There have been many cases of people getting out the country though airports are getting their money and even gold stolen by officials claiming whatever BS they want in order to justify their theft. Bitcoin solves that.
The amount of corruption one can see here it is so big that people can sleep tighter holding Bitcoin than having their USD cash under the mattress (A friend of my family got their money robbed while doing that) or precious metals (I was personally extorted by military to hand over a silver coin).
So even though Bitcoin may not have a big macroeconomic impact in my country, I am happy enough with the fact it has a positive impact for ones who give it a chance here.

Thank you for your answer, it is very pleasant to communicate with a direct participant in this process!

The question is - why, for example, you are not satisfied with the US dollar or, for example, the EU euro? They are quite stable. They can act as a means of accumulation and storage. Yes, they do not give a x10 chance of growth, but there is also no x10 chance of a loss. The only caveat is that there may be difficulties with the enrollment and withdrawal of these funds. But the withdrawal of funds from the sale of bitcoin from script exchanges can also be blocked very quickly. As for me, there was just a change of some "pieces of paper" for "electronic pieces of paper", and the complexity and risks associated with their use have not yet been "appreciated"

Strong FIAT like Euro and USD have become common here for daily transactions, as I mentioned. I personally don't mind much, it has given us some stability after all at a big cost of course. I personally hold my few satoshis as a long time investment, since I have in a position I can have some bucks lying around doing nothing. When something serious happen and I need to sell, I am supposed to use and exchange, yes.
The situation with the USD in cash here is that we Venezuelans use social media to let know all your contacts we are selling USD cash. It is not strange here to see people announcing in Whatsapp, Facebook, ect "Selling 10$", "Selling 50$" or " Buying 40$". I don't know about you, but I personally prefer to deal with some exchange instead lettling know a bunch of people that I am dealing with cash and how much.

While I am here in this country, I everytime someone ask me about money I always tell them I am broke.

And about the risks, I believe one needs to stay correctly informed about how Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency work and are supposed to move and be used. Gladly here in Venezuela one can find some businesses like restaurants, candy shops, ect that directly accept crypto with no FIAT bridge.

It could not have been better expressed, it is a reality that everything related to crypto and foreign currency is the infallible option of Venezuelans, it is also necessary to emphasize that the US dollar is what is most handled in the country, and in the border area with Colombia handles both the Colombian Peso (COP) and the dollar.

It is also very common to exchange Bs in transfer to buy USD, and at a black market price, not at the normal price that is handled when you search in google.

Bitcoin clearly represents the way out of the crisis, but not everyone knows BTC and as he has said before, if you have a fraction of BTC saved and you have an emergency, that fraction of BTC is used without thinking, because apart from everything, any service is as expensive as in Ibiza here, showing that 1000USD to 10000USD is not so much money in Venezuela, because it can be easily spent without realizing it, some people are like that, as well as others who with 100USD work miracles to survive.
12100  Economy / Economics / Re: Are banks needed for crypto? on: October 10, 2021, 12:00:43 AM
I think that now everything changes to: Banks need cryptocurrencies ", currently the intervention of banks is not needed for cryptocurrencies, in fact there is a symbolic act that is taking place from Spain, (I name Spain for being a very radical country in terms of Regarding taxes and payments to the government (Treasury)) are studying the possibility of implementing crypto in the BBVA bank, which will allow all BBVA subsidiaries in the world to accept cryptocurrencies and use them.

This means that apart from JP Morgan having to lower his head to BTC, when his clients demanded that he accept BTC, now one of the greats worldwide such as BBVA is joining this party, in this way it is like the greats Corporations bow their heads to the representative of the economy and financial freedom.
