Durov in his twitter ask ppl to report about scammer who trying to sell gram but I am not sure if there are scammer and there is official gram or all gram selling are scammer, but I will wait his twit about it.

one of the well planned ICO so far, I didn't see many complaint and the bounty had been paid and there are many projects in the alpha apps. Good job team.

as long as the gov didn't ban internet, I think there won't be a problem for me. Beside that I think in that news the gov just  banned it as a payment.

wow congrats, those ICO that you participated all have been reached hardcap. I participated in their bounty campaign so I know them and I must admit you are good to choose an ICO.

I don't think so but for me it is a sign for good ico, not because of the user there but how the team spread the good news about their project, answer the questions from participant directly even sometimes solve the problem.

is there a chance for foreigners to open bank account there? if yes maybe soon their gov will get more capital instead of borrowing from other countries.

It is good team if they participated in many blockchain event or seminar. It is a prove that they are serious team to run ICO and without intention to scam people.

in 2017 there were many new people bought btc and many of them were newbie for cryptocurrency and then 2018 there were banned fud release by gov and then they sold btc.

I am viewing salpay roadmap in the website and it show Salpay 3.0 will launch in March 2018, anyway what version of Salpay currently? Do you have android app for current version?
