1221  Economy / Speculation / Re: Indonesian Largest Bitcoin Exchange Reach 788 USD while Other in 770 USD area on: December 09, 2016, 06:52:57 AM
This happened with Indian exchanges a couple of weeks ago as well and It's not different , you still have to verify your identity by providing an ID or passport + your photo as mentioned in their blog post .
I guess this is the case for all local exchanges and not only this one so unless you are from Indonesia , I don't see how this could turn profitable to you.

1222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty for a mac wallet on: December 09, 2016, 06:28:21 AM
vegasguy is offering a wallet compiling service so you may want to check it out : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1709344.0;topicseen and his rates are as It follows :

Code:
Windows 32 bit and 64 bit - .06 BTC for either or .12 BTC for both
Mac OS .1 BTC
Rasberry Pi .1 BTC
Linux 64bit .04 BTC

I'm not sure but If you are paying using BTC , this should belong to the services sub-section in Bitcoin marketplace.
1223  Economy / Goods / Re: ***** Nike, Adidas, YEEZY, Jordans - And may may more! Just ask! ***** on: December 09, 2016, 06:01:19 AM
It's weird that you are using Shopify while they don' t accept Bitcoin as a payment method as far as I know. I just want to know about the shipping , If it's worldwide or to specific countries only ?
1224  Economy / Exchanges / Re: best way to buy btc for cheap from any exchange ? on: December 08, 2016, 05:12:20 PM
If you don't want to trade with individuals then using a service is a must. It's possible to use Bitcoin.com (where Bitcoin.com takes 2.5% and Credit card processing by Simplex 5% ) or there is Virwox where the fees are 0.49 USD + 3.5% for credit cards and almost same thing for PayPal. As for Neteller the only method I know is Bitpanda but they are not available worldwide but works only for European countries.

Virwox charging .35usd + 3% only ? I thought they charged 10%

I used them long time ago and I can't remember right but unless they have some hidden fees while depositing PayPal or withdrawing the BTC , the fees should be the same as the one I told you because I checked from their website .
1225  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Does www.bit-keys.com legit? on: December 08, 2016, 04:19:17 PM
It looks like Bit-keys was connected like one week ago and saying that you didn't receive the key for a longer period sounds weird , have you tried to contact him through private messages on the forum ?
1226  Economy / Services / Re: SPECTRE Signature Campaign(3 spots open) on: December 05, 2016, 06:01:26 AM
Would love to know if I have been accepted or denied, thank you for your time! Grin

Signature campaign finished a couple of days ago as mentioned on Yahoo's post . In other words , you are enrolled a few hours before the campaign finishes so even If you got accepted , you probably wouldn't be able to make the minimum amount of posts and get paid.
1227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform on: December 05, 2016, 05:53:29 AM
if we keep ICN on "ico page" we will still get fees from the coin ?

Yes you will receive the dividends If you keep your ICONOMI tokens there or any ethereum address that you have control over It private key and you will be able to sell and buy ICNs as well in the future on ICO page as It's under development at the moment.
1228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform on: December 03, 2016, 04:05:53 PM
Why bother investing in Chronobank directly, if ICONOMI is going to invest in it for ICN.Prefromance. (like you mentioned)
I could just sit back and collect Dividends from ICN.Prefromance based on Chronobank performance.  Wink

It's true indeed but If we take in consideration that ICONOMI could boost Chronobank , investing in Chronobank in the ICO will even make it more profitable but it's a matter of personal choice/opinion at the end of the day.
1229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] IPO of MaidSafe:  Entering the Future of the Decentralized Internet on: December 03, 2016, 09:50:30 AM
How completed are the translations of the mentioned languages ? I could definitely help If It's needed , should I submit a pull request on the Github repo or simply post in the forums ?
1230  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: New chatting website that accepts bitcoins. on: December 03, 2016, 09:32:12 AM
Great feedback.

Are you saying the price in general is over prices or for a specific number? $1.99 for the 1001-1000 people for one year seems very reasonable, maybe I should increase the free membership up to 1000, then $1.99 from 1001-10k?

As far as reports go, I will be review them myself and making sure that the reports are valid, nothing will take place unless someone gets 3+ reports.

The design is very simply, I was hoping to keep it that way, maybe change the color around?

Prices are both unfair and overpriced in general , those who came late should have the same opportunity as those who came early and trust me , increasing the range won't do much , I mean If it ever happens and your website become popular you will probably have some intelligent BOTS created by some kids to register multiple times and that may screw the chances of the other users.
Reports are another problem If it happens and you have big userbase , someone could simply call his friends and report on post and voila , three reports...
In general , you may want to think on the design of both reporting and registration systems. If I were you , I would make the registration for free and a way to upgrade later for other benefits such as having colorful usernames or a rank like in Bitcointalk.
1231  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: New chatting website that accepts bitcoins. on: December 03, 2016, 08:50:47 AM
There is something that I don't understand , you are saying that there will be no moderators but still , people will have the ability to report other members to get banned or their posts removed and I see a contraction since a human should check the validity of those reports in order to remove them and not a BOT .
In addiction to that , the design looks very poor compared to the websites of 2016 honestly so you could work more on that , as for the pricing then as the avatar_kiyoshi mentioned , It's definitely overpriced.

I see that you are still giving a vouch copy to a hero member , I wanna take one If that's possible . I want to know something too , are the accounts unique or shared between different users while selling ?
1233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Fund Management Platform on: December 03, 2016, 08:05:23 AM
I'm not here to advertise or anything but I guess ICONOMI and ChronoBank are having some plans so It might be wise to invest in a project like ChronoBank as well. I asked about it and from what I understood , there will be something in the upcoming days/weeks : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1680361.msg17061207#msg17061207
1234  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info - Bitcoin Block explorer & Currency Statistics on: December 03, 2016, 05:42:25 AM
Appreciated your answers, since the blockchain is no longer my favor,  which desktop(mac os x) wallet are you recommended?

I would go with Electrum for any OS except android at any given time. the development is active , It supports multiple hardware wallets , It has a seed to recover your wallet In case something bad happens , the full thing is there. I simply like it.
1235  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: I have made a Lightning FAQ – Feedback appreciated! on: December 02, 2016, 04:59:58 PM
Lightning will probably be a separate software. A node in this case is not really a node in the sense of a full node, but rather a person who has many open channels with other people and payments can thus be routed through you. If you are a node, you could take a fee for routing payments.

I assume we will have to download the blockchain In that case too ? If we ever implement this , are we going to have the option to do normal transaction and LN transactions just like DASH have normal and what they call Darksend or LN will be the only possibility ? If and hopefully SegWit gets activated , how much time we should wait to see this LN working ?
1236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 💸💸💸 【ChronoBank】 🌟🌟🌟 【ICO】 💸💸💸 on: December 02, 2016, 04:33:27 PM
I have seen a picture or two on ICONOMI blog before with Alexander from your team , should we expect seeing a partnership between you too or ICNX is going to invest in Chronobank ICO ?
1237  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: I have made a Lightning FAQ – Feedback appreciated! on: December 02, 2016, 04:09:01 PM
When you say everyone is free to download and run a node or Lightning-node , do you mean Bitcoin Core full nodes ? or we will have to download another software to run LN node and are the fees something sure to be implemented ? are people going to actually get paid for running a node , It's like a dream coming true for those who run full nodes these days.
1238  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How can I increase my limit of Trading on Poloniex?? on: December 02, 2016, 01:05:13 PM
I have never heard of Poloniex selling the personal details of their customers. The verification process is just to comply with the KYC (Know Your Customer) rules.

What I said is pretty much valid for all big companies out there including Facebook , Google and others , If those information's aren't sold then they are used somehow , either for advertising or something else . Assuming they are do not use them at all , do you want to happen what happened with Coinbase where IRS won in court ? I don't.
1239  Economy / Digital goods / [WTB] A Facebook Group on: December 02, 2016, 12:30:26 PM

1240  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Digital Marketing Network? on: December 02, 2016, 11:31:59 AM
Well thats where the need for an amazing web developer comes from.

First of all , whoever wants to PAY people for these kinda jobs , needs to put the money in our system , beforehand , so while the job is being done every person gets their share from it , not after the job is done.

Secondly , people who wants to EARN money with this , needs to connect their social media accounts to our website , they need to be verified . There will be classes of accounts for example Class A , The best accounts , %90 real followers with 500+ followers. Class B with %80+ and 100+ followers and so forth , people can pay accordingly , you want cheap 10000 followers? You will get Class D-E types , you want quality followers with customer potential? You gotta go with Class A.

So the money stays in the website , people do works , every sunday or whatever , you get paid for how much work you have done AND quality of your social media accounts. A person with Class D social media account makes a lot less than a guy with Class A account.

A website that does these kinda stuff automatically is horribly difficult. Not an easy task. I have a tiny web development background (mainly C# guy but know .net a bit) and it is reeeaallly difficult. This isn't some wordpress slap on website. If I could find a trustworthy and good quality web developer who understands my projects clearly , I would assume it would be incredibly expensive as well.

I like where there is need a of verifying social media accounts and give a grade based on that , just like lending platforms , that could reduce scam with one or another . I and almost every other bitcoin user dislike the idea of the need of having the funds in a third party service though , It require trust for that and a new service using this kind of systems doesn't give much credibility , even If the service is legit , there is always a possibility of getting hacked so It's better to keep it P2P and decentralized.
